Young (shoulder) remains out of the lineup for Thursday's game against Atlanta.

Young was not going to start Wednesday's game before it was rained out, and he'll remain out of the batting order for Thursday's series finale. He has not played since hurting his left shoulder when he collided with the outfield wall Saturday. Robert Hassell is in center field and batting seventh for the Nationals in his major-league debut.

The Rockies placed Dollander on the 15-day injured list Thursday with right forearm tightness, retroactive to Monday.

Dollander pitched well during his most recent start Sunday, giving up just one run and striking out six batters in 4.2 innings, but he appears to have come away from his outing with a forearm issue that will sideline him for a couple of weeks. Juan Mejia will come up from Triple-A to fill the open roster spot, though it's unclear who will take Dollander's place in the starting rotation.

The Rockies recalled Mejia from Triple-A Albuquerque on Thursday.

He's absorbing the roster spot vacated by Chase Dollander (forearm), who went on the 15-day injured list. Mejia has made six appearances out of the Rockies' bullpen this season, permitting eight runs (four earned) with a 10:3 K:BB across 7.2 frames.

Rockies interim manager Warren Schaeffer said that Toglia is out of the lineup again Thursday in order to work on his swing and approach, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Toglia is absent from the Rockies' lineup for a second straight day Thursday and the third time over the last six contests. However, it sounds like this is more of a reset for the first baseman rather than a demotion. Toglia is slashing only .205/.272/.367 with a league-leading 71 strikeouts this season.

Jacob allowed seven runs (six earned) on six hits and one walk while striking out one batter over two-thirds of an inning versus Toronto on Wednesday.

When Jacob entered with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning, the Padres were still hanging around despite a 4-0 deficit. The righty reliever allowed two inherited runners plus one of his own to cross the plate before getting the final out in that frame, then allowed six straight hitters to reach (one on an error) without getting an out in the eighth before being pulled with San Diego down 12-0. Jacob held a 2.75 ERA through his first 18 appearances, but he's given up multiple runs in two of his past three outings as his ERA has more than doubled to 5.82. He's a non-factor in fantasy due to a low-leverage role (he has just two holds and no saves across his 21 total appearances) and a low strikeout rate (6.6 K/9).

Marchan will start at catcher and bat ninth in Thursday's game against the Rockies.

With top backstop J.T. Realmuto getting a breather for the day game after a night game, Marchan will pick up his 10th start of the season. So long as Realmuto stays healthy, he'll likely shoulder one of the heaviest workloads among No. 1 catchers, leaving few opportunities available for Marchan.

Estrada (wrist) was sent to Triple-A Albuquerque on Thursday to begin a rehab assignment.

Estrada has been cleared to play in games after being sidelined all season with a fractured right wrist. The 29-year-old participated in most of spring training before sustaining the injury, but he'll still likely require a fair amount of rehab games to get his timing back at the plate before making his Rockies debut. Once activated from the 60-day injured list, Estrada is likely to become the Rockies' primary second baseman, and his hitter-friendly home venue makes him a worthy roster stash in fantasy leagues where he's available.

Reamuto is absent from the lineup for Thursday's game in Colorado.

The Phillies are wrapping up their series in Colorado with a day game, and Realmuto had started at catcher in each of the first three contests versus the Rockies, so he'll get a breather for the finale. Rafael Marchan will start behind the dish and bat ninth as the Phillies try to complete the sweep.

Farmer will start at first base and bat seventh in Thursday's game against the Phillies.

Farmer will make his fifth start in six games and his second in a row at first base. Though Farmer has gone 5-for-19 with two home runs and two doubles over his previous five games, his uptick in playing time seems to be mostly a result of first baseman Michael Toglia beginning to lose his grip on an everyday role rather than Farmer earning it. The 8-41 Rockies are already well removed from playoff contention and have more of a long-term investment in the 26-year-old Toglia, but his 41.7 percent strikeout rate in May has made it increasingly more difficult for interim manager Warren Schaeffer to let him work through his struggles.

Moniak is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Phillies.

The left-handed-hitting Moniak remains the Rockies' top option in right field, but he'll hit the bench for the third time in four games while Colorado faces a third left-handed starting pitcher during that stretch. Platoon mate Tyler Freeman will enter the lineup in place of Moniak.
