Patriots running back Brandon Bolden (knee) is in uniform for Week 8 against the Dolphins, despite being listed on the injury report as questionable for Sunday's game. 

Cardinals running back Rashard Mendenhall's toe is expected to keep him out of today's game against the Falcons. According to ESPN, rookie Andre Ellington will get the starting nod. 

Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray is "not looking good" for Sunday's contest against the Lions in Week 8, according to Brian Broaddus of the team's official website on Saturday.

Murray missed last week's game against the Eagles due to a sprained MCL and was limited in practice three days in a row. He was officially listed as questionable on the injury report leading up to Sunday. According to Broaddus, Murray may have pushed himself too quickly to get back on the field. Lance Dunbar and Joseph Randle will split the load, if he is unable to start against Detroit.

Seahawks running back Christine Michael is considered probable to play in the Week 8 Monday night game at St. Louis Sunday. Michael appears on the injury report with an illness, but he's sufficiently overcome the issue in order to play in Monday's game against the Rams.

Michael has been active for two games this season for Seattle. He has nine carries for 37 yards.

The St. Louis Rams posted the official injury report for the Week 8 Monday night game against Seattle on Saturday. Among those having issues practicing due to injuries were CB Cortland Finnegan (hamstring), C Scott Wells (thigh) and RB Benny Cunningham (ankle).

All three players listed above are considered questionable to play in the game against Seattle and will be game-time decisions for the Rams.

Broncos running back Ronnie Hillman will not suit up for Sunday's Week 8 contest at home against the Redskins, likely because of his ball-security issues, the Denver Post reports. C.J. Anderson will take his spot and move behind Knowshon Moreno and Montee Ball in the depth chart.

Hillman had some fumbling issues in the preseason and has coughed up the ball in back-to-back weeks. He has 40 carries for 182 yards and a touchdown this season.

When asked to estimate how many touches Cardinals running back Andre Ellington would get on Sunday vs. the Falcons, Cardinals insider and FOX Sports 910's Mike Jurecki suggested 15 to 18 touches on 35 to 38 snaps. 

Ellington is expected to start the game with Alfonso Smith working on third downs according to Jurecki. I like Ellington as a No. 2 Fantasy running back this week, especially in PPR leagues. 

The Vikings have ruled out four players for Week 8 against the Packers, all of whom come on the offensive side of the ball. Quarterback Josh Freeman (concussion) headlines the list, and is joined by running back Matt Asiata (shoulder), wide receiver Rodney Smith (hip), and tight end Rhett Ellison (ankle). 

The Patriots have deemed seven players who were limited in practice throughout the week as questionable for Sunday against the Dolphins.

They are wide receivers Danny Amendola (concussion/groin) and Julian Edelman (thigh), tight end Michael Hoomanawanui (knee), running back Brandon Bolden (knee), offensive lineman Marcus Cannon (shoulder) and defensive backs Aqib Talib (hip) and Tavon Wilson (hamstring).

San Francisco running back LaMichael James knows he doesn't have a role with the club, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

James has been a healthy scratch the past two weeks after seeing some work in two previous games. James said he understands it's a numbers game, and pointed out that backup Kendall Hunter doesn't typically get that many carries. He added that with the team down a defensive lineman, he understands why he's been made inactive. 

James has seven carries for 31 yards.
