Springs (6-5) allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out six over 7.1 innings to earn the win Friday over the Guardians.

Springs kept the Guardians off the board until Angel Martinez's solo home run in the eighth inning. This was Springs' longest outing of the year, and he threw 69 of 104 pitches for strikes to earn his second quality start in a row. He seems to have benefited from making a couple of appearances behind an opener. Springs is now at a 4.24 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 72:32 K:BB over 87 innings through 16 outings (14 starts), and he's walked just three batters over 26 innings in June. The southpaw is projected for a tough road matchup versus the Tigers next week.

Wallner went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 17-6 defeat to the Brewers.

Wallner blasted homer No. 6 for the campaign and his fourth of the month. The 27-year-old has held onto a fairly regular role in the Twins' outfield since coming off the injured list on May 31, and he's been a strong source of pop in spite of a paltry batting average. Although Wallner is hitting .155 over his last 58 at-bats, he's ripped five homers and two doubles with seven RBI during that period.

Garcia went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, a walk, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 6-2 win over the Pirates.

Garcia fell a triple shy of the cycle, highlighted by a 418-foot homer in the fourth inning. The 32-year-old has continued a strong June, collecting four multi-hit efforts, eight extra-base hits, 10 RBI, eight runs scored and two steals over 15 games. On the season, he's slashing .237/.285/.411 with nine home runs, 37 RBI, 24 runs scored and seven stolen bases across 277 plate appearances.

DeGrom (7-2) earned the win against the Pirates on Friday, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk with seven strikeouts over six innings.

DeGrom retired the first 11 batters he faced before allowing two runs in the fourth inning. The 37-year-old generated 12 whiffs on 84 pitches and has now delivered four straight quality starts and 12 consecutive outings yielding two earned runs or fewer. He'll carry a 2.24 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 87:18 K:BB across 88.1 innings into a road matchup with the Orioles next week.

Burger was removed from Friday's game against the Pirates with left side tightness, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Burger seemed to grab at his left side after striking out in the seventh inning of Friday's contest, and he was replaced at first base when the Rangers took the field to play defense. The Rangers haven't yet provided details on the severity of his injury, but fantasy managers can consider him day-to-day for the time being.

O'Hoppe isn't in the lineup for Friday's game against the Astros.

O'Hoppe will grab a seat on the bench for Friday's series opener after going 2-for-10 with two walks and a run scored in the Angels' last series against the Yankees. Travis d'Arnaud will take over behind the dish and bat fifth.

Holliday is now batting leadoff and playing DH on Friday against the Yankees, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Holliday was initially scheduled for a night off Friday, but Adley Rutschman (abdomen) was scratched, leading to Holliday filling in at DH. It'll be just his second start at the position this season.

Rutschman was scratched from the lineup for Friday's game against the Yankees due to left abdominal tightness, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Initially slated to DH and bat second, Rutschman has been removed from Friday's starting nine. He can be considered day-to-day due to the abdominal injury. Jackson Holliday will now DH and bat leadoff.

Stephenson is still feeling some discomfort in his right biceps but is hopeful to start throwing during the Angels' nine-game homestand that begins Friday, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Stephenson is working his way back from biceps inflammation but is on track to begin throwing before the end of June. The veteran reliever is without an official timeline to return from the 15-day injured list, but he'll most likely remain on the shelf through the All-Star break.

Naylor is not in the Guardians' starting lineup against the Athletics on Friday.

Naylor will get a breather while Austin Hedges serves behind home plate and bats ninth. Naylor is in the midst of a mini-slump, having gone 0-for-17 with nine strikeouts over his last five starts.
