Henderson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and two additional RBI in Monday's 13-3 win over the White Sox.

Henderson helped Baltimore bounce back from an early 2-0 deficit, leading off the bottom of the first inning with a solo shot. It was his 34th homer of the year, 28 of which he's hit when he's slotted in atop the lineup. His other RBI came on a sacrifice fly and a groundout. Henderson snapped a 13-game homer drought Monday and now has a .276/.362/.530 slash line with 83 RBI, 103 runs scored and 16 stolen bases over 137 contests. The shortstop has batted leadoff the last two times the Orioles have faced a right-hander, which suggests manager Brandon Hyde is going back to what worked well earlier in the season.

Wilson isn't in the Athletics' lineup for Monday's game versus Seattle.

After going 2-for-10 with two runs scored during Oakland's previous series against Texas, Wilson will take a seat to begin the Athletics' four-game set with the Mariners. His absence will move Max Schuemann to shortstop, opening up third base for Tristan Gray.

Caballero is not in the lineup for Monday's game versus the Twins.

He's been the preferred option at shortstop over Taylor Walls lately, but Caballero will begin Monday's series opener on the bench. Walls will handle shortstop duties for the Rays.

Schneemann is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Royals.

The lefty-hitting Schneemann will take a seat against a right-handed starter (Michael Wacha) for the second day in a row. Manager Stephen Vogt looks to be rewarding Lane Thomas will another turn in center field after Thomas went 3-for-4 with an RBI in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Pirates. Despite his success Sunday, Thomas is still slashing just .212/.289/.330 against right-handed pitching this season, so he might have more work to do before firmly displacing Schneemann as the preferred option in center field.

Amaya will start at shortstop and bat ninth in Monday's game against the Orioles.

He's has been the main beneficiary of middle infielder Brooks Baldwin's ongoing absence due to a right hand injury. Amaya will pick up his fourth consecutive start Monday, but he hasn't done much to justify holding down a regular role once Baldwin is healthy enough to play again. Since getting added to the White Sox's active roster last Tuesday, Amaya has gone 1-for-8 with a walk and three strikeouts.

Witt went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's loss to the Astros.

Witt had just one of two extra base hits for the Royals on Sunday, and his home run brought him up to 30 for a second straight year. He became the first player in franchise history to hit 30 home runs in consecutive seasons. Witt now has five home runs in his last nine games and is slashing .340/.392/.615 with 97 RBI, 117 runs, 27 steals and a 45:93 BB:K in 609 plate appearances.

Story (shoulder) began a rehab assignment at Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, serving as the starting designated hitter while going 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored.

Story is expected to start at shortstop Monday for Worcester and will likely play in a few more Triple-A games after that before the Red Sox pinpoint a date for him to return from the IL. After he dislocated his left shoulder April 5, Story was thought to be lost for the season. His outlook improved by the middle of the summer, outlook, and he's now poised to return to the majors during the second half of September.

Henderson entered Sunday in a bit of a slump, having gone just 7-for-50 (.140) over his previous 13 contests. He was able to break that with a multi-hit effort, though he's now gone nine games without an extra-base hit. The shortstop is at a .276/.363/.527 slash line with 33 home runs, 16 steals, 80 RBI, 102 runs scored, 24 doubles and six triples over 136 games this season. He doesn't appear comfortable in the heart of the order -- Henderson is batting .248 across 39 games from third and fourth in the order (combined), while he's batting .287 over 97 games when atop the lineup.

Crawford is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Crawford will receive a breather for the series finale after he had started in each of the Mariners' three games since he returned from the injured list Wednesday. Leo Rivas will step in at shortstop for Crawford, while Victor Robles will serve as the Mariners' leadoff batter.

Moore is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Moore had started each of the last four games while going 3-for-11 with two doubles and a stolen base, but he'll retreat to the bench while the Angels send right-hander Caden Dana to the hill. The utility man should continue to pick up regular starts against left-handed pitching, but his playing time versus righties may be more sporadic in September.
