The Nationals are expected to call up Henry from Triple-A Rochester on Sunday, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

After missing much of the 2024 season due to a lat strain, Henry was medically cleared in advance of spring training and transitioned to a relief role as the Nationals looked to keep the oft-injured hurler healthy. He's now on the cusp of making his big-league debut after he tossed a pair of scoreless innings for Rochester while striking out four and giving up one hit and three walks. Expect Henry to be deployed in middle relief or as a long man out of the bullpen for Washington.

Kepler is not in Philadelphia's starting lineup against St. Louis on Sunday.

With left-hander Matthew Liberatore taking the mound for the Cardinals on Sunday, the Phillies will start Brandon Marsh, Johan Rojas and Nick Castellanos in the outfield for the series finale. Kepler went 0-for-7 with three strikeouts in the first two games against St. Louis.

Canario went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and a second run scored in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Reds.

Canario was responsible for Pittsburgh's lone run off Andrew Abbott -- he led off the fifth inning with a 402-blast off the left-hander to center field, cutting the Pirates' deficit to 4-1. The home run was just Canario's second hit in seven games this year. The 24-year-old outfielder has displayed impressive power in the minor leagues, hitting 37 home runs across three levels in 2022, but he has yet to get an extended run in the majors.
