Pallante allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits and four walks while striking out four batters over 5.2 innings in a no-decision against Kansas City on Saturday.

Pallante was clinging to a one-run lead entering the sixth inning and retired the first two batters in that frame before issuing a walk and surrendering a single. The Dodgers are expected to recall Knack from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

With River Ryan (forearm) heading to the IL after suffering an in-game injury Saturday, Knack will join the 26-man roster to pitch out of the bullpen. Gallen is tentatively scheduled to pitch during a three-game road series against the Rays next weekend.
