Zastryzny will serve as the Brewers' opening pitcher in Monday's game against the Orioles, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Zastryzny will likely be limited to one or two innings before giving way to right-hander Quinn Priester, who is slated to work as the Brewers' primary pitcher in the series opener. The left-handed Zastryzny was acquired via trade last week and tossed two scoreless frames in his first appearance with Milwaukee.

Walker is absent from the lineup for Monday's contest versus the Tigers.

The Cardinals using Ivan Herrera mostly at designated hitter since his return from the injured list last week has affected Walker, as Alec Burleson has started in the outfield over Walker all three times the team has faced a righty during that span. Walker homered for the Cardinals' lone run in Saturday's win versus the Royals in his last start, but he's sporting just a .528 OPS on the season.

The Dodgers optioned Outman to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.

Outman was promoted to the majors May 6 and went 3-for-24 with two home runs and four RBI over nine games. He'll head back to Triple-A after Teoscar Hernandez (adductor strain) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Monday.

Arenado will start at third base and bat sixth in Monday's game against the Tigers.

Arenado is in a 3-for-25 rut at the plate, which has dropped his season batting line to .247/.323/.380. As a result of his ongoing struggles, Arenado will be dropped from the cleanup spot for the first time all season. Willson Contreras will hit fourth for the Cardinals on Monday, while Ivan Herrera will bat fifth.

The Dodgers activated Hernandez (adductor) from the 10-day injured list Monday.

Hernandez made one rehab outing with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Saturday, and it was enough to get the green light to return to the majors from a Grade 1 adductor strain that he suffered in early May. Hernandez reached base safely in each of the 13 games prior to his injury, and over that span he slashed .407/.418/.759 with two steals, four home runs and 17 RBI. James Outman was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move.

Pham will start in left field and bat seventh in Monday's game against the Reds.

Pham will be included in the starting nine while the Reds send southpaw Nick Lodolo to the hill in the series opener, but the veteran outfielder's run as the Pirates' primary left fielder could be over. After being cleared to return to action last Tuesday upon serving a one-game suspension, Pham started in just one of the Pirates' ensuing five contests, with all four absences from the lineup coming versus righties. The Pirates appear to be prioritizing Alexander Canario in the outfield ahead of Pham, who is slashing just .179/.262/.214 with a 27.8 percent strikeout rate on the season.

Triolo will start at second base and bat ninth in Monday's game against the Reds.

Though he'll be included in the lineup Monday with southpaw Nick Lodolo taking the hill for Cincinnati, the right-handed-hitting Triolo no longer looks to be in the mix for regular playing time versus righties. He was on the bench for both of the Pirates' previous two matchups with right-handers, with the recent return of Isiah Kiner-Falefa having closed off Triolo's path to an everyday role in the Pittsburgh infield.

Reds manager Terry Francona said Monday that he's hoping Fraley (calf) will be ready for activation from the 10-day injured list early next week, Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News reports.

Fraley tweaked his left calf nearly two weeks ago and appears to be making progress with his recovery. It's not clear whether the Reds will ask him to play in rehab games before returning, nor is it certain that Fraley will reclaim his job as the team's primary right fielder from the hot-hitting Will Benson once healthy.

Horwitz is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Reds.

The left-handed-hitting Horwitz could end up settling into a full-time role with the Pirates eventually, but he'll take a seat for the series opener versus the Reds while lefty Nick Lodolo takes the hill for Cincinnati. After being reinstated from the injured list Saturday after he had been on the shelf all season while recovering from a procedure to alleviate pain in his right wrist, Horwitz started at first base in the final two games of the Pirates' weekend series with the Phillies, going 1-for-6.

Reds manager Terry Francona said that Greene (groin) is on track to return from the 15-day injured list to start Friday against the Cubs, Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News reports.

Francona indicated earlier Monday that Greene was trending toward a return this weekend, and now the skipper has offered the specific day for the right-hander to be activated. Greene will not make a rehab start, but he has completed multiple bullpen sessions and thus far has had no problems recovering from the Grade 1 right groin strain that sent him to the 15-day injured list in early May. He could be on a somewhat limited pitch count Friday.
