Otto Lopez SS | MIA
Marlins' Otto Lopez: Homer, double in win
Lopez went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run, a double and a third RBI in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Athletics.
This was Lopez's eighth multi-hit effort in his last 11 games. In that span, he has gone 19-for-48 (.396) with three homers, four doubles, two triples and seven RBI. The shortstop's recent consistency at the plate has him up to a .341 average and .877 OPS on the year, and he's added eight homers, 40 RBI, 57 runs scored, 24 doubles and five triples through 88 contests. He's been improving as the season progresses, though he's unlikely to ever be a significant source of power production.

Konnor Griffin SS | PIT
Pirates' Konnor Griffin: Swipes home in Saturday's win
Griffin went 1-for-5 with a run scored and two stolen bases in Saturday's 7-1 win over the Nationals.
The rookie shortstop got the Pirates on the board in the top of the first inning by singling, stealing second, advancing to third on a Bryan Reynolds knock and then scampering home as part of a successful double steal. Griffin's been very busy on the basepaths of late, going 5-for-5 on steal attempts over his last five games. On the season, the 20-year-old phenom sports a .271/.326/.403 slash line with five homers, 19 stolen bases, 23 RBI and 34 runs in his first 58 big-league games.

Ha-seong Kim SS | ATL
Braves' Ha-Seong Kim: Lands on IL with finger injury
Atlanta placed Kim on the 10-day injured list Saturday, retroactive to Wednesday, due to right middle finger inflammation.
Kim has gone 0-for-24 with four walks and eight strikeouts over his last 13 games and has not recorded a hit since June 3 against the Blue Jays. The 30-year-old infielder is eligible to return from the IL prior to the All-Star break, though it's unclear whether he'll need a longer stint on the shelf. Kyle Farmer (forearm) was reinstated from the 10-day IL in a corresponding move.

Bo Bichette 3B | NYM
Mets' Bo Bichette: On base three times Friday
Bichette went 2-for-4 with a walk and an RBI in Friday's loss to Atlanta.
The performance snapped a brief seven-game skid in which he'd gone 5-for-25 without a multi-hit effort. Despite that small swoon, Bichette's mostly been on fire over the last month, and in 27 contests since June 3 he's delivered a .343/.368/.565 slash line with 13 extra-base hits (seven doubles, a triple and five homers), 16 runs and 19 RBI.

Elly De La Cruz SS | CIN
Reds' Elly De La Cruz: Running again
De La Cruz went 1-for-3 with two walks and two stolen bases in Friday's 3-0 loss to Baltimore.
De La Cruz continued to put a three-week absence due to a hamstring injury behind him, hitting safely in a sixth consecutive game (8-for-25). More promising are the two steals, his first since being activated off the injured list June 23. He's up to 12 stolen bases through 68 games this season.
-
Cooper Pratt SS | MIL
Brewers' Cooper Pratt: Logs sixth steal
Pratt went 1-for-3 with a walk, a hit-by-pitch, a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 7-4 extra-innings win over the Diamondbacks.
Pratt had gone hitless over his previous five games. The shortstop is batting just .191 with a .517 OPS, six steals, two RBI, five runs scored, one double and no home runs over his first 16 big-league contests. Pratt will need to be steadier with the bat if he's going to maintain a decent amount of playing time, though he does offer quality defense at a tough position.

Ezequiel Tovar SS | COL
Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Goes deep in rout
Tovar went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and an additional run scored in Friday's 15-3 win over the Giants.
Tovar launched a two-run shot in the second inning before adding a sacrifice fly in the eighth. It marked the third time this season the 24-year-old has tallied three hits in a game, and he's now recorded four extra-base hits and six RBI over his past 10 contests. For the year, he's slashing .212/.254/.340 with seven homers, 30 RBI, 29 runs scored and five steals across 311 plate appearances.
-
Willy Adames SS | SF
Giants' Willy Adames: Returning to San Francisco lineup
Adames (back) will start at shortstop and bat sixth in Friday's game versus the Rockies.
Adames missed each of the previous three games while battling lower-back spasms, but he's feeling well enough to give it a go in Friday's series opener. The veteran shortstop will be aiming to extend a modest four-game hitting streak.
-
Jorge Mateo SS | ATL
Braves' Jorge Mateo: Back in lineup at shortstop
Mateo will start at shortstop and bat ninth in Friday's game versus the Mets.
Mateo will make his third start over the last four games. He was out of the lineup for three consecutive contests before that, as Atlanta's shortstop position continues to be a guessing game as to who might start on any given day.

Otto Lopez SS | MIA
Marlins' Otto Lopez: Two more XBH in Thursday's loss
Lopez went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple and two runs scored in Thursday's loss to the Rockies.
The breakout shortstop wraps up an impressive trip to Coors Field having gone 6-for-14 over three games at altitude with four extra-base hits (two double, a triple and a homer). Lopez continues to lead the majors in batting average at .336, 10 points up on Luis Arraez and Yandy Diaz, and he's been even more productive since the beginning of June, delivering a .348/.383/.563 slash line with three home runs, six steals, 12 RBI and 23 RBI in 27 contests.
