Fraley is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

With southpaw MacKenzie Gore on the hill for the Nationals, Fraley and fellow left-handed-hitting outfielder TJ Friedl will head to the bench in the series finale. Santiago Espinal will spell Fraley in right field.

The lefty-hitting Friedl will receive a breather Sunday while the Nationals send lefty MacKenzie Gore to the bump for the series finale. Blake Dunn will fill in for Friedl in center field.

Tena is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.

After heading to the bench for Saturday's 11-6 win while Nick Lodolo took the hill for Cincinnati, the lefty-hitting Tena will remain on the bench Sunday against a right-handed starter (Nick Martinez). The Nationals had given Tena a look as their primary third baseman after Paul DeJong (orbital) landed on the injured list in mid-April, but Tena may be falling out of favor after going 0-for-13 with a walk and seven strikeouts over his last four starts. Amed Rosario will get the call at third base for the second day in a row.

Imanaga was removed from his start Sunday against the Brewers midway through the sixth inning due to an apparent leg injury, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. He struck out four batters and was charged with two earned runs on four hits and one walk over 5.2 innings before departing.

The Cubs haven't provided an official word on Imanaga's injury, but the lefty was moving around with a noticeable limp after covering first base as the defense unsuccessfully tried to turn a double play. Reliever Julian Merryweather came on in relief and allowed both of his inherited baserunners to score to break a 0-0 tie, so Imanaga will likely be on the hook for a loss unless the Cubs offense can rally over the final three innings. Expect the team to provide an update on the nature and severity of Imanaga's injury after the game, leaving his availability for his next turn through the rotation next weekend versus the Mets up in the air for the moment.

Bell (groin) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Bell will sit for a second straight game due to a groin issue. The veteran slugger didn't see any action Saturday but was reportedly available to pinch hit, so he'll presumably be available in that capacity Sunday.

Frelick was removed ahead of the fourth inning of Sunday's game against the Cubs due to left knee discomfort. He went 0-for-1 at the plate prior to departing.

Frelick initially appeared to tweak his knee on an awkward swing during his second-inning plate appearance, but he stayed in the game and then played right field in the top of the third inning, per Adam McCalvy of MLB.com. However, Frelick's knee must not have responded as well as the Brewers had hoped, prompting manager Pat Murphy to replace Frelick with Daz Cameron an inning later. The Brewers should provide an update on the extent of Frelick's injury after the game, but for the time being, he can be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener versus the Astros.

McGough was optioned to Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

The right-hander was called up by Arizona a week ago and will return to Triple-A after firing two scoreless frames in Saturday's contest. McGough struggled to a 7.44 ERA in 26 big-league appearances last season and will likely be limited to middle relief if he rejoins the Diamondbacks later this year.

Winker was lifted from the first game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Cardinals ahead of the bottom of the fourth inning due to right side discomfort, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Winker drew a walk in the first inning and hit an RBI sacrifice fly in the third, but it's unclear if he picked up the injury on any of his swings or while he was playing defense in left field. Regardless, Winker will be on the bench for the rest of the matinee, and his availability for the nightcap would seem to be in doubt. Jeff McNeil shifted from second base to left field in the bottom of the fourth upon Winker's removal from the game.

Koss will start at second base and bat ninth in Sunday's game against the Rockies.

Koss will occupy the keystone for the third time in four games and could get a look as the Giants' primary option at the position after Tyler Fitzgerald (rib) joined Casey Schmitt (oblique) on the injured list. After making the Giants' roster out of spring training, Koss had seen limited playing time through the end of April, logging just 26 plate appearances over the team's first 31 games. Along with Koss, Brett Wisely is also in the mix for playing time at second base while Fitzgerald and Schmitt are on the shelf.

Ramos is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockies.

The Giants haven't indicated that Ramos is dealing with any physical concerns, so the 25-year-old is presumably just getting a well overdue rest day after he had started in each of the team's first 34 games. Luis Matos will spell Ramos in left field and will bat seventh.
