Buehler (2-2) allowed four runs on seven hits and struck out five without walking a batter over 5.1 innings to earn the win over the Giants on Tuesday.

Buehler worked into the sixth inning for just the second time this season. He's allowed exactly four runs in all three of his road starts, but the Padres gave him enough help Tuesday to get the win. This was also just the second time he's issued zero walks in a start this year. The 31-year-old is at a 5.64 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 29:12 K:BB through 30.1 innings over seven starts. Buehler is lined up for a home start versus the Cardinals over the weekend.

Chandler (1-4) allowed two runs on two hits and six walks while striking out four over five innings to take the loss versus Arizona on Tuesday.

Chandler has walked at least four batters in four of his seven outings so far, which has largely prevented him from pitching deep into games. He's worked into the sixth inning just twice so far. Arizona wasn't able to take full advantage of Chandler's struggles, as he continues to do a mostly decent job of limiting damage despite the flaws in his game. He has a 4.76 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 31:26 K:BB through 34 innings this season. Chandler is tentatively projected to make his next start over the weekend in San Francisco.

Rodriguez (3-0) allowed two hits and three walks while striking out seven over seven shutout innings to earn the win over Pittsburgh on Tuesday.

Rodriguez had faltered a bit with 10 runs allowed over his last 14.2 innings across three starts. He bounced back and put up one of his best outings of the season Tuesday, throwing 65 of 103 pitches for strikes in the dominant victory. He's now at a 2.50 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 29:19 K:BB through 39.2 innings over seven starts this season. Rodriguez's 6.6 K/9 is the lowest of his career, but he's making it work after struggling in his first two campaigns with Arizona. The southpaw is projected to make his next start at home over the weekend against the Mets.

Bader (hamstring) went 1-for-3 in Triple-A Sacramento's 4-0 loss to Reno on Tuesday.

Bader, who began experiencing hamstring tightness less than a week before Opening Day, was placed on the 10-day injured list in mid-April due to a left hamstring strain. He made his first rehab appearance Tuesday and recorded a single before being lifted in the sixth inning. The veteran outfielder is eligible to be reinstated from the injured list, though he'll likely require additional time to ramp up depending on how his hamstring responds following Tuesday's outing. In the meantime, Drew Gilbert will likely continue to see increased playing time for San Francisco.

Olson went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and a second run scored in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Seattle.

Olson came through in the ninth inning, taking Andres Munoz deep to break a 2-2 tie. With four homers over five games to start May, Olson hasn't slowed down after setting a blistering pace early in the season. The veteran first baseman is hitting .308 with a 1.077 OPS, 13 long balls, 33 RBI, 15 runs scored, 15 doubles and no stolen bases over 37 contests this season. In terms of both production and durability, Olson is one of the safest bats in baseball right now, and that's with his BABIP at .326 this year, seven points lower than last year when he batted .272 with an .850 OPS over 162 regular-season games.

Iglesias allowed a hit and struck out two without walking a batter in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Seattle.

Iglesias had a minimum stay on the injured list due to shoulder inflammation. He threw 13 of 19 pitches for strikes to close out this win, protecting the one-run lead Matt Olson gave Atlanta in the top of the ninth inning. It's a positive sign that Iglesias was put right back into the closer role after his absence -- Robert Suarez will move back to a setup spot. Iglesias has yet to allow a run over 9.2 innings this season, collecting six saves with a 13:1 K:BB over nine appearances.

Elder allowed two runs on two hits and three walks while striking out nine over six innings in a no-decision versus Seattle on Tuesday.

Elder gave up a two-run home run to J.P. Crawford in the third inning, but that was the extent of the damage. This was another quality start for Elder, who has earned four of them in a row and a total of six in his eight outings this season. He's at a 2.02 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 45:16 K:BB through 49 innings. Elder's had some luck on his side with a .242 BABIP this season, but his 8.3 K/9 this year is a strong mark compared to his career 7.4 K/9, which suggests he's found something that works early in 2026. Elder's next start is projected to be at home versus the Cubs.

Manager Tony Vitello said after Tuesday's loss to the Padres that Webb was dealing with knee discomfort during his start, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Vitello added that he doesn't believe Webb's knee will become a serious issue, but the team didn't want to risk his health after he had given up six earned runs and run his pitch count up to 62 through four innings. Assuming he'll be cleared to make his next start, the 29-year-old right-hander will carry a 5.06 ERA and 1.40 WHIP into a tough test next week against the Dodgers in Los Angeles.

Ohtani (2-2) took the loss against Houston on Tuesday, allowing two runs on four hits and no walks while striking out eight batters over seven innings.

Ohtani worked exclusively as a pitcher Tuesday, as manager Dave Roberts opted to give him a break from hitting. The two-way star was excellent again on the mound, racking up 15 whiffs and eight punchouts while holding Houston to two runs -- both on solo homers. Those were the first long balls Ohtani has given up this season, and they were enough to beat him, as Los Angeles managed just one run of offense. Despite the defeat, Ohtani still holds a sterling 0.97 ERA, 0.81 WHIP and 42:9 K:BB through 37 innings spanning six starts. He's expected to be back in the DH role Wednesday, and his next start on the mound is lined up to be a road tilt in San Diego.

The Reds will place Pagan (hamstring) on the 15-day injured list Wednesday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

Pagan had to leave Tuesday's game in a cart after suffering a left hamstring injury on the first pitch he threw -- the second time he's injured his hamstring in roughly three weeks. He isn't scheduled to undergo imaging until Wednesday, but the Reds have already determined that his injury is severe enough to warrant a stay on the IL. Tony Santillan and Graham Ashcraft will be the favorites to handle the ninth inning for as long as Pagan is on the shelf.
