Texans quarterback Case Keenum was replaced by Matt Schaub late in the third quarter of Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Raiders -- a result of a changing game plan that head coach Gary Kubiak didn't think Keenum could handle. 

Keenum completed 13-of-24 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown before being removed with a little over two minutes left in the third quarter. He was intercepted in the first quarter -- the first of the season -- and did not attempt a run in the game. 

Keenum showed excellent mobility in evading Oakland's pass rush while he was in the game. In the second quarter, he rolled out of trouble to the sideline and found tight end Garrett Graham deep for a 42-yard touchdown pass. 

It's unclear who will start for the Texans in Week 12, as the team hosts the Jaguars. 

Raiders quarterback Matt McGloin was 18-of-32 for 197 yards and three touchdowns against the Texans on Sunday. McGloin rushed three times (for -3 yards) and was sacked twice. 

McGloin looked composed and in control throughout the game. His receivers dropped a few spot-on passes, but they held on when it mattered -- Denarius Moore and Rod Streater caught touchdowns in the first quarter, and Mychal Rivera had a 26-yard touchdown reception in the third. In total, McGloin connected with six different players and managed to finish the day with a passing total 30 yards greater than Houston's passing yards per game average (167 yards) this season. 

There's no indication if Terrelle Pryor will be able to play in Week 12 against the Titans, but McGloin acquitted himself nicely in the passing game, and had a successful starting debut. 

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford had a huge first half, but couldn't keep it up against the Steelers.

Stafford passed for 320 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. As usual, his main target was Calvin Johnson, who finished the first half with 179 yards and both touchdowns. The second half was a different story, as Stafford passed for just 42 yards. Stafford completed just three of his 15 passing attempts in the second half, and tossed an interception. The Steelers found a way to stop Johnson, who was held without a catch, and targeted just three times after halftime. 

Stafford finished the game 19 of 46, for 362 yards and two touchdowns. He'll take on the Bucs Week 12.

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton struggled to get going yet again in Week 11 against the Browns, but he took advantage of some short fields and tossed three touchdowns in a 41-20 win.

Dalton completed just 13 of 27 passes for 93 yards, his lowest total in any game where he attempted at least 20 passes. Fortunately, the Bengals defense gave him plenty of help, as two of his drives that ended with touchdowns began in Browns territory.

He threw touchdown passes of 25, 6 and 2 yards in the game, his fifth game with multiple touchdowns in the last six. He was also picked off twice, bringing his total to eight over the last three games.

Dalton has been extremely hit-or-miss this season, and Sunday's game was a perfect microcosm of his season. The Bengals bye week comes at a good time for Dalton, who needs to figure out his accuracy issues while the Bengals are off in Week 12.  They come back in Week 13 with a trip to San Diego. 

Jets coach Rex Ryan said after Sunday's loss at Buffalo quarterback Geno Smith will start Week 12 at Baltimore, despite being pulled in the fourth quarter Sunday. Smith was responsible for four turnovers (three interceptions) in a 37-14 loss.

Smith was replaced by Matt Simms, who completed 4 of 6 passes for 60 yards and one touchdown.

Wide receiver Quinton Patton (foot) is the lone injured 49ers player on the inactive list produced by the team for the game Sunday against the Saints.

The others are quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, defensive tackle Cornellius Carradine, tight end Garrett Celek, guard Joe Looney and linebacker Nick Moody.

Jets quarterback Geno Smith was benched in the fourth quarter Week 11 at Buffalo after his fourth turnover gave Buffalo a 34-7 lead. Smith was replaced by Matt Simms with 12:55 remaining in the game.

It was a rough day for Smith from the get go. On the first drive of the game, he had to leave for a play after taking a big hit to the midsection. Smith was on the ground for a few minutes before walking off under his own power. Smith would fumble on his first play back, but he recovered his own fumble.

Unfortunately, Smith's first turnover came on a fumble late in the second quarter, which led to a 3-yard touchdown run by Bills fullback Frank Summers. Smith was then picked off on the next drive, which would be the first of three interceptions.

Smith's next interception came with 3:59 left in the third quarter, and on the next drive Smith would throw his third interception, which was returned by Da'Norris Searcy for a 32-yard touchdown. Smith was trying to hit Santonio Holmes on a screen pass. Smith would get one more three-and-out drive before Simms took over.

Smith, who threw for 331 yards and two touchdowns in a Week 3 win against Buffalo, completed 8 of 23 passes for 103 yards. He rushed for zero yards. The Jets are back in action Week 12 at Baltimore.

Matt Schaub replaced starter Case Keenum at quarterback for the Texans with about 2:26 left in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Raiders. At the time of the switch, the Texans were losing, 28-17. 

Keenum -- who was not injured -- was 13-of-24 for 170 yards and a touchdown when he was replaced. Keenum threw an interception -- he first of his career -- in the first quarter, but had evaded pressure throughout the game, even turning a would-be sack into a 42-yard touchdown pass to Garrett Graham in the second quarter. Keenum was 2-of-6 for 16 yards in the second half.

Schaub went 2-of-4 for 28 yards and a first down after entering the game (eventually leading to a punt), in his first series. 

The Packers have ruled the following players inactive for Week 11 against the Giants: quarterback Aaron Rodgers, wide receiver Chris Harper, defensive back Casey Hayward, defensive back Sam Shields, linebacker Nick Perry, linebacker Andy Mulumba and offensive lineman Don Barclay.

The Chargers have released their inactive list for the game Sunday in Miami. It includes injured tackles Mike Remmers (ankle) and King Dunlap (neck)

The others are healthy scratches. They are defensive tackle Kwame Geathers, wideout Lavelle Hawkins, linebacker Adrian Robinson, quarterback Brad Sorensen and safety Brandon Taylor.
