Arenado went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Monday's victory over San Francisco.

Arenado opened the scoring in a big way, blasting a grand slam off Robbie Ray in the first inning to help fuel a blowout victory. After an ice-cold first two weeks of the season, the veteran third baseman has raked to the tune of a .320/.417/.598 slash line with seven homers, 22 RBI, 21 runs and a stolen base over his past 30 games. After posting a career-worst .666 OPS in 107 games with St. Louis in 2025, Arenado has enjoyed a resurgent 2026 campaign in Arizona with an .810 OPS through 44 contests.

Gallen (2-4) earned the win Monday, allowing two runs on four hits and a walk over six innings against San Francisco. He struck out five.

Afforded ample run support, Gallen turned in his second quality start of the campaign en route to his second victory. It was a much-needed positive performance for the right-hander, who had surrendered 14 earned runs across 14.1 innings over his previous three starts. The 30-year-old will carry a 4.78 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 34:15 K:BB across 49 innings (10 starts) into his next outing, which is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against Colorado.

Andujar went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 1-0 win over the Dodgers.

Andujar provided the lone offense in Monday's pitcher's duel, blasting a solo homer off Yoshinobu Yamamoto in the first inning. While San Diego's stars have struggled at the plate, Andujar has been one of the club's most effective contributors, particularly of late during an active seven-game hitting streak in which he has posted two homers, five RBI, five runs and a 1.035 OPS. Overall, the 31-year-old is slashing .298/.319/.504 with 17 extra-base hits (four homers), 15 RBI, 14 runs and a stolen base across 135 plate appearances.

Miller picked up the save Monday against the Dodgers. He allowed no hits and two walks while striking out one over a scoreless inning.

Miller struggled to find the zone initially, issuing a pair of walks to open the bottom of the ninth inning. The big right-hander was able to work out of the self-inflicted jam unscathed, however, to complete the shutout and secure his MLB-leading 15th save. Miller has been nothing short of dominant in 2026, posting a 0.82 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 45:8 K:BB with no blown saves across 22 innings.

Fulford went 0-for-2 with a walk, two runs and two stolen bases in a 7-6 victory versus the Rangers on Monday.

Fulford was called up from Triple-A Albuquerque ahead of the contest and got a start as the Rockies' DH. He reached on a fielder's choice in the fourth inning and subsequently stole second base before coming home on a Brenton Doyle single. Fulford then walked in the sixth, swiped second base again and scored another run. The catcher came into Monday with one stolen base over 41 career big-league games, but he did rank in the 91st percentile in sprint speed last season and swiped double-digit bags two separate years in the minors.

Yamamoto (3-4) took the loss Monday, allowing one run on three hits and two walks over seven innings against the Padres. He struck out eight.

After surrendering a solo homer to Miguel Andujar in the first inning, Yamamoto settled in and sliced through the Padres' lineup, though a lack of run support saddled him with the loss. The right-hander owns a strong 3.32 ERA and 0.96 WHIP with a 56:12 K:BB across 57 innings, though he has run into some issues with the long ball. Yamamoto has surrendered at least one homer in seven of nine starts this season, resulting in an elevated 1.4 HR/9. He'll look to get back in the win column next time out, which is tentatively scheduled for Sunday against the Brewers.

McCann is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list with a quadriceps strain, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

McCann hasn't been in the lineup since Saturday's game against Colorado, so he seemingly picked up the injury over the weekend. Adrian Del Castillo should serve as the backup catcher behind Gabriel Moreno while McCann recovers.

King (4-2) earned the win Monday, allowing four hits and two walks over seven scoreless innings against the Dodgers. He struck out nine.

King was in complete control, freezing Dodgers hitters and permitting primarily soft contact when they did manage to connect. It marked a season high in innings for the right-hander, who also recorded a season-best nine punchouts. After an injury-riddled 2025 campaign, King has been healthy and stellar in 2026, posting a 2.31 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 59:24 K:BB across 58.1 innings (10 starts). He'll look to keep rolling next time out, which is tentatively scheduled for Sunday against the Athletics.

Mejia earned a save against the Rangers on Monday, allowing one hit and striking out one batter over one scoreless inning.

Mejia entered in the ninth inning with Colorado clinging to a one-run lead. He gave up a two-out single but managed to close things out for his third save of the campaign. The Rockies' closer situation has been as flexible as any in the majors this season, as four different Colorado pitchers have multiple saves. Victor Vodnik was the early leader of the committee, but he's struggled of late and was charged with three runs without recording an out in the eighth inning Monday. With that said, Mejia is certainly a candidate for additional save chances moving forward.

Ray (leg) isn't expected to miss any time after being hit with a comebacker during Monday's start against Arizona, Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports.

This is some of the only promising news of the night for San Francisco, as Ray was rocked for 10 runs in 4.1 innings of work, and both Willy Adames (thumb) and Jung Hoo Lee (back) exited with injuries. Ray's next outing tentatively lines up for Sunday against the White Sox.
