The Dodgers placed Garcia on the 15-day injured list Sunday due to a right adductor strain.

According to Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register, Garcia sustained the injury during the Dodgers' series against the Guardians earlier in the week, which explains why the right-hander went unused in wins Friday and Saturday over the Yankees. Los Angeles recalled right-hander Noah Davis from Triple-A Oklahoma City to replace Garcia in the bullpen.

Conforto is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees.

With southpaw Ryan Yarbrough on the hill for the Yankees, the left-handed-hitting Conforto will give way to Andy Pages in left field for the series finale. Conforto went 1-for-5 with three walks in the first two games of the series and is now slashing just .173/.318/.284 on the season. He could soon be in danger of losing out on regular starts against right-handed pitching, especially with rookie Hyeseong Kim (1.058 OPS in 48 plate appearances) beginning to build a case for earning more playing time.

Yelich had X-rays on his bruised right hand come back negative after leaving Sunday's 5-2 win over the Phillies, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports.

The veteran slugger departed Sunday's contest after being hit by a pitch in his lone plate appearance of the day. According to Sophia Minnaert of FanDuel Sports Network Wisconsin, Yelich said after the game that the swelling and soreness in his hand made it difficult to grip a bat, but X-rays ruled out a more significant injury. The Brewers are viewing him as day-to-day heading into their three-game series in Cincinnati that begins Monday.

Elder (2-3) took the loss Sunday against the Red Sox, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out four.

Elder got off to a rocky start Sunday, giving up a three-run, two-out triple to Trevor Story in the first inning. While the right-hander managed to limit the damage from there, Atlanta couldn't climb out of the early hole in an eventual 3-1 defeat. Elder pitched well in his first stint in the majors earlier this season, posting a quality start in four of his last five outings before returning to Triple-A. With AJ Smith-Shawver (elbow) slated for season-ending surgery, Elder figures to remain in Atlanta's rotation moving forward. His ERA sits at 4.56 with a 1.30 WHIP and 37:16 K:BB across nine starts (49.1 innings) this year.

Bett (toe), who is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, said he's feeling better and expects to rejoin the starting lineup within the next couple days, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 32-year-old's absence from the lineup Sunday for a third straight game isn't surprising after he sustained a fracture in his left big toe Wednesday, but he doesn't appear likely to require a stint on the injured list. After sitting out all three games against the Yankees this weekend, Betts could be back in action during the upcoming four-game series versus the Mets, which begins Monday.

Wade is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Though he'll take a seat for the second day in a row while the Pirates send another lefty (Andrew Heaney) to the bump, Wade had gained traction of late in the Padres' everyday lineup against righties. He started in either left or right field in each of the Padres' previous three matchups with righties and could end up holding down a strong-side platoon role until Jason Heyward (oblique) returns from the injured list.

Diaz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Diaz will take a seat for the second day in a row while Martin Maldonado receives another start behind the dish. Since he's still started six of the Padres' last 10 games overall, Diaz appears to be the team's preferred catching option, though that hasn't meant much for fantasy purposes. Diaz closed May with just six hits in 45 at-bats (.133 average) over his final 16 games of the month.

Tucker was removed from Sunday's game against the Reds due to a jammed right ring finger, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

Tucker went 1-for-2 with a double, a run scored and a caught stealing in three plate appearances before departing Sunday's contest due to the injury. The veteran outfielder will have Monday's team off day to recover before the Cubs travel to Washington on Tuesday for the start of a three-game series.

Fedde (3-5) took the loss Sunday against the Rangers, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks over six innings. He struck out five.

Fedde pitched well Sunday, delivering his first quality start in his last four outings. However, the Cardinals failed to provide much run support against Jacob deGrom on the other end in an eventual 8-1 defeat, leaving Fedde with his second straight loss. The 32-year-old right-hander sports a 3.82 ERA with a 1.29 WHIP and 44 strikeouts through 12 starts (68.1 innings) this season. Fedde is currently lined up for a tough home matchup with the Dodgers in his next outing.

Thomas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

Thomas will get a breather for the day game while the Nationals send the left-hander Mitchell Parker to the bump for the series finale. Tim Tawa will replace Thomas as the Diamondbacks' starter in center field.
