Walker went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Tuesday against the Pirates.

Walker broke a scoreless tie with his eighth home run of the year in the seventh inning. Though interrupted by a brief absence after getting hit in the hand by a pitch, Walker has gone yard three times in his last seven games. While his power production is ticking up, Walker has hit only .226 across the last month while striking out at a 25 percent clip.

McClanahan (triceps) threw a short box bullpen session Tuesday and has a full bullpen session scheduled for Friday, MLB.com reports.

The Rays continue to offer optimistic news about McClanahan, as imaging has revealed no structural issues with his arm. He'll continue to ramp up his throwing intensity but will be sidelined until after the All-Star break.

Fairbanks threw a scoreless ninth inning without allowing a baserunner Tuesday against the Rangers.

The Rays were up by four runs, so it was not a save chance for Fairbanks. However, he hadn't appeared in a game since May 24, so the appearance was good for some needed work. Fairbanks has turned in six consecutive scoreless appearances while racking up a 6:3 K:BB in that span.

Mangum went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base Tuesday against the Rangers.

Mangum has started four straight games since being activated from the injured list. He has only three hits across 15 at-bats, but he's delivered four RBI with a home run and a steal. Assuming he continues to get regular playing time, Mangum should be a solid source of batting average and stolen bases moving forward.

Kim (shoulder) is scheduled to play shortstop this week for the first time on rehab assignment with Triple-A Durham, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Kim played second base in his last two games with Durham after being used at designated hitter in his first four contests. After picking up two hits in his first rehab game, the 29-year-old is hitless over his last five tilts. Recovering from right shoulder surgery, Kim is expected to be the Rays' primary shortstop once activated. However, since he's just now getting reintroduced to the position, has yet to play the field in back-to-back days and is off to a sluggish start at the plate, his return from the 60-day injured list wouldn't appear to be imminent.

Lewis went 1-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's win over the A's. Lewis ended an 0-for-32 slump with his double.

Lewis is hitting just .133/.207/.420 in 22 games since returning from a hamstring injury. While Lewis has been a bit unlucky with a .148 BABIP, he also struggled at the end of last season, hitting .181 with a .500 OPS in September. The Twins will hope his performance Tuesday finally gets him going at the plate.

Lopez suffered a lat strain on the back of his pitching shoulder during Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Athletics and is likely to be placed on the injured list, the Phil Miller of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports. "It's not the greatest news to hear, to have to deal with, but if there's a silver lining it's that it wasn't that posterior cuff or that I didn't feel anything blowing up," Lopez said after the game.

Lopez was removed in the sixth inning after feeling soreness in his shoulder after throwing warmup pitches. He was still able to come away with his fifth win of the season, giving up two earned runs on fur hits and three walks while striking out four over five frames. Lopez is set to undergo further testing Wednesday before the Twins confirm the diagnosis of a lat strain, but at least his initial outlook doesn't seem to be too ominous. Triple-A St. Paul starters David Festa and Simeon Woods Richardson would appear to be the leading candidates to enter the big-league rotation the next time Lopez's turn comes up.

Bigge (lat) is no longer feeling soreness but remains shut down from throwing, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Bigge had a setback with his right lat strain two weeks ago, so the Rays are taking things more slowly this time around. The right-handed reliever should be cleared to throw before long and will eventually need a rehab assignment. Bigge has been sidelined since early May.

DeLuca will be shut down for three more weeks following another setback last week with his injured right shoulder, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

DeLuca has been shelved since early April with a right shoulder strain and had to be pulled off a rehab assignment last week following a second setback. He'll begin ramping things back up again in late June, and a return before the All-Star break now appears unlikely.

Hamilton entered as a pinch runner and stole two bases in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Angels.

Hamilton ran for Kristian Campbell and stole his 11th and 12th bases of the season. Five of those 12 thefts have come as a pinch runner, as Hamilton makes the most of a limited role. He's unlikely to gain a greater role going forward even with Campbell struggling at the plate. The Red Sox are dangerously close to falling out of relevancy in 2025, and if that were to happen, Hamilton would remain on the bench watching Campbell and Marcelo Mayer.
