Peralta (4-2) earned the win Sunday against the Cubs, allowing four hits and issuing a walk over six scoreless innings. He struck out seven.

With this 89-pitch performance, Peralta tallied his second consecutive quality start and third total of the season. The Cubs were unable to square up the Milwaukee right-hander, who scattered four singles. Through 45.1 innings, Peralta has pitched to a magnificent 2.18 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 48:15 K:BB. He lines up to make his next start against the Rays on the road next weekend.

Lopez (ankle) said after Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Athletics that he expects to miss around 2-to-3 weeks, Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com reports.

Miami placed Lopez on the injured list prior to Sunday's game after he sprained his right ankle while stretching prior to Friday's 6-1 loss. Javier Sanoja has started at second base in both of the last two games and should serve as the primary option at the position in Lopez's absence, though Ronny Simon and Connor Norby could also be factors.

Manager Carlos Mendoza said Sunday after the Mets' 6-5 loss to the Cardinals in the first game of a doubleheader that Winker (side) will undergo an MRI, Andrew Tredinnick of The Bergen Record reports.

Winker walked and delivered an RBI sacrifice fly in his two plate appearances in Game 1 before being pulled from the contest prior to the bottom of the fourth inning due to right side discomfort. Mendoza noted that Winker -- who suffered the injury while throwing to home plate in the bottom of the third inning -- will be sent in for tests as the Mets look to determine whether he suffered an oblique strain. Winker won't be available for the second game of the twin bill Sunday, and his availability for the Mets' three-game series in Arizona that begins Monday also seems to be in doubt.

Heaney (2-3) took the loss Sunday against San Diego, allowing four runs on eight hits and four walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out three.

After pitching to a 1.72 ERA in his first five starts this season, Heaney's now given up eight runs in just 8.1 innings over his last two outings. The left-hander's ERA is consequently up to 3.18 with a 1.11 WHIP and 34:13 K:BB across 39.2 innings this year. Heaney will look to get back on track in his next start, currently scheduled for next week against Atlanta.

Kolek (1-0) earned the win Sunday against the Pirates, allowing four hits and two walks over 5.1 scoreless innings. He struck out four.

It was a strong season debut for the 28-year-old Kolek, who held the Pirates to just four singles en route to a victory. Kolek made 42 appearances out of the bullpen for San Diego last year, pitching to a 5.21 ERA with a 1.52 WHIP and 39:12 K:BB across 46.2 regular-season innings. Kolek figures to stick around as the Padres' fifth starter following Sunday's performance. He'd line up for a road matchup in Colorado in his next outing.

Imanaga was diagnosed with a left hamstring strain after being removed from Sunday's game against the Brewers, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The left-hander suffered the injury during the sixth inning while attempting to cover first base on an attempted double play. Imanaga pitched well prior to the injury and finished with two runs allowed and four strikeouts across 5.2 innings. The severity of the strain isn't yet known, leaving his availability for his next turn through the rotation up in the air.

Cabrera did not factor into the decision Sunday against the A's, allowing two runs on seven hits and a walk over 5.2 innings. He struck out four.

While it wasn't a dominant outing from Cabrera, the right-hander did a nice job of limiting the A's to a pair of second-inning runs while issuing just one walk, a season low. Cabrera now sports a 6.29 ERA through five starts (24.1 innings) this year with a 1.68 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB. He's currently scheduled for a road matchup with the White Sox in his next outing.

Fraley is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

With southpaw MacKenzie Gore on the hill for the Nationals, Fraley and fellow left-handed-hitting outfielder TJ Friedl will head to the bench in the series finale. Santiago Espinal will spell Fraley in right field.

The lefty-hitting Friedl will receive a breather Sunday while the Nationals send lefty MacKenzie Gore to the bump for the series finale. Blake Dunn will fill in for Friedl in center field.

Tena is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.

After heading to the bench for Saturday's 11-6 win while Nick Lodolo took the hill for Cincinnati, the lefty-hitting Tena will remain on the bench Sunday against a right-handed starter (Nick Martinez). The Nationals had given Tena a look as their primary third baseman after Paul DeJong (orbital) landed on the injured list in mid-April, but Tena may be falling out of favor after going 0-for-13 with a walk and seven strikeouts over his last four starts. Amed Rosario will get the call at third base for the second day in a row.
