House went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's win over the Marlins.

The third baseman absolutely crushed a grooved fastball from Eury Perez in the third inning, sending it 445 feet to left-center field to break open the game in an eventual 9-2 victory. It was House's 10th homer of the season but his first since Aug. 15. Since returning to the majors in late July, he's put together a tepid .244/.317/.400 slash line with five doubles, three long balls, 11 runs and 11 RBI in 28 contests.

Semien went 2-for-2 with a walk in Friday's loss to the Astros.

The Mets managed only five hits against Hunter Brown and the Houston bullpen, and Semien was the only member of the home side to reach base multiple times. Productive games have been few and far between for the veteran second baseman this season, however. Semien looks to be nearing the end of the road at 35 years old, and he's currently mired in a 17-game homer drought during which he's managed a .224/.297/.241 slash line with one steal, one double, three RBI and zero runs scored.

Manager Dave Roberts said Saturday that Ohtani (knee) isn't feeling 100 percent following his bullpen session Friday, and it's unclear whether he'll be available for a one-inning start Sunday, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Roberts said that Ohtani's "total body" isn't quite healthy, including his left knee and a right biceps issue that has been bothering him since July. The two-way star is still expected to take the mound in a game at some point within the next week, though his next couple of outings will likely be relatively short as he builds up his workload.

Edwards went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base in Friday's loss to the Nationals.

The speedy infielder drove in the game's first run with a second-inning single before promptly swiping second base, but things fell apart for the Marlins from there in an eventual 9-2 loss. Edwards is up to 20 stolen bases, the third straight season in which he's reached that mark, and he's hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games, slashing .314/.375/.333 over that stretch with four runs and five RBI.

Hernandez went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Friday's loss to the Nationals.

An eighth-inning shot off Max Kranick didn't make much difference in a 9-2 loss, but it did extend Hernandez's hitting streak to six games. During that stretch, he's gone 8-for-22 (.364) with a double and three homers. Hernandez will run hot and cold, but the good times have been outweighing the bad of late -- since the beginning of July, he's delivered a .251/.333/.538 slash line over 47 contests with 13 of his 21 long balls on the season, 20 of his 38 runs and 27 of his 56 RBI despite a 29.7 percent strikeout rate.

Myers isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cubs.

Myers will retreat to the dugout Saturday after going 0-for-5 with a walk during Friday's series opener. TJ Friedl starts in center field, batting eighth.

Wilkinson was added to the active roster as the 27th man for Saturday's doubleheader against the Diamondbacks and will start Game 1.

Wilkinson gave up four runs over 5.2 innings while working primarily as an opener during his last stint with the Giants. He'll now rejoin the big club to pitch in Saturday's twin bill and has a chance to remain in the majors beyond the weekend as one of the replacements for Carson Whisenhunt (elbow) and Adrian Houser (forearm).

Murphy went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's win over the Rockies.

The veteran catcher had gone just 5-for-30 (.167) over his first nine games in August after returning from a three-month absence due to a fractured finger, but Murphy has matched that hit total in the last two contests, with three of those hits (two doubles and a homer) going for extra bases. Two productive games doesn't erase the fact that he's managed a poor .198/.287/.378 slash line since the beginning of the 2024 campaign, but a healthy Murphy could be finding a groove as Atlanta gears up for the stretch run.

Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's 10-8 loss to the Reds.

Ramirez made his lone hit count as he blasted his fourth home run of the season, a three-run shot in the eighth inning. The 22-year-old has had a fine rookie campaign, as he's now slashing .285/.343/.442 across 59 games. Ramirez has emerged as Chicago's top option at second base, as Nico Hoerner has shifted over to cover shortstop recently with Dansby Swanson (oblique) on the injured list. For however long his playing time remains elevated, Ramirez looks like he'll be a viable fantasy option.

Busch went 1-for-4 with a walk and a two-run home run in Friday's 10-8 loss to the Reds.

Busch has now gone deep three times in his last nine games, and he's up to 17 long balls overall. The slugging first baseman hasn't quite matched his production from last year, when he blasted 34 home runs and finished with an .866 OPS during the regular season, but he's still had a productive campaign in 2026. Busch now has 68 RBI and a .754 OPS in 133 games this year to go along with his 17 homers.
