Marte is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros.

Marte went 0-for-7 with a walk and four strikeouts as the designated hitter the past two games after being reinstated from the injured list Friday, and he'll receive a day off for the series finale in Houston. Luis Guillorme is starting at second base while Joc Pederson is back at designated hitter Sunday.

German cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.

German was designated for assignment Thursday by the Pirates but will stick in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. In two stints with Pittsburgh this season, the 32-year-old has a 7.84 ERA, 1.84 WHIP and 18:13 K:BB across 20.2 innings.

The Dodgers selected Ramirez's contract from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday.

The 35-year-old was designated for assignment by Los Angeles in late July, but he's back on the 28-man active roster and 40-man roster Sunday. Ramirez posted a 2.66 ERA in 32 outings with the Yankees last season, but he's surrendered eight earned runs over 11.1 big-league frames in 2024.

Wrobleski was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday.

The left-hander was called up from Oklahoma City on Friday and will return to the minors after delivering two scoreless innings out of the bullpen Saturday against Cleveland. Wrobleski has a 6.40 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 22:14 K:BB across 32.1 frames in the big leagues this season.

Peralta is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Peralta has largely served as a strong-side platoon player at designated hitter or in the corner outfield since he was promoted from Triple-A El Paso in late May, but his opportunities will likely be more scarce for the rest of the season with Fernando Tatis having taken back an everyday role since being activated from the 60-day injured list Monday. Since Tatis' activation, Peralta has now started just twice in the Padres' ensuing six games, sitting against right-handed pitchers on four occasions.

India was removed from Sunday's game against the Mets due to left elbow discomfort, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

The second baseman went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts before exiting the contest. The severity of the injury is unclear, and India should be considered day-to-day heading into Monday's matchup with Atlanta.

Rojas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Rojas started the last five games and will receive a day off after going 4-for-17 with two walks and two RBI during that span. Tommy Edman will shift to shortstop while Kevin Kiermaier receives a start in center field.

Hernandez (ankle) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

The 31-year-old will sit for the second straight game after he suffered a left ankle contusion during Friday's contest. Hernandez was initially expected to require a trip to the injured list, but he's currently considered day-to-day after an MRI and CT scan came back negative. Andy Pages is receiving a start in left field Sunday for Los Angeles.

Wisely is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Wisely has gone 3-for-25 in his past 12 games and will sit for Sunday's series finale in San Diego. Marco Luciano is starting at second base and could be taking hold of a regular role at the position.

Yastrzemski is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Yastrzemski will sit after a run of eight straight starts, during which his clubbed two homers but batted just .192. Luis Matos is starting in right field in the series finale at San Diego.
