Trevor Williams SP | WAS
Nationals' Trevor Williams: Tuesday's game postponed
Williams won't start as scheduled Tuesday versus the Tigers since the game was postponed due to inclement weather.
It's already been a week since Williams made his previous start June 24, and he'll get another day of rest before likely taking the mound during Wednesday's doubleheader. The 33-year-old is looking for his first win since May 28, and he has a 5.55 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 18:5 K:BB over 24.1 innings during the winless stretch.

Padres' Nick Pivetta: Padres-Phillies game rained out
Pivetta's next outing will be pushed back after Tuesday's game in Philadelphia was postponed due to inclement weather.
The game will be made up as part of a split doubleheader Wednesday. Pivetta will presumably draw the start in one of those games, but it's not yet clear whether it will be the matinee or nightcap.

Sam Moll RP | CIN
Reds' Sam Moll: Recalled from Triple-A
The Reds recalled Moll from Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday.
Moll has made just three appearances in the majors this season, allowing four runs over two innings. He has put together four consecutive scoreless outings with Louisville and will now give manager Terry Francona a left-handed bullpen option.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Out of St. Louis lineup
Arenado is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Pittsburgh.
Arenado was lifted from Sunday's game in Cleveland with a jammed right index finger and was used at designated hitter Monday. It's not clear whether his absence from Tuesday's lineup is related to that injury or is simply a day of rest. Nolan Gorman will be at third base and bat fifth for the Cardinals.

Lars Nootbaar LF | STL
Cardinals' Lars Nootbaar: Returns to lineup Tuesday
Nootbaar (intercostal) will start in left field and bat seventh in Tuesday's game against the Pirates.
Nootbaar missed the last two contests after aggravating a left intercostal injury, but he took batting practice Monday and is feeling well enough to give it a go in the second game of the series. The outfielder is slashing .227/.334/.381 with 11 home runs in 78 contests this season.
