Walker (10-4) allowed a hit and a walk over a scoreless inning to earn the win Saturday over the Cardinals.

Walker kept the game tied in the eighth inning before the Giants took the lead in the bottom of the frame. Walker is one of two relievers in the majors -- the other being Houston's Hector Neris -- to earn 10 wins this season. Over 80 innings, Walker has added a 1.91 ERA, 0.85 WHIP, 99:18 K:BB, 10 saves and 22 holds while emerging as one the Giants' best relievers.

Bivens allowed a hit and struck out two over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Cardinals.

Bivens has mostly been used in long-relief spots this year, but he was called on for a save chance after Ryan Walker pitched in a high-leverage spot in the eighth inning. Bivens was up to the task, earning his first major-league save, though he's not unfamiliar with the closing role after earning eight saves with Triple-A Sacramento in 2024. In the majors, Bivens has a 3.14 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 37:11 K:BB across 48.2 innings over 27 appearances (two starts).

Lockridge went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Diamondbacks.

This was the second hit and first homer of Lockridge's big-league career. He has mainly seen time off the bench since he was called up from Triple-A El Paso on Sept. 11. The 27-year-old is 2-for-9 with two stolen bases and four runs scored over 11 contests.

Higashioka went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Diamondbacks.

Higashioka opened the scoring when he took A.J. Puk deep in the ninth inning. This was Higashioka's first homer in a month, and he's had a poor September, batting just .174 over 17 contests. For the season, the catcher has a .220/.263/.476 slash line with 17 homers, 45 RBI, 29 runs scored and two stolen bases over a career-high 263 plate appearances.

Solano went 4-for-5 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Diamondbacks.

Solano picked up his first multi-hit effort since Sept. 14, which was also a four-hit game. The 36-year-old had three singles before going yard in the ninth inning to provide some insurance runs. He's been a decent bat for the Padres this year with a .287/.344/.418 slash line, eight homers, 35 RBI, 31 runs scored and two stolen bases over 95 contests.

Vasquez allowed one hit and one walk while striking out four over six shutout innings in a no-decision versus the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

Vasquez didn't come away with a win since it took until the ninth inning for the Padres' offense to wake up. It was still an impressive outing for the right-hander, who was in the majors for the first time since Sept. 1. He concludes the regular season with a 4.87 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 62:29 K:BB over 98 innings across 20 starts this season. Despite the strong outing, Vasquez is unlikely to make the Padres' wild-card roster, and he could be optioned out Sunday for a fresh bullpen arm.

Rodriguez allowed four hits and two walks while striking out three over 4.2 scoreless innings in a no-decision versus the Padres on Saturday.

Rodriguez failed to complete five innings for the fourth time over six starts in September. He was pulled at 62 pitches (41 strikes) Saturday, and it was likely due to him pitching into a jam that Kevin Ginkel was able to escape from. Rodriguez concludes the regular season with a 5.04 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 47:19 K:BB over 50 innings across 10 starts. It's unclear whether Rodriguez would work as a starter or a reliever if the Diamondbacks are able to make the playoffs.

Mitchell went 1-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Mets.

Mitchell has gone a modest 8-for-30 over his last 10 games, but he's logged four steals in that span. The outfielder is up to 11 steals on 15 attempts this season. He's added a .256/.344/.472 slash line, eight home runs, 21 RBI and 33 runs scored over 68 games while serving as a strong-side platoon option in center field.

Ortiz went 1-for-3 with a walk, three RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Mets.

Ortiz plated the Brewers' first two runs with a single in the fourth inning before drawing a bases-loaded walk in the eighth. The infielder has had a decent September, batting .256 (21-for-82) with 10 extra-base hits, 15 RBI and four steals over 25 contests. He's been the Brewers' main third baseman in 2024, posting a .240/.331/.400 slash line with 11 steals, 11 home runs, 60 RBI and 58 runs scored across 141 games.

Chourio went 2-for-5 with a double and a stolen base in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Mets.

Chourio has four multi-hit efforts and two steals over his last eight contests. Chourio made Saturday's start in right field -- he has often played in left field this season, but he moved over to cover for Sal Frelick (hip). For the season, Chourio has impressed as a rookie with a .275/.327/.466 slash line, 21 home runs, 22 steals, 79 RBI and 80 runs scored over 147 contests.
