  • Padres' Jose Iglesias: Produces clutch RBI in win Sunday

Iglesias went 1-for-2 with three RBI in Sunday's 3-2 win against the Royals.

Iglesias didn't start but got an opportunity to impact the game upon entering as a pinch hitter for Jake Cronenworth in the seventh inning. Iglesias came through with a two-run single in that frame to tie the score, then notched a walk-off fielder's choice in the ninth. Iglesias endured an 0-for-17 stretch at the plate earlier this month but has one hit in each of his past three games, going 3-for-7 with four RBI during the latter span.

  • Xavier Edwards 2B | MIA

Marlins' Xavier Edwards: On base four times Sunday

Edwards went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Sunday's win over Atlanta.

The 25-year-old infielder continues to pile up hits in June. Edwards is slashing .357/.430/.414 through 18 contests on the month, and while a lack of power still limits his fantasy ceiling -- he has yet to hit a homer in 2025 -- he's supplied three steals, five RBI and 10 runs during that span as the Marlins' leadoff hitter.

  • Mets' Francisco Lindor: Goes yard again

Lindor went 2-for-4 with a solo home run during Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Phillies.

Lindor homered for a second straight game, following up Saturday's solo shot with a solo homer off Max Lazar in the eighth inning Sunday. Lindor supplied two of the Mets' four hits on the day. Since the start of June, Lindor is 17-for-74 (.230) with four home runs and three stolen bases.

  • Dansby Swanson SS | CHC

Cubs' Dansby Swanson: Getting first day off of season

Swanson is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners.

After starting Chicago's first 76 games, Swanson will get his first day off of the season Sunday, with Nico Hoerner getting the nod at shortstop in his stead. Swanson played in at least 147 games in both of his first two years with the Cubs, and he played in all 162 games during his last season in Atlanta back in 2022. Swanson should return to the lineup Monday in St. Louis.

  • Reds' Elly De La Cruz: Swats 17th homer in loss

De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with a triple and a two-run home run in Saturday's loss against the Cardinals.

De La Cruz was thrown out at home in the third inning while attempting to stretch a triple into an inside-the-park homer, but he made up for it with a towering blast in the seventh inning. The switch-hitting shortstop has been scorching hot in June, slashing .313/.413/.688 with 11 extra-base hits and 12 RBI over his last 18 games. He entered the month with a .763 OPS and has raised it to .838.

  • Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Swats homer Saturday

Perdomo went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Rockies.

Perdomo's fifth-inning long ball provided the Diamondbacks' margin of victory. The shortstop had gone just 2-for-22 (.901) with two walks and four strikeouts over his previous five games. Perdomo hit .309 in May, but he's batting just .183 (13-for-71) in June. He's posted a .260/.355/.414 slash line with eight homers, 51 RBI, 39 runs scored and 11 stolen bases over 75 contests this season.

  • Mets' Francisco Lindor: Homer, three RBI in win

Lindor went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double and three RBI in Saturday's 11-4 win over the Phillies.

Lindor smacked a solo home run in the third inning and narrowly missed another on a two-run double in the sixth. It was a much-needed breakout for the shortstop, who had been mired in an 0-for-18 slump over his previous five games. For the season, he's slashing .267/.340/.463 with 15 homers, 41 RBI, 48 runs scored and 13 steals across 341 plate appearances.

  • Padres' Xander Bogaerts: On base four more times Friday

Bogaerts went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Friday's 6-5 loss to the Royals.

The veteran infielder was also caught stealing for the first time in 2025, but Bogaerts reached base four times for the second straight contest as he catches fire in June. Over the last 10 games, he's slashing .326/.333/.488 with four doubles, a homer, seven runs and seven RBI.

  • Thomas Saggese SS | STL

Cardinals' Thomas Saggese: Expected to operate in reserve role

Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol indicated Friday that Saggese will be used mostly in a reserve role, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Saggese was recalled from Triple-A Memphis on Friday to take the roster spot of the injured Ivan Herrera (hamstring) and was immediately thrown into the lineup at designated hitter. However, Marmol noted that playing time priority will be given to "the guys that have been here, more so than the guy who's getting here." Saggese could see fairly regular reps versus lefties, but Nolan Gorman and Alec Burleson are expected to be the primary beneficiaries during Herrera's absence.

  • C.J. Abrams SS | WAS

Nationals' CJ Abrams: Clubs 10th homer

Abrams went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Friday's 6-5 loss to the Dodgers.

Abrams logged his third multi-hit effort in his last four games. The homer was his 10th of the season and his second in June, but he's hitting a strong .294 (20-for-68) this month. The shortstop has also logged six steals over 18 games in June. For the season, he's batting .279 with an .832 OPS, 15 thefts, 24 RBI, 47 runs scored, 15 doubles and two triples over 63 contests.
