The Mets optioned Warren to Triple-A Syracuse on Monday.

Warren served as the 27th man during Sunday's doubleheader in St. Louis, tossing a scoreless inning in the first game of the twin bill. He will rejoin the bullpen at Syracuse, where he's posted a 4.35 ERA and 14:9 K:BB across 10.1 innings in 2025.

The Cardinals optioned Munoz to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Munoz was the designated 27th man for Sunday's doubleheader against the Mets but did not appear in either contest. He has permitted four runs with a 6:2 K:BB over 4.2 frames during his time with the big club this season.

Casparius is slated to either start of serve as a bulk reliever in Monday's game against the Marlins in Miami, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

MLB.com officially lists Casparius as the Dodgers' probable starting pitcher for Monday, though it's possible manager Dave Roberts makes a late change and deploys an opener in front of the right-hander. Either way, Casparius is poised to handle the bulk of the innings for the Dodgers on Monday and could be in store for multiple turns through the rotation while Los Angeles waits for the likes of Clayton Kershaw (toe), Blake Snell (shoulder), Shohei Ohtani and Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) to complete their throwing progressions. Kershaw is in the midst of a rehab assignment and is the closest to being ready to start for the big club, but Casparius might stick around as a member of a six-man rotation even after Kershaw returns. Including a brutal outing April 12 against the Cubs in which he surrendered six earned runs over 1.2 innings, Casparius has been stellar over his 11 appearances (one start) on the season, logging a 2.91 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 23:3 K:BB in 21.2 innings. He got stretched out to 3.2 innings and 54 pitches in his last relief outing April 27 against the Pirates, so Casparius could be capable of giving the Dodgers five innings Monday if he's economical with his pitch count.

Crews went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's win over the Reds.

Crews successfully swiped a bag for the third time in his last four games and leads the Nationals with nine for the season. He's still struggled tremendously at the dish and has just one hit over his last six games. For the year, Crews is slashing .197/.248/.325 with four homers, six RBI, 18 runs, and a 6:36 BB:K in 125 plate appearances.

Garcia went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and two RBI in Sunday's win over the Reds.

Garcia plated the game's first run on a sacrifice in the second and then pushed the Nationals ahead for good with a solo shot to right in the seventh. Sunday was Garcia's third multi-RBI effort this season and he now has five RBI over his last five games, bringing his season total up to 12.

Gore allowed one run on four hits and four walks while striking out nine in five innings Sunday against the Reds. He did not factor into the decision.

Gore worked around a season-high four walks to hold the Reds to one run, which came on a second-inning solo home run by Tyler Stephenson. Sunday was just the second time this season he's failed to reach six innings, but he posted his third-best strikeout total of the year. His 68 strikeouts are 11 more than any other pitcher in the majors and he's up to 118 whiffs for the year. Gore will aim to pick up his first win in four starts when he faces the Cardinals at home over the weekend.

McLain went 1-for-3 with a walk and a steal in Sunday's loss to the Nationals.

McLain walked and stole second base for his sixth steal of the year but otherwise had a quiet day along with most of the lineup. He's yet to find any sort of rhythm offensively since returning from a brief IL stint in mid-April and currently sits in the bottom 10 of qualified hitters with a 31 percent strikeout rate.

Martinez allowed a run on four hits and no walks while striking out six over six inning Sunday against the Nationals. He did not factor into the decision.

Martinez put together his second consecutive quality start but was spared the win after being let down by the bullpen and the offense. Four hits tied his fewest allowed in a start this season and it was the first time he didn't walk anyone. The one run against him was in the second inning after the Nationals opened up with a double and a single, but Martinez responded well with back-to-back strikeouts to limit any additional damage. He dropped his ERA to a 4.19 and WHIP to a 1.24 and lines up for a road start versus Houston to open up the weekend series.

Kim stole a base as a pinch runner in Sunday's 4-3 loss to Atlanta.

Kim hasn't received a major-league plate appearance yet after being called up from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday -- he appeared as a defensive replacement in the ninth inning in his first major-league contest and pinch ran Sunday. The 26-year-old impressed with his speed against Atlanta, easily swiping second base after pinch running in the ninth frame for Andy Pages and later moving to third on a throw to first base by the catcher following a strikeout. However, Raisel Iglesias struck out the side to prevent Kim from crossing the plate. Per Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts plans to have Kim primarily come off the bench until Tommy Edman (ankle) returns from the injured list, though Kim might get a few starts along the way.

Diaz went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 4-0 victory versus the Pirates.

Diaz accounted for San Diego's second run with a solo blast to left field in the second inning. The veteran catcher has gone deep in each of his past two starts after hitting just one homer across his first 20 games of the campaign. Diaz has played slightly more than fellow backstop Martin Maldonado this year and is slashing .226/.314/.387 through 71 plate appearances.
