Leone exited Friday's win over the Cubs due to cramping in his right biceps, Joe Trezza of MLB.com reports.

Leone didn't actually throw a pitch in the contest, as he started cramping on the mound during his warm-up pitches. It doesn't appear to be a serious issue at this point, but the 26-year-old should still be considered day-to-day until evaluated Saturday.

Gott suffered a sprained ankle during Friday's win over the Phillies, Jamal Collier of MLB.com reports.

Gott sustained the injury slipping on the mound, and allowed three runs on three hits -- including two home runs -- while recording only one out. The 25-year-old should be considered day-to-day until he is further evaluated Saturday.

Reyes (elbow) will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Palm Beach soon, Joe Trezza of MLB.com reports.

The pitching prospect has been rehabbing at extended spring training thus far, but it seems like his next appearance will come with an affiliate. Reyes is eligible to return from the 60-day disabled list at the end of May, so this is a positive step forward toward being available on the day he's first eligible.

Bracho was sent down to Triple-A Reno on Friday.

Bracho has appeared in four games for Arizona this season, logging a 1.50 ERA and 1.00 WHIP over six innings of relief. Since Bracho has pitched in each of the past three games, it makes sense that the Diamondbacks would look to replenish their bullpen, calling up Kris Medlen to take his place. Expect to see Bracho back in the majors soon.

Paredes was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday.

Paredes will head back to the minors after logging just one appearance for the big-league squad, albeit a scoreless one. This move clears a roster spot for Walker Buehler, Friday's scheduled starter. Paredes could be back in the majors soon if he continues to build off the 1.86 ERA he has at Triple-A.

Lopez was recalled from Triple-A Colorado Springs on Friday.

Lopez will come up to the big leagues for the second time this season to provide a fresh bullpen arm. The former pitching prospect made one appearance in his last cup of coffee with Milwaukee, logging three innings of one-run ball. He'll take Zach Davies' (shoulder) spot on the active roster.

Grace (groin) threw off flat ground prior to Friday's game, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.

Grace has been on the disabled list since April 21 due to a strained left groin. It appears as though he's getting near a return to the mound, but he will likely need a little more time before being activated by the Nationals.

Rusin (ribs) was reinstated from the 10-day disabled list Friday, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports.

Rusin wound up spending 12 days on the DL due to a right intercostal strain. He was able to throw a bullpen session last weekend and didn't experience any discomfort over the past few days, so he should be fully operational heading into a series against the Mets. Over eight appearances out of the bullpen this season, he's logged a 4.97 ERA and 1.34 WHIP.

Guerra will be recalled from Triple-A El Paso prior to Friday's series opener against the Dodgers in Mexico, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Guerra will be utilized as the club's 26th man, an addition given to each team throughout this weekend's three-game series since it's being played in Mexico. The 22-year-old infielder is set to make his major-league debut, and will be available for all three contests before heading back to El Paso. Over 25 games at the Triple-A level this season, Guerra is hitting .244/.296/.511 with five home runs and 18 RBI.

Rainey was called up Friday to replace Amir Garrett, who was placed on the bereavement list.

Rainey was up briefly in mid-April, allowing seven runs on three hits and five walks in just two innings. He'll likely be up just a few days while Garrett remains on the bereavement list and is unlikely to have much fantasy value.
