Kelly (8-5) allowed two runs on five hits and two walks with four strikeouts in seven-plus innings to earn the win Monday over the Giants.

Kelly limited his opponent to exactly two runs for the third straight start. He gave up a run on a fielder's choice in the fourth inning and walked LaMonte Wade in the eighth before he exited. Joe Mantiply struggled in relief, allowing the inherited runner to score to tack another run on Kelly's line. This was Kelly's ninth quality start in 18 outings this year. He's maintained a solid 3.36 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 84:36 K:BB through 104.1 innings overall. The right-hander is projected for one more start in the first half, which is expected to be a road game versus the Padres this weekend.

Urena (0-1) allowed two runs on seven hits and three walks with three strikeouts in six innings, taking the loss Monday versus the Padres.

Urena was able to limit the damage to a Luke Voit sacrifice fly in the first inning and a Jake Cronenworth solo home run in the third. Through two starts, Urena has allowed three runs, 12 hits and six walks in 12.2 innings -- that's better than the five runs (four earned) he allowed 7.2 innings in four relief outings with the Brewers early in the year. The right-hander has a 2.66 ERA, but an ugly 1.48 WHIP and 8:11 K:BB in 20.1 innings shouldn't give fantasy managers much confidence. He's still expected to make a home start versus the Pirates this weekend, but Urena may not stick in the rotation once Antonio Senzatela (shoulder) returns.

Rogers (4-8) allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and three walks over 5.1 innings Monday, striking out seven and taking a loss against the Pirates.

Rogers struggled out of the gate Monday, yielding three runs in the first two innings. Most of the damage against him came on Diego Castillo's two-run single in the first frame. Rogers has completed six innings just once this season and has now failed to do so in 13 consecutive outings. He's sporting a 5.42 ERA with 74:39 K:BB through 17 starts this season. The 24-year-old is expected to face the Phillies at home this weekend.

Keller (3-6) allowed one run on five hits over seven innings Monday, striking out five and earning a win over the Marlins.

Keller faced little pushback from Miami's lineup through five shutout frames until he finally coughed up a run in the sixth. It was a nice bounceback after he was tagged with nine runs on 19 hits and five walks over his previous two outings. The 26-year-old is in the midst of another inconsistent season with a 4.88 ERA and a 71:32 K:BB through 83 frames. Keller is projected to start in Colorado this weekend.

DeGrom (shoulder) is scheduled to make a rehab start at Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

DeGrom was targeting Wednesday or Thursday for his third rehab start, and the team will ultimately choose the latter option so he has an additional day to rest before pitching for the Triple-A club. He's expected to throw at least 50 pitches during Thursday's outing, and it's not yet clear whether he'll make a fourth rehab start or whether his next appearance after Thursday will be with the major-league club.

Keller will start Monday's game against the Marlins.

It took the Pirates longer than usual to confirm their starting pitcher for Monday night, but it turns out Keller will take the ball on normal rest. After allowing eight total earned runs over six outings from mid-May through mid-June, Keller has allowed nine earned runs over his last two starts alone.

Luzardo (forearm) is scheduled to throw a two-inning live batting practice session Tuesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

If the session goes well, Luzardo will likely face hitters again later in the week before the Marlins set up a minor-league rehab assignment for the 24-year-old lefty. Luzardo has been on the injured list since May 15 with a left forearm strain.

Cabrera (elbow) tossed a two-inning live batting practice session Monday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

The Marlins will likely assess Cabrera's condition Tuesday before deciding whether he's ready to embark on a minor-league rehab assignment. Since he's been on the injured list since June 15 with right elbow tendinitis, Cabrera will presumably require two starts in the minors before being activated from the IL, likely at some point shortly after the All-Star break.

Oviedo (hand) struck out two and worked around two hits over 1.1 scoreless innings out of the bullpen Sunday in the Cardinals' 4-3 win over the Phillies.

Oviedo had been pulled from his previous relief appearance July 4 against Atlanta after he was struck on his pitching hand by a comebacker, but a few days of rest was all he needed to heal up. With Sunday's scoreless outing, the 24-year-old lowered his ERA to 3.10 over 20.1 innings at the big-league level this season.

The Cardinals transferred Flaherty (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Monday.

When Flaherty was moved back to the IL on July 27 after experiencing a setback with his right shoulder, the Cardinals had been keeping his timeline for a return open-ended. The decision to move him to the 60-day IL, however, likely indicates that Flaherty hadn't progressed as quickly as the Cardinals hoped in the two weeks since he was shut down. With Flaherty now on the 60-day IL for the second time this season and ineligible to return until late August, fantasy managers in redraft leagues could be justified in dropping him for a healthier option rather than waiting it out for the next six weeks (or longer).
