Xander Bogaerts SS | SD
Padres' Xander Bogaerts: Gets aboard three times
Bogaerts went 2-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Wednesday's 5-0 win over the Guardians.
Bogaerts has gone 7-for-17 (.412) with three walks over five games since he returned from missing nearly a week with a nagging wrist injury. It sure hasn't looked like it's bothering him lately, though he's now gone 15 games without a home run. For the season, the star shortstop is slashing .264/.348/.403 with seven homers, seven steals, 23 RBI and 35 runs scored over 62 contests.

Tommy Edman 2B | LAD
Cardinals' Tommy Edman: Crushes grand slam in loss
Edman went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Wednesday's loss to the Giants.
Edman had gone 26 games since his last home run before crushing a second-inning grand slam off Anthony DeSclafani to put the Cardinals up 4-2. He's now recorded just three extra-base hits in June, hitting .155 over that stretch, and has seen his average progressively decline with each passing month. The grand slam was the second of his career.

Dansby Swanson SS | CHC
Cubs' Dansby Swanson: Tallies three hits in win
Swanson went 3-for-4 with a walk, a run scored and two RBI in Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Pirates.
For the fifth straight game, Swanson batted fifth, and he's now batting .286 during this stretch. The Cubs have moved Mike Tauchman up in the order with Swanson moving down. It could allow the shortstop to collect more RBI moving forward, though he may score fewer runs. Either way, his fantasy value hinges on his ability to make consistent contact at the plate, which Swanson is certainly capable of.

Joey Wendle 2B | ATL
Marlins' Joey Wendle: Out again with groin injury
Wendle (groin) remains out of the lineup for Wednesday's tilt in Seattle, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
It's the third straight game Wendle has missed with an adductor/groin issue. The Marlins are off Thursday, so Wendle will hope to be back in there Friday versus the Nationals. Jon Berti is at shortstop again Wednesday.

Tucupita Marcano 2B | SD
Pirates' Tucupita Marcano: Out Wednesday vs. Cubs
Marcano is not in the starting lineup versus the Cubs on Wednesday, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Marcano will grab a seat on the bench versus the Cubs and left-hander Drew Smyly on Wednesday after going 0-for-4 with a pair of strikeouts in Tuesday's blowout loss. Rodolfo Castro gets the start at shortstop in Marcano's absence.

Trea Turner SS | PHI
Phillies' Trea Turner: Active on basepaths in win
Turner went 2-for-3 with two walks, two runs and two steals in Tuesday's 15-3 win over the Diamondbacks.
Turner notched his fourth multi-hit effort in June and is now slashing .313/.377/.500 with two homers, five RBI, 12 runs, four steals and a 5:10 BB:K over 53 plate appearances since June 1. He already has as many steals in 12 games this month as he had in April and one more than he had in May. He seems to be picking things up after a sluggish first couple of months and is now slashing .249/.297/.394 for the year.

Dansby Swanson SS | CHC
Cubs' Dansby Swanson: Two hits in victory
Swanson went 2-for-5 with an RBI single in Tuesday's 11-3 victory over the Pirates.
Swanson hustled out an infield single in the sixth inning to drive in his lone run. The 29-year old has logged just two extra-base hits over his last 15 games and has failed to homer in 10 straight contests. Swanson is still looking to find his form this year after inking a seven-year, $177 million dollar contract in the offseason.

Elly De La Cruz SS | CIN
Reds' Elly De La Cruz: Swipes another bag Tuesday
De La Cruz went 0-for-3 with a run scored and a stolen base in Tuesday's victory over the Royals.
De La Cruz recorded a steal for the third straight game, showcasing the elite sprint speed that makes him one of the fastest players in MLB. The young phenom also struck out twice on the evening and has seen the issue carry over from Triple-A, having recorded 14 in his first 30 at-bats in the bigs. De La Cruz has started every game since his promotion and is brimming with potential, so while the strikeouts are an issue, he has already settled in as a fixture in the heart of the order for the Reds.

Joey Wendle 2B | ATL
Marlins' Joey Wendle: Sitting with groin strain
Wendle is not in the lineup against the Mariners on Tuesday due to a left adductor/groin injury, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Wendle will sit for a second straight game due to the injury, with Jon Berti getting the start at shortstop. Marlins manager Skip Schumaker believes that Wendle would be available off the bench if necessary, so for now the veteran infielder should be considered day-to-day.

Marlins' Joey Wendle: Sitting again Tuesday
Wendle remains out of the lineup Tuesday at Seattle.
Jon Berti will get another start at shortstop and bat seventh against the Mariners and right-hander George Kirby. Wendle, who also sat out of Monday's series opener, is slashing just .232/.292/.378 this year versus righties.
