Sims was optioned back to Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday, David O'Brien of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Sims got the call Saturday and appeared for the second time this season, giving up two earned runs on three hits and a walk across 3.2 innings, striking out six along the way. Despite allowing a pair of runs, he was much more effective than his first appearance back on April 19, when he gave up three earned runs and three walks while just recording one out. His time in the majors will once again be short-lived, however, as Sims will return to Gwinnett in favor of fellow right-hander Luke Jackson.

Blach (3-3) picked up the win over the Braves on Saturday, allowing two runs (one earned) on seven hits over 7.2 innings while striking out two.

The left-hander threw 71 of 100 pitches for strikes in recording his fourth quality start of 2018. Blach's 22:15 K:BB through 45 innings is far from ideal for fantasy purposes, but he's only given up two homers to keep his ERA at a manageable 3.60. He'll look to stay locked in Thursday in Philadelphia.

Hand struck out the side to pick up his eighth save of the season Saturday against the Dodgers.

Hand worked around a leadoff single to secure the victory for San Diego. The 28-year-old has been solid this season aside from a pair of blown saves, compiling a 2.87 ERA and 24:7 K:BB across 15.2 innings.

Hader (1-0) blew his first save of the season, allowing two runs on a walk and a hit across two innings of work, but was bailed out by his offense and picked up the win. He struck out four.

Hader unsurprisingly led things off with a strikeout, but he walked the next batter before serving up a game-tying two-run homer to Starling Marte. The young lefty fanned the next two batters to end the inning, and the Brewers' offense picked him up and reclaimed the lead in the bottom half of the inning with a two-out RBI double from Ryan Braun to put him in position to win the game. Hader made no mistakes in the ninth inning, shutting the door in just 13 pitches. Despite the uncharacteristic outing, he still owns a phenomenal 1.80 ERA, 0.55 WHIP and 43:6 K:BB through 20 innings this season.

Neris walked two and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning to pick up his sixth save of the season in a 3-1 win over the Nationals on Saturday.

It's Neris' eighth straight scoreless appearance, dropping his ERA on the season to 2.77. His 15:7 K:BB through 13 innings is solid, and with the surprising Phillies four games above .500, he should see plenty more save opportunities moving forward.

Melancon threw 20 pitches Saturday in his first bullpen session since going down with an elbow strain, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Melancon didn't set a timetable for more throwing but believes he'll be able to return to the bullpen on May 25, the first day he's eligible to come off the 60-day disabled list. If healthy and effective, Melancon should resume closing duties in San Francisco when he returns, though Hunter Strickland has done an excellent job deputizing for him, saving seven games with a 1.84 ERA.

Robles was called up to the majors Saturday.

The reliever will take Matt Harvey's place in the bullpen. He was up with the Mets earlier in the season, tossing eight innings with a 3.38 ERA and a 13:1 K:BB.

Sims was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Saturday.

Sims made one appearance in a brief stint with the Braves earlier this season and it was a disaster. He lasted just one-third of an inning and gave up three runs on two hits and three walks. He's been solid in 12.1 innings for Gwinnett, though, striking out 16 batters while posting a 1.46 ERA. Max Fried was sent down to Triple-A to make room for him in the bullpen.

Leone (biceps) will hit the disabled list prior to Sunday's game, Joe Trezza of MLB.com reports.

Manager Mike Matheny stated that the team didn't have enough time to put Leone on the disabled list prior to Saturday's game, so they will wait until Sunday to make the move. Leone suffered a nerve issue in his right biceps during Friday's outing against the Cubs. He was forced to exit the game before he even threw an official pitch, as the right-hander experienced a cramping sensation while warming up. He will be eligible to return from the DL on May 15. Expect an update on his status once the team is able to evaluate him further in the coming days.

Pivetta (1-2) took the loss against the Nationals on Friday, surrendering six runs on five hits and three walks over one-plus innings while striking out one.

Bryce Harper took him deep twice, but Pivetta wasn't having much success against the rest of the Washington lineup either. After a solid start to the season, the right-hander will take a 4.76 ERA and 35:10 K:BB over 34 innings into his next start Wednesday at home against the Giants.
