Glasnow (elbow) threw a 25-pitch bullpen session Saturday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Saturday marks the first time Glasnow has thrown off a mound since he landed on the injured list in mid-August due to right elbow tendinitis. He's not expected to make it back to the Dodgers before mid-September, but the fact he's back on a mound is a good indication of progress. The 31-year-old righty will presumably throw a few more bullpen sessions before progressing to live batting practice.

Hernandez said Saturday that an MRI and CT scan on his left ankle came back negative, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

There was initially concern that Hernandez would need to spend time on the injured list after he was hit by a pitch during Friday's contest. However, it now appears the 31-year-old outfielder escaped the incident with no more than a bruise. He'll likely remain out for the remainder of the Dodgers' series versus Cleveland, though there's a chance he returns to the starting nine against the Cubs on Monday or Tuesday.

Smith isn't in the Dodgers' lineup for Saturday's game against the Guardians.

After going 0-for-8 with four strikeouts across his last two games, Smith will get a breather Saturday against Gavin Williams and the Guardians. Austin Barnes will start behind the plate instead and bat ninth.

Donovan is sitting out Saturday's game against Seattle due to an infection in his foot, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Manager Oliver Marmol said Donovan's infection makes it painful to put pressure on his foot, but the team is labeling him as day-to-day for the time being. Jose Fermin is slated to start at second base Saturday and would likely continue to do so if Donovan needs to miss any additional games.

Wade isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Padres, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Wade will take a day to collect himself after going 0-for-8 with four strikeouts over his last two games. His absence will allow Mark Canha to pick up a start at first base while batting fifth.

McCutchen isn't in the Pirates' lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against Washington.

McCutchen will get a breather to conclude Saturday's activities after going 0-for-4 with a strikeout during Game 1. Bryan Reynolds will serve as Pittsburgh's DH, opening up a spot in left field for Michael Taylor.

De La Cruz isn't in the Pirates' lineup for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

De La Cruz went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts during the first game of Saturday's slate, and he'll now step aside while Connor Joe patrols right field during the nightcap.

Gonzales isn't in the Pirates' lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

After going 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored during Game 1, Gonzales will step out of the starting nine to conclude Saturday's twin bill. In his place, Alika Williams will get the starting nod at second base and bat ninth.

Bart isn't in the Pirates' lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus Washington.

Bart went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored during a loss in Game 1, and he'll now take a seat to conclude Saturday's festivities. Yasmani Grandal will fill in behind the plate and bat seventh.

Young is out of the lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Pirates.

Young went 0-for-4 in the matinee and will head to the bench for Game 2. Dylan Crews will shift over to center field in place of Young.
