The Rockies optioned Bouchard to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.

Bouchard spent two days back in the majors and received one plate appearance in Saturday's 8-1 loss to the Mets. In 73 trips to the plate with Colorado this season, Bouchard is slashing .167/.247/.242 with one home run, seven RBI, seven runs scored and one stolen base. He'll try to find his swing in Albuquerque.

Greene is headed to Los Angeles on Monday for a second opinion on his back and groin injuries, Gordon Wittenmyer of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Greene initially injured his groin in a May 7 start against Atlanta but missed the minimum 15 days on the IL and made three starts before aggravating the groin issue while also coming down with a back issue June 3 versus Milwaukee. He's already been sent back to the 15-day injured list but appears to be looking at a lengthier recovery this time around. Wade Miley has been signed by Cincinnati and is expected to make his first start with the Reds on Monday against the Guardians.

The Phillies optioned Robert to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday.

The 30-year-old right-hander didn't make an appearance following his weekend promotion and will head back to Triple-A after Zack Wheeler was reinstated from the paternity list. In two games with the Phillies this season, Robert has a 13.50 ERA and 2:3 K:BB across 0.2 innings of action.

The Phillies reinstated Wheeler from the paternity list ahead of Monday's start against the Cubs.

In a corresponding move, the Phillies optioned Daniel Robert to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Wheeler (6-2) has made 12 starts this season and sports a 2.96 ERA and 94:18 KBB across 76 innings of work. He gets a tough test against a Cubs lineup that is fourth in OPS against right-handed pitching in 2025.

The Cardinals optioned Svanson to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Svanson was roughed up in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers, throwing 52 pitches across two innings of work out of the bullpen. He was tagged for one hit, three walks, two hit batsmen and two earned runs. The Cardinals needed some fresh arms and recalled both Riley O'Brien and Chris Roycroft ahead of Monday's series opener against the Blue Jays.

Mitchell (oblique) resumed baseball activities at the Brewers' spring training complex last week, MLB.com reports.

Mitchell's progress from a left oblique strain suffered in late April has been slow, but he's finally begun ramping things back up. Assistant general manager Matt Kleine said recently that it's possible Mitchell will be ready to return before the end of June, but a firm timetable for the outfielder's activation is unclear.

The Cardinals optioned McGreevy to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

McGreevy was called up to make Sunday's start against the Dodgers, and he took the loss after allowing four runs on eight hits and no walks with five strikeouts across six innings. McGreevy will likely be back in St. Louis again at some point this summer.

The Cardinals recalled Roycroft from Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Roycroft was sent down to Triple-A on May 23 and hasn't fared much better against lesser competition. Despite his 8.49 ERA and 1.97 WHIP at Triple-A, Roycroft is back with St. Louis. In 12 appearances out of the Cardinals' bullpen this season, Roycroft (1-3) has a 7.20 ERA and 6:8 K:BB across 10 innings of work.

The Cardinals recalled O'Brien from Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

O'Brien was sent down to Triple-A on Saturday but is back with the Cardinals ahead of their series opener against Toronto. O'Brien boasts a 6.23 ERA and 3:2 K:BB across 4.1 innings of work out of the St. Louis bullpen this season.

Steer is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians.

With Steer getting the night off against Cleveland right-hander Luis L. Ortiz, Christian Encarnacion-Strand will man first base and bat cleanup. Santiago Espinal is at third base and batting seventh. Steer is slashing .226/.294/.327 with four home runs, 20 RBI, 24 runs scored and three stolen bases across 238 plate appearances this season.
