Jacoby Brissett ARI QB
Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett: Remains away from team
8h agoBrissett was not present for the first day of the final week of Arizona's voluntary OTAs on Monday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Brissett continues to hold out as he seeks a reworked contract for 2026. He's yet to show up at Arizona's OTAs, though the sessions so far have been voluntary. However, the Cardinals begin mandatory minicamp next Monday, so the situation could escalate if Brissett remains absent then (assuming he hasn't gotten the new deal he desires).

Azareye'h Thomas NYJ CB
Jets' Azareye'h Thomas: Participating in OTAs
8h agoThomas (shoulder) is participating in OTAs, Rich Cimini of ESPN reports.
The cornerback's 2025 season ended in December when he suffered the shoulder injury. A third-round pick a year ago, Thomas played in 12 games and on 311 defensive snaps as a rookie, recording seven pass breakups. He should be in the mix for a role again as 2026 approaches.
-
Joshua Farmer NE DT
Patriots' Joshua Farmer: Participating in OTAs
8h agoFarmer (hamstring) is participating in OTAs.
The 2025 fourth-round pick suffered the hamstring injury late in the regular season and missed New England's Super Bowl run, finishing the year with 15 tackles (seven solo), a pass breakup and a fumble recovery. Now that he's back, he'll likely compete for a rotational spot behind starting ends Milton Williams and Christian Barmore.
-
Gunner Olszewski NYG WR
Giants' Gunner Olszewski: Moves to IR
9h agoOlszewski (Achilles) was placed on injured reserve by the Giants on Monday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
The kick and punt returner tore his Achilles during OTAs on Friday and now will have to miss the 2026 campaign. Olszewski was in line to retain the returner role he played for New York in 2025.
-
Easton Stick IND QB
Colts' Easton Stick: Finds a new team
9h agoStick signed with the Colts on Monday.
The quarterback spent the 2025 campaign in Atlanta, rising from the practice squad following Michael Penix's late-season knee injury, though Stick never appeared in a regular-season game. Stick last saw action in 2023 with the Chargers, when he played in five games and finished with 1,129 yards and three touchdowns against one interception. The fifth-round pick of the Chargers in 2019 is likely competing for a backup role again, this time behind Indianapolis' projected starter, Daniel Jones (Achilles).
-
Da'Quan Felton NYJ WR
Jets' Da'Quan Felton: Signs with Jets
9h agoFelton signed with the Jets on Monday, Eric Allen of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver agreed to a deal with the Giants as an undrafted free agent last April, got waived with an injury designation before the 2025 campaign, spent the season on injured reserve with an undisclosed issue and got waived again by the G-Men in April. Now, Felton will try to find a home with the other New York team. The Virginia Tech product caught 70 passes for 1,027 yards and 10 touchdowns in two seasons with the Hokies.

-
Bailey Zappe NYJ QB
Jets' Bailey Zappe: Competing for backup role
9h agoZappe is serving as the second-team quarterback for the Jets during OTAs, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Zappe has nine career regular-season starts, giving him more experience than fourth-round pick Cade Klubnik and second-year pro Brady Cook. With Geno Smith locked in as the team's starter, Zappe, Klubnik and Cook are competing in an "open competition" for the backup role, per Cimini.
-
Drake Maye NE QB
Patriots' Drake Maye: Pats add new No. 1 wideout
12h agoMaye has a new No. 1 wide receiver after the Patriots traded for A.J. Brown from the Eagles on Monday, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports.
The deal did not become official until June 1 due to Philadelphia's salary-cap considerations, but it now caps what has been an exceptionally productive offseason for Maye and New England's offense. A three-time All-Pro and true alpha target for Maye, Brown is an upgrade over departed 2025 team receiving leader Stefon Diggs. Brown joins a capable No. 2 option in Romeo Doubs, who inked a four-year deal in free agency, plus TE Hunter Henry and returning WRs Kayshon Boutte, Mack Hollins, DeMario Douglas and Kyle Williams. Maye, who has fully recovered from the shoulder injury he played through in Super Bowl XL against the Rams, thus looks primed for another step forward after finishing as the MVP runner-up in 2025. Across 17 regular-season appearances last year, he threw for 4,384 yards and a 31:8 TD:INT while adding 450 yards and four touchdowns on 103 carries. Maye figures to be one of the most sought-after quarterbacks in 2026 fantasy drafts, and his dual-threat skill set paired with New England's revamped receiving corps gives him the upside to justify those expectations.
-
Daniel Jones IND QB
Colts' Daniel Jones: Progresses to 7-on-7 drills
15h agoJones (Achilles) is participating in 7-on-7 drills Monday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
After participating in individual drills the previous week, Jones has progressed to team drills at OTAs. He's 176 days removed from tearing his Achilles, and Jones' ability to ramp up his activity level at OTAs suggests he remains on track to conclude his recovery in time to take the field Week 1 against the Ravens on Sunday, Sept. 13.
-
Russell Wilson NYG QB
Russell Wilson: Accepting television role
17h agoWilson has accepted an offer to join a television broadcast team Monday in lieu of pursuing a backup quarterback position for the 2026 season, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Wilson reportedly had been offered a contract by the Jets to provide depth behind Geno Smith, but the 37-year-old veteran instead will turn his attention toward a broadcasting career. While it remains to be seen whether Wilson intends to officially retire from the NFL, it appears at the very least that he doesn't plan to suit up during the 2026 campaign. He opened the 2025 season as the Giants' starter but only held onto that gig until Week 3, after which point then-rookie Jaxson Dart took the reins. With Wilson out of the mix, Cade Klubnik, Brady Cook and Bailey Zappe remain positioned as Gang Green's top reserve options behind Smith.
-
Christian McCaffrey SF RB
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Downplays workload concerns
4d agoMcCaffrey said after Thursday's OTAs that he's looking forward to sustaining another heavy workload in 2026, and that any reductions in touches should come in practice rather than games, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
"I think everything else can be monitored during the week or with a practice schedule or certain ways you train, whatever it may be," McCaffrey said. "But when it comes to game days, I like to think you prepare yourself for playing every snap." McCaffrey handled a career-high 413 touches during the 2025 regular season, leading the NFL in that category for the third time in his nine-year career. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said earlier in the offseason that the team would like to provide McCaffrey more help in the backfield to ensure the star running back stays fresh and effective down the stretch, but McCaffrey has no plans to cede a significant share of regular-season snaps to any of Jordan James, Kaelon Black, Isaac Guerendo (pectoral), Patrick Taylor, Jordan Mims or Jermar Jefferson, all of whom are competing for slotting behind McCaffrey on San Francisco's running back depth chart.
-
Kendre Miller NO RB
Saints' Kendre Miller: Working through rehab at OTAs
4d agoSaints head coach Kellen Moore said Thursday that Miller (ACL) is not practicing during OTAs as he continues to progress through his rehab, Arye Pulli of USA Today reports.
Miller is recovering from a torn ACL suffered Week 7 of the 2025 campaign, an injury which derailed what was otherwise shaping up to be an impressive season. Prior to tearing his ACL, Miller had compiled a 47-193-1 rushing line across seven games while handling a complementary role behind Alvin Kamara (knee/ankle). He also had five catches for 30 yards and 393 kickoff-return yards. Now, in addition to completing his rehab and making a full recovery, Miller faces the difficult task of competing for a role behind new No. 1 option Travis Etienne, Kamara, and 2025 sixth-rounder Devin Neal (hamstring).
-
Jaydon Blue DAL RB
Cowboys' Jaydon Blue: In mix for backfield role
4d agoBlue is competing with Malik Davis and Phil Mafah for No. 2 running back reps behind starter Javonte Williams at OTAs, Todd Archer of ESPN reports.
Blue, a 2025 fifth-round pick, was a healthy scratch for 12 games as a rookie and only tallied 38 carries for 129 yards and one score across the five regular-season appearances he did log. Among those games was Dallas' regular-season finale against the Giants in Week 18, however, in which Blue stepped into the No. 1 role with both Williams and Davis sidelined, totaling 16 carries for 64 yards and his sole career score. Blue is undersized at 5-foot-9, 196 pounds, but he boasts 4.38-second 40 speed and could carve out a change-of-pace role behind Williams with a strong offseason.
-
Brock Lampe NE RB
Patriots' Brock Lampe: On practice field at OTAs
4d agoLampe (undisclosed) is participating during the Patriots' OTAs.
Lampe spent the entire 2025 season on New England's injured reserve list, but he's apparently now in good enough shape to work with the team in at least a limited capacity. After the Patriots signed fullback Reggie Gilliam to a three-year contract during free agency, Lampe could be a longshot to make the final 53-man roster for 2026.
-
Isaac Guerendo SF RB
49ers' Isaac Guerendo: Dealing with torn pectoral
4d agoGuerendo is not participating in OTAs due to a torn pectoral, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
The running back suffered the injury while lifting "about a month ago," per David Lombardi of SFStandard.com. Guerendo is expected back near the end of training camp, though he did already undergo surgery, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. The 2024 fourth-round pick did not receive a single carry in 2025 despite appearing in 14 regular-season games.
-
Jermar Jefferson SF RB
49ers' Jermar Jefferson: Signs with 49ers
4d agoJefferson signed with the 49ers on Thursday.
The running back played in two regular-season games for the Cardinals last year and a total of nine across the previous four regular seasons with the Lions. San Francisco's running back depth chart is led by Christian McCaffrey, Jordan James and Kaelon Black.
-
Gunner Olszewski NYG WR

The kick and punt returner tore his Achilles during OTAs on Friday and now will have to miss the 2026 campaign. Olszewski was in line to retain the returner role he played for New York in 2025.

-
Romello Brinson DAL WR
Cowboys' Romello Brinson: Signs with Dallas
9h agoBrinson signed with the Cowboys on Monday, Tommy Yarrish of the team's official site reports.
The SMU product will try to fight for a spot on a wide receiver depth chart headed by CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens and several other players with NFL experience. Brinson caught 43 passes for 638 yards and three scores in 2025 for the Mustangs.
-
Mac Dalena BUF WR
Bills' Mac Dalena: Heading to Buffalo
10h agoDalena signed with the Bills on Monday.
The wide receiver signed a reserve/future contract with the Jets in January before being waived by the team in May. Dalena was let go by the Chiefs ahead of the 2025 campaign but spent some time on the Seahawks' practice squad during the season. He has not yet appeared in an NFL regular-season game.
-
Braxton Berrios NYG WR
Giants' Braxton Berrios: Joins New York
10h agoBerrios signed with the Giants on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Across four regular-season games with the Texans last year, Berrios caught six passes for 37 yards on eight targets. He also recorded 81 kickoff-return yards and 25 punt-return yards. The former Jet and Dolphin may need to find a special-teams role to have a chance to make the G-Men.
-
Samori Toure PHI WR
Eagles' Samori Toure: Lands in Philly
10h agoToure signed with the Eagles on Monday.
The seventh-round pick of the Packers in 2022 appeared in 22 regular-season games with his original team across his first two NFL campaigns. Toure spent the majority of last year on New Orleans' practice squad before playing in the regular-season finale. The wide receiver joins a crowded depth chart in Philadelphia that includes DeVonta Smith, 2026 first-round pick Makai Lemon and offseason additions Dontayvion Wicks, Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore.
-
Julian Hill NE TE
Patriots' Julian Hill: Lands on IR
12h agoThe Patriots placed Hill (undisclosed) on IR on Monday, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports.
Hill joined the Patriots back in March on a three-year deal, but an unspecified injury now will sideline the tight end for the season. For now, Eli Raridon, CJ Dippre and Tanner Arkin are in the mix behind top TE Hunter Henry, but there's a solid chance the team will bring in added depth at the position in the wake of Hill's injury.
-
Brevin Jordan HOU TE
Texans' Brevin Jordan: Working back from major injury
4d agoJordan is progressing in his rehab from the torn patellar tendon he suffered during training camp last year, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Mandatory practices still haven't started up yet for the new year, so there's no reason for Houston to rush Jordan back into action. The Texans signed Foster Moreau in free agency and added second-rounder Marlin Klein in the 2026 NFL Draft, so Jordan's place on their 53-man roster is far from guaranteed at this point.
-
Cade Stover HOU TE
Texans' Cade Stover: Catching passes on practice field
4d agoStover (knee) is participating in the Texans' OTAs, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Stover sustained a knee injury during Houston's playoff loss at New England in the divisional round back in January, but he's had time to move past the issue, allowing him to participate in the team's offseason workouts. After the Texans drafted tight end Marlin Klein in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, Stover's path to a spot on the final 53-man roster for the upcoming season looks narrow.
-
Brock Bowers LV TE
Raiders' Brock Bowers: Participating in OTAs
5d agoBowers (knee) is participating in OTAs this week, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Bowers -- who noted Thursday that he's "practicing full speed" -- originally injured his knee in Week 1 against the Patriots last season and dealt with the issue all year, missing Weeks 5-7 before being shut down for Weeks 17 and 18 in a lost campaign for Las Vegas. Bowers -- who remains a top tier fantasy option at the TE position -- appeared in 12 games in his second NFL season and finished with 64 catches for 680 yards and seven touchdowns on 86 targets. He'll now be catching passes from Kirk Cousins and No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza this summer, as the two quarterbacks are in a competition for the Week 1 job.
-
Darnell Washington PIT TE
Steelers' Darnell Washington: Past forearm injury
5d agoWashington (forearm) is participating in OTAs this week, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.
Washington broke his arm in Week 17 last season and missed the remainder of the regular season and the team's wild-card playoff loss to the Texans. Now healthy, Washington is expected to handle an expanded role alongside Pat Freiermuth in 2026 after the Steelers released Jonnu Smith earlier in the offseason.
-
Kenyon Sadiq NYJ TE
Jets' Kenyon Sadiq: Out for OTAs after hernia surgery
5d agoCoach Aaron Glenn said Sadiq (abdomen) underwent a "minor procedure" and will miss OTAs this week, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Glenn said the first-round rookie will be ready for training camp later this summer after undergoing surgery for a sports hernia. While listed as a tight end, Sadiq is expected to mainly line up detached from the line as more of a receiver with the Jets, allowing Mason Taylor and Jeremy Ruckert to handle more of the traditional tight end duties.
-
Cade York NYJ K
Jets' Cade York: Dealing with groin injury
4d agoYork (groin) has not been able to participate in OTAs this week, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
It's unclear if the issue is serious and will require York to miss time beyond this week, though it likely contributed to New York's recent signing of Younghoe Koo, according to Cimini. York signed a one-year deal with the Jets in March after not seeing any regular-season action in 2025.
-
Younghoe Koo NYJ K
Jets' Younghoe Koo: Signing with Jets
5d agoThe Jets are slated to sign Koo, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
Koo spent time with the Falcons, his original NFL team, as well as the Giants in 2025, combining to make six of nine field-goal attempts and 13 of 14 extra-point tries in six regular-season games (one with Atlanta and five with New York). With the Jets, the 31-year-old will have a chance to compete for kicking duties with Cade York and Lenny Krieg.
-
Maddux Trujillo BUF K
Maddux Trujillo: Waived by Buffalo
20d agoThe Bills waived Trujillo on Tuesday.
Trujillo's tenure in Buffalo has come to an end after having signed a reserve/future contract with the team in January. The 23-year-old has yet to appear in a regular-season game but will look to catch on with another team and make his debut during the upcoming campaign.
-
Chris Boswell PIT K
Steelers' Chris Boswell: Agrees to four-year extension
22d agoBoswell agreed to terms Monday on a four-year, $28 million contract extension with the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Boswell's deal matches the record-setting contract Brandon Aubrey earned with the Cowboys this offseason in terms of its $7 million annual average. That said, Boswell is 35 years old, and his contract could well have a potential 'out' before its conclusion in 2030. Boswell converted 27 of 32 field-goal attempts (84 percent) while suiting up for all 17 regular-season games 2025, in addition to 42 of 43 extra-point tries. He converted more than 90 percent of his field-goal tries in both 2023 and 2024.
-
Trey Smack GB K
Packers' Trey Smack: Fellow kicker being let go
25d agoWith the Packers moving on from Brandon McManus, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Smack and Lucas Havrisik are the team's current kicking options.
Though Havrisik appeared in three regular-season games with the Packers in 2025, Smack is presumably the favorite to emerge as the team's top kicker after the team invested a sixth-round draft pick in the University of Florida product. While working behind Green Bay's offense, Smack should have have a chance to emerge as a fantasy streaming option as a rookie. McManus and Lucas Havrisik combined to record 123 points in 17 regular-season contests with the Packers last year.
-
Brandon McManus GB K
Brandon McManus: Packers moving on from kicker
25d agoThe Packers are slated to release McManus, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The move follows the team's selection of Trey Smack in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, with fellow kicker Lucas Havrisik also currently on Green Bay's roster. During the 2025 regular season, McManus went 24-for-30 on field-goal attempts and 32-for-33 on extra-point tries in 14 games. McManus, who turns 35 in July, thus represents an option for teams looking to bring in veteran kicking competition ahead of training camp.
-
Azareye'h Thomas NYJ CB

Jared Verse LAR LB
Browns' Jared Verse: Officially traded to Browns
14h agoThe Rams officially traded Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick and a 2029 third-round pick to Cleveland in exchange for Myles Garrett on Monday.
Verse is entering Year 3 of his NFL career as a two-time Pro Bowler and fresh off a 2025 campaign in which he tallied 58 tackles (35 solo), including 7.5 sacks, a pass defensed and three forced fumbles over 17 regular-season games. He now replaces Garrett as the clear leader of the Browns' pass-rush corps, joining a young defense that also features LB Carson Schwesinger (ankle), the reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year. While Verse, the 2024 Defensive Rookie of the Year, won't have the benefit of lining up alongside Byron Young in 2026, he will have every opportunity to take the next step forward in his development under DC Mike Rutenberg.
-
Myles Garrett CLE DE
Rams' Myles Garrett: Being dealt to Rams
14h agoThe Browns agreed to trade Garrett to the Rams on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Garrett will bolster a win-now Rams team, while the rebuilding Browns get back Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick and a 2029 third-round pick. The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year set the league record with 23.0 sacks in the 2025 regular season, and he should have even more opportunities to rush the passer on a Rams team that's expected to play with the lead much more often than the Browns have in recent years.
-
Jared Verse LAR LB
Rams' Jared Verse: Linked to pending blockbuster trade
15h agoVerse is expected to be dealt to the Browns as part of a trade the Rams are finalizing to acquire Myles Garrett, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Verse, who has begun his NFL career with back-to-back Pro Bowls, appears slated to head to Cleveland alongside a 2027 first-round pick and further draft compensation in exchange for Garrett, a two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year. The 25-year-old tallied 7.5 sacks across 17 regular-season games with the Rams in 2025 and will become the pillar of the Browns' pass rush in Garrett's stead, though Verse's immediate prospects in terms of productivity will figure to take a hit if he's no longer paired alongside Byron Young.
-
Myles Garrett CLE DE
Browns' Myles Garrett: Trade to Rams being finalized
15h agoThe Browns are finalizing a trade Monday that will send Garrett to the Rams, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Garrett, who tallied a career-high 23.0 sacks across 17 regular-season appearances in 2025, reportedly will be dealt to Los Angeles with Cleveland receiving edge rusher Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft compensation in return. The transaction is a substantial all-in maneuver by the Rams, as the team works to maximize the competitive window of veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford, who inked a one-year extension in mid-May. Garrett remains one of the most impactful defensive players in the league and will arguably see his IDP fantasy prospects rise even further once the trade is finalized.
