Featherston was designated for assignment Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

With room needed on the 40-man roster for the now-healthy Matt Andriese, Featherston was the casualty. Featherston has spent most of his 2017 season at Triple-A Durham, where he's hit .270 with a .764 OPS over 46 games.

Camargo (knee) is expected to join the Braves in a week after completing a brief minor-league rehab assignment, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports,

Camargo is scheduled to take a few days of batting practice down in Florida before finishing out the minor-league season on a rehab assignment. Barring any setbacks during his brief rehab stint, Camargo should be activated in the first week of September. Dansby Swanson has taken advantage of increased playing time in his absence, so it's unclear whether Camargo will reclaim his role as Atlanta's everyday shortstop once he returns.

Ahmed (hand) went 1-for-2 with a home run and three RBI in a rehab game for Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

After delivering a two-run blast in the third inning, Ahmed was hit by a pitch in the fourth inning and was replaced by a pinch runner. There haven't been any reports that Ahmed reinjured the fractured right hand he's spent the last two months recovering from, so it's possible that he was just pulled early from the contest for precautionary purposes. Ahmed had played eight innings at shortstop a night earlier, so his entry into the lineup on back-to-back days suggests he could be activated from the 60-day disabled list as soon as Tuesday's series opener against the Dodgers.

Lindor went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run, and two RBI in Sunday's win against the Royals.

Lindor has been spectacular at the plate recently. He hit his 24th homer of the season Sunday and has now collected five home runs since Aug. 20 (eight games). While Lindor has enjoyed a surge of power this season, his batting average (.270) leaves a bit to be desired after he finished each of his first two seasons with a mark above .300.

Crawford is out of the lineup Sunday against the Diamondbacks, Andrew Baggarly of The Mercury News reports.

The 30-year-old will take a seat with southpaw Patrick Corbin twirling for the Diamondbacks, affording Kelby Tomlinson a turn as shortstop. Crawford is slashing .225/.279/.369 against left-handers on the season.

Rojas is out of the lineup Sunday against the Padres, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.

Rojas has recorded only five hits in 31 at-bats while starting eight of the last nine games, so manager Don Mattingly will move the shortstop to the bench for a day and see if Mike Aviles can provide the Marlins with a little more production from that position. Since Aviles represents a defensive downgrade and doesn't offer enough offensive upside to make up for it, Rojas still looks like a fairly safe bet to hold down an everyday role the rest of the season.

Arcia went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Saturday's win over the Dodgers.

Arcia's 13th home run of the season broke a scoreless tie in the fifth inning. He has been running hot and cold since the All-Star break; after slashing .241/.317/.296 to begin the second half, he posted a .907 OPS in his first 13 games of August. The 23-year-old was on another slide entering play Saturday (2-for-18), but hopefully this performance will spark another hot stretch.

Gordon went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a stolen base in an 8-6 win over the Padres on Friday.

He has arguably the easiest job in the majors right now -- setting the table for Giancarlo Stanton -- and Gordon has parlayed his spot atop the Marlins lineup into six steals and 21 runs in 22 August games despite an underwhelming .273/.289/.318 slash line. As long as Stanton is crushing nearly every ball he sees, Gordon should continue being an elite producer in the runs category.

Lindor went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a stolen base in Friday's 4-0 win over the Royals.

He's now got 23 homers and 10 steals on the year, but a disproportionate amount of that production (seven HR and four SB) has come in August. Lindor's still only hitting .267 on the season, well below his career average, but his .799 OPS is right in line with his prior two campaigns.

Bogaerts went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer Friday against the Orioles.

Bogaerts crushed his eighth homer of the season to put the Red Sox on the board in the second inning of a divisional loss. After launching 21 bombs last year, his drop in power has been disappointing, but he's helped fantasy managers by stealing 11 bases.
