Kamara (back) was limited at Friday's practice but does not have an injury designation for Week 7, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Kamara did not get a full practice in all week, but it appears that was simply for management purposes, as he will not head into Week 7 with any sort of injury tag. He shared the backfield duties with Kendre Miller and CJ Donaldson each of the last three weeks, and with Travis Etienne (hamstring) spending at least one more game on injured reserve, he figures to do the same Sunday in Paris.

Saints' CJ Donaldson: Full participant Thursday
Donaldson (shoulder) practiced without limitations Thursday.
Donaldson upgraded to full participation Thursday while Alvin Kamara (back) was limited for a second consecutive practice. Heading into Sunday's overseas showdown against the Steelers, Donaldson has been working as the Saints' third option in the backfield behind Kamara and Kendre Miller while Travis Etienne (hamstring) is on IR. Donaldson has accumulated 82 scrimmage yards on 16 touches over the past three games.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Limited again Thursday
Kamara (back) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Kamara now has logged back-to-back capped practices to begin Week 7 prep as he deals with a back concern for a third consecutive week. He's been able to play through it, but his snap shares in Week 5 (27 percent) and Week 6 (26 percent) didn't equate to much work (14 touches for 75 yards from scrimmage and one receiving TD). Friday's injury report will unveil whether or not Kamara enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Steelers in Paris.

McKinstry left the team's 34-27 win over the Giants in Week 6 with a migraine, but he is now back to full health ahead of Week 7. The 24-year-old will be tasked with trying to slow down DK Metcalf and Germie Bernard in Sunday's matchup with the Steelers in Paris.

Fellow RB Alvin Kamara (back) also logged a limited session Wednesday, with added context regarding the duo's Week 7 status slated to arrive via Thursday's practice report. In the Saints' 34-27 win over the Giants in Week 6, Donaldson recorded six carries for 39 yards and lost a fumble while working alongside Kamara (seven carries for 34 yards and two catches for 35 yards with a TD) as well as Kendre Miller (20 carries for 70 yards).

This now marks three weeks in a row in which Kamara has had practice restrictions due to a back issue, but he's been able to play through it the last two games, accounting for 75 yards from scrimmage and one receiving TD on 14 touches during that stretch. The Saints may limit his on-field work Thursday and/or Friday, but there's been no indication he's in danger of missing Sunday's contest against the Steelers in Paris.
