Michael Busch 1B | CHC
Cubs' Michael Busch: Getting afternoon off vs. lefty
Busch is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.
With lefty Kyle Hart taking the hill for San Diego, Busch will retreat to the bench. Platoon mate Justin Turner will step in for Busch at first base.

Miguel Amaya C | CHC
Cubs' Miguel Amaya: Sitting again Sunday
Amaya is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.
Amaya will take a seat for the second day in a row while the Cubs hand Carson Kelly another start. Through the Cubs' first 11 games, Kelly has amassed an impressive 1.658 OPS, so the club could be inclined to favor him over Amaya until the former's bat cools down.

William Contreras C | MIL
Brewers' William Contreras: Getting afternoon off
Contreras is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.
Contreras will receive his first day off this season after making eight starts at catcher and one at designated hitter through Milwaukee's first nine games. Eric Haase will handle catching duties in the series finale.
-
Jose Trevino C | CIN
Reds' Jose Trevino: Getting rest day
Trevino is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.
He'll take a seat for the day game after he went 2-for-3 with a home run, a walk, two RBI and two additional runs in Saturday's 11-7 win. Austin Wynns will pick up the start at catcher Sunday.

Anthony Bender RP | MIA
Marlins' Anthony Bender: Works ninth in Saturday's win
Bender walked one and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday during a 4-0 win over Atlanta.
While it wasn't a save situation, it was still another sign that the right-hander is viewed as the best high-leverage option in the bullpen right now by the Marlins. Calvin Faucher, Bender's main competition for closing duties, recorded the final two outs of the eighth Saturday. Bender hasn't given up a run in four appearances to begin the season, but his 2:2 K:BB in 3.2 innings has been far from dominant.

Sean Murphy C | ATL
Braves' Sean Murphy: Reinstated from injured list
Atlanta reinstated Murphy (rib) from the 10-day injured list Sunday.
The 30-year-old was expected to finish up his rehab assignment at Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday before likely rejoining Atlanta on Tuesday, but the club elected to activated him early after Sunday's game against the Marlins was postponed. Murphy will take over as the club's primary backstop, and prospect Drake Baldwin is set to fill the backup job after Chadwick Tromp was designated for assignment.

Isiah Kiner-Falefa 2B | BOS
Pirates' Isiah Kiner-Falefa: Late add to lineup
Kiner-Falefa will start at shortstop and bat ninth Sunday against the Yankees after Jared Triolo (undisclosed) was scratched, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.
Kiner-Falefa was poised to receive his first day off this season but will instead take his usual post at shortstop. He's batting .321 (9-for-28) with no extra-base hits and four steals in 33 plate appearances.

Jared Triolo SS | PIT
Pirates' Jared Triolo: Late scratch Sunday
Triolo was scratched from the lineup ahead of Sunday's game against the Yankees due to an unspecified issue, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.
Isiah Kiner-Falefa was a late addition to the lineup in place of Triolo and will start at shortstop and bat ninth. The Pirates will likely provide an explanation behind Triolo's removal from the lineup later Sunday.

Gordon Graceffo RP | STL
Cardinals' Gordon Graceffo: Serving as 27th man
The Cardinals recalled Graceffo from Triple-A Memphis on Sunday, John Denton of MLB.com reports.
Designated as the Cardinals' 27th man for Sunday's doubleheader with the Red Sox, Graceffo will be available out of the bullpen and will likely be optioned back to Memphis immediately after the twin bill. Prior to receiving the call-up, Graceffo made one start for the Triple-A club, giving up four earned runs on four hits and one walk while striking out five over 2.1 innings March 30 versus Louisville.
