Bradley Blalock RP | MIA
Rockies' Bradley Blalock: Escapes with second win
Blalock (2-5) picked up the win Friday against the Angels, allowing six runs on eight hits and one walk in five innings. He struck out four.
Blalock was hit hard once again, serving up multiple home runs in his third straight start. The right-hander hasn't been able to overcome hitter-friendly Coors Field in 2025, limping to a 12.27 ERA, 2.18 WHIP and 9:14 K:BB across 29.1 innings at home. His last appearance of the season is set to come at pitcher-friendly T-Mobile Park against the Mariners, though Blalock's 5.61 ERA and 1.40 WHIP over 25.2 innings on the road don't exactly offer much reason for optimism.

Heliot Ramos LF | SF
Giants' Heliot Ramos: Early homer not enough
Ramos went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-3 loss to the Dodgers.
Ramos went deep on Clayton Kershaw's third pitch of the game. It's been a fairly unremarkable September for Ramos -- he has two homers and four RBI while batting a meager .169 (11-for-65) over 16 games this month. The slump has him down to a .257/.331/.394 slash line with 18 homers, 62 RBI, 80 runs scored and six stolen bases through 149 contests overall.

Robbie Ray SP | SF
Giants' Robbie Ray: Done in by long ball
Ray (11-8) allowed five runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five over 4.2 innings to take the loss Friday versus the Dodgers.
Ray had gone four starts in a row without allowing a home run, but that stretch of keeping the ball down came to a jarring halt Friday. He allowed a solo home run to Miguel Rojas in the second inning, followed by back-to-back blasts by Shohei Ohtani and Mookie Betts in the fifth, which collectively accounted for the rest of the runs on Ray's line. This was the fourth time in five starts that Ray fell short of the five-inning mark. He's now at a 3.65 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 186:73 K:BB through 182.1 innings over 32 starts this season. The southpaw's last start of the season is projected to be at home versus the Cardinals next week.

Pages went 3-for-3 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored in Friday's 6-3 win over the Giants.
Pages has gone 15-for-32 (.469) with a home run and five doubles over his last nine games. The outfielder was able to provide an insurance run with an RBI double in the sixth inning. For the season, he's up to a .281 average and .791 OPS, both of which are his highest marks since the end of July. He's added 25 homers, 27 doubles, 14 stolen bases, 82 RBI and 72 runs scored through 148 contests.

Miguel Rojas SS | LAD
Dodgers' Miguel Rojas: Lifts seventh homer
Rojas went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double and two total runs scored in Friday's 6-3 win over the Giants.
Rojas hadn't hit a homer since July 19 versus the Brewers. He hit a decent .261 with a .664 OPS over the 48 games between long balls before his second-inning solo shot Friday. The utility infielder is up to seven homers this season, and he's added 27 RBI, 34 runs scored and five stolen bases while slashing .266/.325/.402 through 297 plate appearances this year.

Mookie Betts SS | LAD
Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Reaches 20-homer mark
Betts went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-3 win over the Giants.
Betts stalled out with a month-long power drought from July 6 to Aug. 6, but he was able to turn things around in a big way. He reached the 20-homer mark Friday after missing that plateau last year. He's smacked six long balls and supplied 19 RBI over his last 15 contests, a span in which he's hitting a stellar .339 (21-for-62). Overall, Betts has a .260/.328/.413 slash line with 79 RBI, 93 runs scored, 22 doubles, two triples and eight stolen bases over 143 games.

Shohei Ohtani DH | LAD
Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Blasts go-ahead homer
Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's 6-3 win over the Giants.
Ohtani has turned up the power again with four homers during his seven-game hitting streak. His blast Friday gave the Dodgers their first lead of the contest. He's up to 52 long balls this year, one behind Kyle Schwarber for the National League lead. Ohtani is batting .283 with a 1.013 OPS, 98 RBI, 139 runs scored and 19 stolen bases across 151 contests, though he's been even better by hitting .338 and slugging .769 over 17 games in September.

Tanner Scott RP | LAD
Dodgers' Tanner Scott: Nabs 22nd save
Scott allowed a hit and a walk while striking out two over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Friday's 6-3 win over the Giants.
Scott has posted four straight scoreless outings to follow a five-outing stretch in which he gave up seven runs across 2.2 innings. This was his first save since Sept. 8 -- Alex Vesia converted one Thursday, but the Dodgers haven't been in many close games over the last two weeks. Overall, Scott is now 22-for-31 in save chances this year while adding eight holds with a 4.64 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 57:16 K:BB through 54.1 innings. He needs one more save over the Dodgers' last eight games to set a career high.

Clayton Kershaw SP | LAD
Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw: Goes 4.1 innings in last home start
Kershaw allowed two runs on four hits and four walks while striking out six over 4.1 innings in a no-decision versus the Giants on Friday.
Kershaw's final regular-season home start wasn't all that great, but it's fitting that it came against the Dodgers' biggest rivals. The southpaw, who announced Thursday his plans to retire at the end of the season, was able to throw 91 pitches (56 strikes) in this outing before walking off the field to a standing ovation. He hasn't taken a loss since late July, allowing 18 runs over 46.2 innings across his last nine starts with a 38:16 K:BB in that span. For the season, he has a 3.55 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 77:34 K:BB through 106.1 innings across 21 starts. Kershaw's last regular-season start is projected to be on the road in Seattle, and it remain to be seen what role the Dodgers will have him in during the playoffs.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Goes yard in loss
Marte went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Friday's 8-2 loss to the Phillies.
Marte had gone 13 games without a homer, batting just .140 (7-for-50) in that span. He got the offense going early with a solo shot in the first inning Friday, but the Diamondbacks were able to put only one more run on the board. Marte is now at 26 homers, 67 RBI, 80 runs scored, four stolen bases, 25 doubles and a .279/.375/.508 slash line through 119 contests.
