Chase Meidroth 2B | CHW
White Sox's Chase Meidroth: Knocks in only CHW run
Meidroth went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI on Saturday against the Athletics.
Meidroth drove in the only run of the contest in the sixth inning with a two-out double. He has a modest four-game hitting streak and has multiple hits with an RBI in each of his last two contests. Meidroth has shown significant growth in his second year in the majors, improving his batting average to .272 while already matching his run total from 2025 with 54 runs scored.

Brayan Bello SP | BOS
Red Sox's Brayan Bello: Joining big-league bullpen
The Red Sox recalled Bello from Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.
The right-hander was in the mix to be called up for a spot start Saturday, but Boston instead turned to Eduardo Rivera to fill Ranger Suarez's (groin) rotation spot. Bello will still join the big club for the final game before the All-Star break and will be available as a long reliever. Since being optioned to Worcester in early June, the 27-year-old posted a 4.34 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 22:4 K:BB across 18.2 frames in four starts after scuffling to a 6.34 ERA in 12 outings for the Red Sox.

Matt Vierling CF | DET
Tigers' Matt Vierling: Reaches four times in loss
Vierling went 3-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in the Tigers' 4-2 loss to the Phillies on Saturday.
Vierling paced Detroit's lineup from the leadoff spot as he matched his season high in hits. Heading into the All-Star break, the veteran utility player has mostly been working as a platoon partner to James Outman in center field. The left-hand hitting Outman has been on the strong side of the arrangement, with Vierling often tapped to face lefties, as was the case Saturday with Philadelphia starting ace Cristopher Sanchez. Vierling's ability to play other positions as well boosts his fantasy value, though his playing time is likely to remain somewhat sporadic in the second half of the year.

Ernie Clement 2B | TOR
Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Posts steal Saturday
Clement went 1-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.
Clement extended his hitting streak to six games with the effort. This was also his first steal since May 22 and his first attempt since June 18, which suggests the hip injury that bothered him at times in June is no longer a concern. Clement is not a huge speed threat -- he's just 3-for-4 on steal attempts this season -- but he's been solid all around with a .297 average, .748 OPS, seven home runs, 30 RBI, 41 runs scored, 23 doubles and one triple over 92 contests.

Jonatan Clase LF | TOR
Blue Jays' Jonatan Clase: Goes yard in Saturday's loss
Clase went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run, two walks and a second run scored in Saturday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.
Clase has two homers among his four hits over five games since joining the Blue Jays' big-league roster. He's added five RBI. Clase looks to be getting a chance at a starting role in left field -- he's started four straight games there, pushing Myles Straw into more of a reserve role. Clase is a switch hitter, so as long as his bat is hot, he should be able to avoid getting platooned, at least until Jesus Sanchez (ankle) is healthy again.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 1B | TOR
Blue Jays' Vladimir Guerrero: Smashes homer, records steal
Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.
Guerrero has now homered twice over his last three contests following a 17-game power drought. This was also his first multi-hit effort since June 26 versus the Rangers. The first baseman is enduring a down year batting .265 with a .709 OPS, six homers, 41 RBI, 51 runs scored and 14 doubles over 90 contests, though he's also at seven steals, one shy of matching his career high from 2022.

Trey Yesavage SP | TOR
Blue Jays' Trey Yesavage: Completely lacks control Saturday
Yesavage allowed four runs on one hit and seven walks while striking out one over 1.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Padres on Saturday.
Yesavage threw just 20 of 59 pitches for strikes. While he did plenty of damage over the first two innings, the Blue Jays were able to initially keep pace with the Padres to spare the right-hander from taking a loss. Yesavage had allowed 19 runs (18 earned) over his previous six starts spanning 36.1 innings, but his 29:15 K:BB in that span shows some warning signs. The 22-year-old is at a 3.72 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 69:39 K:BB through 75 innings over 14 starts this season.

Yordan Alvarez DH | HOU
Astros' Yordan Alvarez: Homers in second straight game
Alvarez went 2-for-3 with a home run, a double, two walks, two total runs and two total RBI in Saturday's 9-3 win against Texas.
Alvarez reached base four times in the victory, and both of his hits went for extra bases. His biggest knock was a two-run homer to center field that opened the scoring in the first inning. Alvarez also went deep Friday, so he appears to be back on track following an uncharacteristic four-game stretch during which he went 1-for-18 at the plate. The slugger leads the American League and ranks second in baseball with 31 long balls this season, and he ranks first among qualified players with a 1.055 OPS though 95 contests.

LaMonte Wade LF | HOU
Astros' LaMonte Wade: Swats grand slam Saturday
Wade went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in a 9-3 victory versus the Rangers on Saturday.
Wade struck out twice and was subbed out on defense in the seventh inning, but he made a big impact with one swing when he clubbed a grand slam to right field in the third inning. That was the veteran outfielder's second homer in nine games in the majors this season. Since returning from an IL stint caused by a hamstring injury July 4, Wade has started all five of Houston's games against a right-handed pitcher, so he appears to have a hold on a strong-side platoon role in left field.

Ezequiel Duran SS | TEX
Rangers' Ezequiel Duran: Lone Rangers bright spot in loss
Duran went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in a loss to the Astros on Saturday.
Duran knocked in all three Rangers runs with a solo homer in the fourth inning and a two-run shot in the ninth. The utility man has turned on his power of late, bashing four home runs and collecting seven RBI over his past six games. Duran has been quite valuable for Texas this season, as he's slashing .272/.322/.439 with 10 long balls, 39 runs, 50 RBI and seven stolen bases through 86 contests while playing every position on the field aside from catcher and pitcher.
