Atlanta manager Brian Snitker said Friday that Lopez's right shoulder surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

The operation is arthroscopic in nature, but the extent of the damage in Lopez's shoulder won't be known until the surgery is performed. He's already been moved to the 60-day injured list and is likely out until the second half even in a best-case scenario.

Hill (back) is out of the lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

It'll be the third straight absence due to back tightness for Hill, who also had extra time to rest up since the Marlins had a team day off Thursday. The 29-year-old had a .770 OPS while starting the first five games of the season, but a trip to the injured list could be in store if he's forced to miss additional time.

Riley will start at third base and bat fifth in Friday's game against the Marlins.

Riley batted second in the first six games of the season and hit third in the seventh contest, so this is the lowest he's hit thus far in 2025. The 28-year-old is just 3-for-27 with an 11:2 K:BB in the early going. Ozzie Albies is batting second Friday, which is the first time he's hit higher than fifth against a righty this season.

Muncy is not in the lineup for Friday's game in Philadelphia, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

It's southpaw Jesus Luzardo on the bump for the Phillies, so the left-handed-hitting Muncy will begin this one on the bench. Miguel Rojas will play third base and bat eighth in Friday's series opener.

Allen is starting at shortstop and batting eighth in Friday's game against the Marlins.

It's the third straight start for Allen, who has three hits and two stolen bases in the first two of those starts. He could be making a push to take the starting job away from Orlando Arcia.

Arcia is not in the lineup for Friday's contest versus the Marlins.

After starting four of the first five games of the season, Arcia has now been absent from the lineup in three straight contests. Nick Allen will make his third straight start at shortstop and bat eighth.

DeJong is not in the lineup for Friday's contest against the Diamondbacks.

It's been a struggle for DeJong in the early going this season, as he's just 4-for-18 with 11 strikeouts. He'll get a day off to regroup while Jose Tena plays third base and bats eighth.

The Dodgers recalled Feduccia from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

He's taking the roster spot vacated by Freddie Freeman (ankle), who was placed on the 10-day injured list. Feduccia will operate as a third catcher for the Dodgers.

Rockies manager Bud Black said Friday that Dollander will be called up to make his major-league debut Sunday against the Athletics, Romi Bean of CBS News Colorado reports.

Dollander narrowly missed out on a spot in the Rockies' Opening Day rotation but didn't have to wait long before getting the call. The ninth overall pick in the 2023 First-Year Player Draft, Dollander boasts a 2.58 ERA and 174:49 K:BB over 122 innings covering 24 starts at the minor-league level. Dollander's upside will be capped by his team context and especially his home park, but he may be talented enough to overcome those obstacles and become a viable fantasy contributor.

Gorman said Friday that the right hamstring strain that sent him to the 10-day injured list is "super mild," John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Gorman has remained with the Cardinals on their road trip as he continues with strengthening his right leg, and he does not anticipate needing a rehab assignment before returning. It sounds like he has a good shot to be activated April 12 when first eligible.
