King (shoulder) is still resting and hasn't yet been able to ramp up his throwing, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.

The team is prescribing rest as the main method of rehab for King, who was placed on the 15-day injured list May 25 due to a pinched nerve in his throwing shoulder. While he reportedly started to play light catch one week ago, manager Mike Shildt noted that the club is still looking into the best way forward for the right-hander. "We're just in a holding pattern to see what it is and the best way to treat it, if there is a better way to treat it outside of just the rest," said Shildt. It would seem that King is still weeks away from a return, though an official timetable has yet to be established.

Stuart (elbow) allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while striking out five over 3.2 innings Thursday against Double-A Reading.

Stuart began the season on the 7-day injured list due to an elbow injury, and he's back at Double-A after completing his rehab assignment. He looked a bit rusty in his first appearance for the Senators this season but should get an opportunity to bounce back later in the week.

Mena has been diagnosed with a teres major strain in his right shoulder and is expected to be out for multiple weeks, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.

Mena felt discomfort in his right shoulder while warming up in the bullpen before his outing against the Reds on Friday, when he yielded one run on two hits and one walk while striking out one batter in one inning. Mena was placed on the 15-day injured list Saturday, and a clearer timeline for his return will be known once he's been given the green light to start a throwing program.

The Marlins optioned Gillispie to Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday.

Gillispie was recalled by the Marlins on Saturday but did not make an appearance for the big club. He'll return to Triple-A, where he has a 2-0 record across six games (five starts) with a 4.38 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 17:12 K:BB in 24.2 innings. The move makes room on the 26-man roster for Eury Perez (elbow), who was reinstated from the 60-day injured list.

Perez (elbow) was reinstated from the 60-day injured list ahead of Monday's game against the Pirates.

Perez has fully recovered from Tommy John surgery that caused him to miss the entire 2024 season and the first two-plus months of 2025. He finished his rehab assignment with Triple-A Jacksonville, and across three outings he posted a 2.13 ERA and 1.15 WHIP across 12.2 innings. Perez had a 5-6 record across 19 starts with the Marlins during the 2023 regular season with a 3.15 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 108:31 K:BB across 91.1 innings. Connor Gillispie was optioned to Triple-A Jacksonville and Ryan Weathers (lat) was placed on the 60-day IL in order to make room on the 26-man roster for Perez.

The Marlins placed Weathers on the 60-day injured list Monday due to a left lat strain.

Weathers flew back to Miami on Monday to be evaluated after he experienced shoulder discomfort during his most recent start Saturday against the Rays. Further tests revealed a lat strain, and the Marlins made the quick decision to place the 25-year-old southpaw on the 60-day IL rather than the 15-day IL. As a result of the transaction, Weathers won't be eligible to resume pitching for the Marlins until at least mid-August. Weathers is now on the IL for the second time this season, after he missed the first six weeks of the campaign while recovering from a left forearm injury. In a corresponding move, the Marlins activated Eury Perez (elbow) from the 60-day IL ahead of his 2025 MLB debut Monday against the Pirates.

Wagaman is not in the Marlins' starting lineup against the Pirates on Monday, Kevin Barral of FishonFirst.com reports.

Wagaman will take a seat after going 0-for-9 with four strikeouts over his last two games. Liam Hicks will start at first base while Heriberto Hernandez serves as the designated hitter and bat ninth.

Conforto is not in the Dodgers' starting lineup against the Padres on Monday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Even with right-hander Nick Pivetta taking the hill for the Padres, the lefty-hitting Conforto will begin Monday's game on the bench while Andy Pages, Hyeseong Kim and Teoscar Hernandez man the outfield from left to right. Conforto has gone 3-for-22 with two RBI over his last eight games.

The Diamondbacks placed Graveman on the 15-day injured list Monday, retroactive to June 8, due to a right hip impingement.

Graveman's hip injury may have played a part in his disastrous outing in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Reds, when he allowed six runs on five hits and one walks in one inning. It's the second time he'll be on the IL, with a back injury preventing him from making his season debut until May 13. Christian Montes De Oca was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move.

The Diamondbacks recalled Montes De Oca from Triple-A Reno on Monday.

Montes De Oca served as the Diamondbacks' 27th for Saturday's twin bill against the Reds. He was optioned to Triple-A on Sunday, but he's back with the big club after Kendall Graveman (hip) was placed on the 15-day injured list. Montes De Oca made his major-league debut in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader, allowing no hits and one walk while striking out two across 2.2 scoreless innings.
