The Phillies acquired Kilian and Luis Arraez from the Giants on Monday in exchange for Ramon Marquez and Marty Gair, Jayson Stark of The Athletic reports.

Kilian has had a breakout season out of the San Francisco bullpen, posting a 4.26 ERA and 53:20 K:BB over 44.1 innings, logging eight saves in the process. He's 29 and has a lengthy injury history, but the Phillies will bet on Kilian being a quality setup man for them down the stretch.

The Phillies acquired Raley from the Mets on Monday in exchange for outfielder John Spikerman and right-hander Luke Gabrysh, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

Raley will provide another quality late-inning arm to the Phillies bullpen. The left-handed reliever has put up a 1.96 ERA and 40:15 K:BB over 41.1 innings for the Mets in 2026. Raley is set to reach free agency after the season.

The Mets acquired Franklin and right-hander Gabe Davis from the White Sox on Monday in exchange for right-hander Huascar Brazoban, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

The 22-year-old Davis is regarded as a superior prospect to Franklin, a 27-year-old righty reliever who's still waiting to make his big-league debut. Franklin has racked up 60 strikeouts over 45.1 innings at Triple-A this season, but he's struggled to keep the ball in the yard with 11 home runs allowed. He's expected to report to the Mets' top affiliate in Syracuse.

Fairbanks secured the save Sunday against the Mets, allowing no hits and two walks in a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out one.

Fairbanks gave a listless Mets offense some life Sunday, putting the possible winning run at the plate after issuing a pair of free passes, but he hung on by getting A.J. Ewing to fly out and end the game. The hard-throwing right-hander hasn't been particularly reliable this season as Miami's closer, but he has rattled off five consecutive hitless innings. Fairbanks has a 6.37 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 47:16 K:BB with 17 saves in 20 attempts over 35.1 innings in 2026.

Holmes (fibula) allowed four runs (three earned) on seven hits and no walks while striking out three batters across 5.1 innings in a rehab start Sunday with High-A Brooklyn.

Making what may have been his final start as a member of the Mets organization, Holmes showed that he's ready to return from the 60-day injured list after being shelved for the past two-and-a-half months due to a right fibula fracture. He built up to 73 pitches in Sunday's outing, spotting 53 of his offerings for strikes while sporting a sinker that sat around 91-to-93 mph. According to John Flanigan of SNY.tv, the Diamondbacks, Phillies, Rays and Rangers all had scouts in attendance in Brooklyn to monitor the 32-year-old right-hander, who is a prime candidate to be moved ahead of Monday's trade deadline.

Kuhnel (shoulder) retired two of the five batters he faced and was charged with two earned runs on three hits and no walks in a rehab appearance Sunday for Triple-A Nashville.

Kuhnel fired 13 of his 17 pitches for strikes in the rehab outing, his first appearance at any level since July 2 following his placement on the 15-day injured list due to right rotator cuff tendinopathy. Though Kuhnel pounded the strike zone, batters were able to easily square up on him, as all three hits he allowed went for extra bases (one home run, two doubles). The right-hander will need to show improved results over his next few rehab appearances before rejoining the Milwaukee bullpen.

The Dodgers re-signed Barnes to a minor-league contract Sunday.

Barnes elected free agency Saturday after clearing waivers, but he quickly returned to the Dodgers organization. The 30-year-old southpaw reported to Triple-A Oklahoma City, where he pitched in relief Sunday and was credited with a hold in a 3-0 win over Las Vegas, retiring two of the five batters he faced.

Morejon picked up the save in Sunday's 5-4 victory over the Giants. He struck out three over 1.1 scoreless innings, allowing no hits or walks while hitting a batter.

With Mason Miller unavailable, Morejon stepped into the closer role and recorded his second save of the season, tallying four outs to finish off the Giants. The 27-year-old hasn't allowed an earned run over his past seven outings spanning eight innings, allowing four hits while posting an 11:2 K:BB during that stretch. Through 60 innings (52 appearances) in 2026, Morejon owns an 8-2 record with a 3.00 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, 70:15 K:BB and 17 holds as the Padres' top left-handed reliever.

San Francisco acquired Molina from Atlanta on Sunday in exchange for right-hander Tyler Mahle, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Molina has appeared in three games out of the Atlanta bullpen this season, surrendering three runs on six hits and one walk while striking out two batters over five innings. The right-hander worked as a starter in nine of his 18 appearances at Triple-A Gwinnett, but he had been serving as a reliever following his demotion to the minors July 4 and submitted a 1.04 ERA, 0.81 WHIP and 9:2 K:BB in 8.2 innings over his last five appearances. Molina will likely report to Triple-A Sacramento with his new organization but should find his way into the San Francisco bullpen at some point before the end of the season.

Hart did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing a hit and no walks over three scoreless innings against the Giants. He struck out two.

Tabbed as Sunday's opener after Michael King's start was pushed to Monday, Hart completed a season-high three scoreless innings. The lanky left-hander hasn't allowed a run over his past five outings spanning 9.2 innings, surrendering just five hits while posting a 10:2 K:BB during that stretch. Overall, Hart owns a 4.53 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 38:13 K:BB across 43.2 innings (29 appearances).
