Houser (2-6) allowed three runs on four hits and a hit batsman while striking out six and walking none over 4.1 innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Nationals.

Houser has failed to complete five innings in each of his last four appearances, giving up 13 runs (12 earned) across 17 innings in that span. He's also posted a 20:5 K:BB during that stretch, which is a noticeable improvement in control despite the otherwise poor performances. Overall, the veteran right-hander has a 5.54 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 46:24 K:BB through 65 innings across 13 starts. He'll be tough to trust in fantasy until further notice. His next start is projected to be a tough one on the road versus Atlanta.

Gasser (0-3) allowed six runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out seven over five innings to take the loss versus the Athletics on Tuesday.

The hitter-friendly Las Vegas Ballpark has lived up to its reputation in the first two games of this series. Gasser gave up all six runs he allowed on four home runs, and the Brewers weren't able to bail him out. Through four starts this season, Gasser has had mixed results at best. He's posted a 6.38 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 19:9 K:BB while allowing six homers across 18.1 innings. The bottom half of Milwaukee's rotation is still in flux, so it's not obvious when Gasser will make his next appearance, especially since the team has off days Thursday and Monday.

Holmes did not factor into the decision Tuesday against the White Sox, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out two over 3.2 innings.

Holmes turned in his shortest start of the season Tuesday, as the right-hander surrendered a two-run homer to Miguel Vargas in the third inning before allowing another run to score in the fourth. After that run crossed the plate, Holmes loaded the bases and was lifted before he could escape the jam. While the abbreviated outing was disappointing, Holmes has done a decent job limiting damage this season, holding opponents to three or fewer runs in 12 of his 13 starts. He now owns a 4.05 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 59:29 K:BB across 66.2 innings and is lined up to face the Mets in his next start.

Dollander (elbow) is trying to schedule a follow-up exam with Dr. Keith Meister, MLB.com reports.

Dollander has been sidelined since May 15 with a right elbow sprain, and he was originally scheduled to be shut down for 2-to-3 weeks. The report suggests that surgery still isn't a possibility, but instead that Dollander and the team want all of the information before moving forward with his recovery plan. Dollander looks likely to remain sidelined into the second half of the season.

Rea (5-4) took the loss against Colorado on Tuesday, allowing seven runs on nine hits and three walks while striking out two batters over 4.2 innings.

Rea fell behind quickly when he gave up a two-run home run to Hunter Goodman in the first inning. The Rockies got to him for three more runs in the second, with Ezequiel Tovar contributing a solo homer, and Chicago never got close after that. The seven earned runs Rea allowed were a season-worst mark, and the veteran hurler ended with more walks (three) than punchouts (two) while notching just five whiffs. His season ERA jumped up to an undesirable 5.19, which is accompanied by a 1.43 WHIP and 54:25 K:BB through 69.1 innings across 14 appearances (11 starts).

Peralta (4-5) took the loss Tuesday against St. Louis, surrendering six runs on six hits and two walks while striking out five across six innings.

A disastrous third inning did Peralta in as five batters reached base, leading to a four-run frame that put St. Louis firmly in control. The right-hander compounded the damage in the fifth when Alec Burleson launched a two-run homer to extend the lead. The six runs allowed were a season high, but Peralta continued his streak of having surpassed 90 pitches in each of his last 13 starts. He now owns a 4.04 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 79:32 K:BB across 78 innings. Peralta is scheduled to make his next start at home against Atlanta.

Sugano (6-4) earned the win over the Cubs on Tuesday, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out three batters over five-plus innings.

Sugano cruised through five frames, allowing just one run. He remained in the game to begin the sixth and gave up a homer to Michael Busch followed by an Alex Bregman single before getting pulled. Though Bregman eventually came around to score, Sugano got enough support to notch the victory. The right-hander has now yielded three or fewer runs in five straight starts, compiling a decent 4.10 ERA across 26.1 frames during that span. He's been a steady but unspectacular part of the Rockies' rotation, posting a 4.08 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 39:20 K:BB through 68.1 innings spanning 13 starts. Sugano's home park and low strikeout numbers greatly dampen his appeal in fantasy.

May (4-6) earned the win Tuesday against the Mets, tossing six scoreless innings on four hits and one walk while striking out six.

May was at his best Tuesday, working a season-high 101 pitches with 70 going for strikes and racking up an impressive 31 called and swinging strikes. It was the right-hander's first scoreless start of 2026, and he's now recorded a quality start in eight of his last 11 outings. May now owns a 4.21 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 66:20 K:BB through 72.2 innings and lines up for a home outing against San Diego next.

Gallen did not factor into the decision Tuesday against Miami. He allowed four runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out three across 5.1 innings.

It was the second straight start in which Gallen gave up nine hits. He's also given up at least four earned runs in three consecutive outings and in six of his last eight starts. Over 69.2 innings, the veteran right-hander has a 5.43 ERA and 1.55 WHIP, both of which are worst in the National League among qualified starters in 2026. Gallen's next start is slated for this weekend on the road against the Reds.

Meyer did not factor into the decision Tuesday against the Diamondbacks, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five across 5.1 innings.

Both of the runs Meyer allowed came on solo home runs from Corbin Carroll and Gabriel Moreno, marking the second time this season that Meyer has given up two homers in a game. He's yielded two earned runs or fewer in 10 of 14 starts and ranks fourth in the National League in strikeouts (86) and in the top 12 in both ERA (2.85) and WHIP (1.09) across 79 innings. Meyer's next start is slated for this weekend on the road against the Pirates.
