Ravens' Ethan Pocic: Probably in line to start now
Pocic looks like the clear starting center in Baltimore with Danny Pinter likely out for the season with a torn patella tendon, Jason La Canfora of SI.com reports.
The veteran center signed a one-year, $4.5-million deal late in the offseason, perhaps to start anyway, though Pinter was seeing first-team reps during training camp even after Pocic returned from a recent ankle injury. With Pinter down, Pocic looks like the next man up on the depth chart. The former Brown and Seahawk made 57 regular-season starts for Cleveland over the last four years.

Ravens' Danny Pinter: Has torn patella tendon
Pinter tore his patella tendon during a joint session against Minnesota on Wednesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The center was playing with the first team during training camp as Baltimore sought to replace Tyler Linderbaum, who signed with the Raiders in the offseason. Ethan Pocic would appear to be the next man up at center.

Ravens' Jahquez Robinson: Reverts to IR
Robinson (undisclosed) reverted to the Ravens' injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Robinson was waived/injured by the Ravens on Tuesday. The safety cleared waivers and is set to spend the entirety of the 2026 regular season on injured reserve unless he is waived with an injury settlement. The undrafted free agent out of Auburn will likely look toward next year for a potential NFL debut.

Ravens' Danny Pinter: Carted off practice field Wednesday
Pinter (leg) was carted off the field after suffering an injury during Wednesday's joint practice with the Vikings, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Pinter was later seen wearing a brace on his right leg, and it appeared he was bound for additional testing. In his stead, free-agent acquisition Jovaughn Gwyn could be next up for first-team reps at center.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Returns to practice
Humphrey (undisclosed) returned to practice Monday, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
Humphrey was sidelined for a couple practices while nursing a minor undisclosed injury, but the 30-year-old was able to return to the field Monday. The cornerback is entering his 10th season in Baltimore, and he is expected to start opposite of Nate Wiggins in 2026.

Ravens' Rasheen Ali: Dealing with injury
Ali has an undisclosed injury that forced him to miss the Ravens' preseason opener Saturday against the Eagles, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
The running back also had to sit for most of the practice week leading up to that contest, per Hensley. Ali recorded 763 kickoff-return yards in 2025, and if he can return soon enough, he should be in line to play a similar role this season. The fifth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft remains third on the running back depth chart behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.

This is a big development for the Ravens' secondary after Wiggins had an injury scare in practice Tuesday. Wiggins is reportedly already back in pads, which bodes well for his participation level in practice this week. The third-year player out of Clemson is the key piece of Baltimore's cornerback room.

Flowers was rested for Baltimore's 24-7 preseason win over the Eagles on Saturday.
Flowers has fully recovered from a left quadriceps contusion that he suffered the previous Saturday, but the 2023 first-round pick was among the established starters that Baltimore opted to keep out of Saturday's preseason opener. The Ravens drafted wide receivers Ja'Kobi Lane and Elijah Sarratt in the third and fourth rounds, respectively, of the 2026 NFL Draft, but Flowers is projected to reprise his role as Lamar Jackson's favorite target on the heels of a 2025 regular season in which Flowers posted a career-high 1,211 receiving yards.

Ravens' Mark Andrews: No action in preseason opener
Andrews was rested for Baltimore's 24-7 preseason win over the Eagles on Saturday.
Andrews and other key starters didn't suit up for the preseason opener. The 30-year-old tight end averaged a career-low 24.8 receiving yards per game during the 2025 regular season, but the Ravens didn't bring in any established pass catchers at the position to replace the departed Isaiah Likely, so Andrews has an opportunity to bounce back under a new coaching staff.

The Ravens signed Ward to a contract Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Ward signed with the Ravens practice squad in early December of 2025 to bolster the team's depth after Justice Hill went down with a neck injury. The running back must be well-liked within the organization because he is back for round two, set to once again bolster the team's depth as they approach Saturday's preseason showdown with the Vikings.
