Urshela went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Marlins.

He capped the scoring on the afternoon by taking Lake Bachar deep in the seventh inning. Urshela hasn't replaced the offense lost when Austin Riley (hand) was sidelined in mid-August, but he's been a solid defender at third base and has slashed .252/.273/.374 through 29 games for Atlanta with two of his seven homers on the season.

Fried (10-10) picked up the win Saturday, allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits and a walk over six innings in a 6-2 victory over the Marlins. He struck out six.

The lefty delivered his second straight quality start and fourth in his last five outings on 100 pitches (69 strikes), but Fried left the mound with the score tied 2-2 before Atlanta's offense erupted in the top of the seventh to get him the win. Over his last eight trips to the mound, Fried has posted a 3.10 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 47:13 K:BB through 49.1 innings. With Atlanta trying to catch the Mets for the final wild-card spot in the NL, his final outing of the regular season could be a big one -- it comes at home next weekend against the Royals.

Quantrill did not factor into the decision against the Dodgers on Saturday, allowing three runs on six hits and four walks over 4.2 innings while striking out five.

Quantrill retired eight of the first nine batters he faced before allowing a walk to Shohei Ohtani followed by a two-run shot off the bat of Mookie Betts. The right-hander then surrendered a third run in the fourth and did not make it through the fifth after reaching 100 pitches. Quantrill has now issued four or more walks in three consecutive starts and at least two walks in nine straight. He's also winless over his last four starts, surrendering multiple runs in each of those outings, and hasn't gotten through six innings since July 24 against the Red Sox (a span of seven starts).

Acuna went 2-for-3 with a walk, a double and a solo home run in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Phillies.

The 22-year-old has been on fire since getting promoted last weekend, batting .385 (10-for-26) in his first eight big-league games with six extra-base hits, including three homers. Acuna's power display is especially impressive considering he hit only seven home runs in 131 games at Triple-A this season. Francisco Lindor (back) should return to the lineup any day now and reclaim the starting job at shortstop, but with a playoff spot on the line, the Mets could keep Acuna's red-hot bat in the lineup at another position.

Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Phillies.

The 22-year-old catcher stayed hot, taking Ranger Suarez deep for a solo shot in the second inning before adding a two-run double in the seventh off Orion Kerkering. Alvarez has 11 homers on the season, and five of them have come in his last nine games -- a stretch in which he's batting .286 (8-for-28) with 13 RBI.

Diaz struck out two in 1.1 perfect innings of relief Saturday to record his 19th save of the season in a 6-3 win over the Phillies.

The right-hander fanned Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper en route to his fifth straight save conversion. Diaz has been scored upon only once in his last 12 appearances, posting a 0.79 ERA, 0.53 WHIP and 21:1 K:BB through 11.1 innings over that stretch, and he appears to be back in elite form as the Mets try to lock down a playoff spot.

Greene (elbow) was activated from the 15-day injured list ahead of his scheduled start Sunday against the Pirates.

The first-time All-Star will return for his first start since Aug. 13, having completed a 52-pitch simulated game Tuesday. Greene will likely be on a short leash in his final two starts of the season, as the Reds prioritize keeping him healthy heading into the winter. Alan Busenitz was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.

Manaea (12-5) picked up the win in Saturday's 6-3 victory over the Phillies, giving up three runs on three hits over seven innings. He struck out six without walking a batter.

Solo shots by Kyle Schwarber to lead off the game and Nick Castellanos in the fifth inning accounted for most of the damage off Manaea, but he was otherwise locked in as he won his fourth straight decision. The quality start was the southpaw's third straight and seventh in his last eight outings, a stretch in which he's posted a 2.95 ERA, 0.67 WHIP and 58:10 K:BB through 55 innings. Manaea is scheduled to make his final start of the regular season on the road next week against Atlanta -- the team closest to the Mets in the race for the final wild-card spot in the NL.

Schwarber went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Mets.

He kicked off the afternoon by taking Sean Manaea deep, giving Schwarber his 36th homer of the season and his 15th leadoff homer -- extending the major-league record he set Sept. 10. The veteran slugger is one RBI shy of his second straight 100-RBI campaign, and with seven games left on the Phillies' schedule, he still has an outside shot at his third straight 40-homer season.

Suarez came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Mets, giving up two runs on five hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out four.

The southpaw exited the mound after 91 pitches (57 strikes) with the score tied 2-2, and both New York runs came on second-inning solo shots by Francisco Alvarez and Luisangel Acuna. Suarez hasn't completed six innings in a start since the All-Star break, and his last quality start came back on June 25. In six starts since returning from back trouble in late August, he's posted a 4.30 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 27:12 K:BB through 29.1 innings. He lines up to make his last start of the regular season on the road next weekend against the Nationals, but with the Phillies having clinched the NL East, they could shuffle things around to set up their postseason rotation.
