Greene went 3-for-4 with one walk, two home runs and three RBI in Friday's 14-8 loss to the Rays.

Greene got the Tigers on the board in the third inning with a three-run homer to center field, and he tacked on another run in the eighth with a solo shot to right. It was Greene's third multi-homer game of the season, and his 17 homers are tied with Junior Caminero for fourth most in the American League. Greene has reached base safely in 11 consecutive games, and over that span he has gone 16-for-43 (.372) with eight runs scored, four doubles, four home runs and 17 RBI.

Flaherty (5-8) took the loss against the Rays on Friday, allowing eight runs on six hits and three walks while striking out three across 2.1 innings.

It was another rough outing for Flaherty, who gave up four runs in the first inning before being tagged for four more in the third. He has yielded 15 earned runs over his last two outings, which overshadows the four consecutive quality starts that he logged prior to his recent struggles. Flaherty is projected to make his next start against the Athletics at home next week.

Sanchez went 2-for-3 with a two-run single in Friday's 5-3 win over the Yankees.

Sanchez got the Orioles on the board early with a two-run single in the first inning. He has started in four games since returning from a wrist injury June 14, and over that span he has gone 6-for-14 (.429) with five runs scored, two home runs and seven RBI.

Bautista struck out two batters in a perfect ninth inning to come away with the save in Friday's 5-3 win over the Yankees.

Bautista needed 17 pitches (11 strikes) to convert the save opportunity, forcing a flyout from Trent Grisham before striking out Aaron Judge and Jazz Chisholm. Bautista has converted on each of his last nine save opportunities, and over that span he sports a 0.82 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 19:6 K:BB across 11 innings. His 16 saves are tied with Emmanuel Clase and Trevor Megill for eighth most in the majors this season.

Sugano did not factor into the decision in Friday's win against the Yankees, allowing three runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out four across 3.2 innings.

Sugano found himself in hot water in the first inning after issuing two walks and a single to load the bases, but he managed to limit the damage to two runs. He gave up another run on an Aaron Judge solo homer in the third, and Sugano wasn't able to make it through the fourth after tossing 89 pitches (56 strikes). Sugano has fallen short of five innings in each of his last three starts and now sports a 3.55 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 50:17 K:BB across 83.2 innings this season. He's tentatively slated to make his next start against the Rangers at home next week.

Judge went 3-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Orioles.

Judge entered Friday's game in the midst of a mini slump, having gone 4-for-31 (.129) with two solo home runs and a 51.4 percent strikeout rate over his last nine games. He appeared to regain his form and gave the Yankees a one-run lead in the third inning with a solo home run. Even with his recent struggles at the plate, Judge still leads the majors in batting average (.371) and OPS (1.207), and his 27 home runs and 61 RBI rank second and fourth, respectively.

Weaver (1-2) took the loss against the Orioles on Friday, allowing two runs on two hits and one walk while striking out one batter in two-thirds of an inning.

Weaver was activated from the 15-day injured list ahead of Friday's game. He was brought in for the eighth inning with the game tied at 3-3, but things quickly got out of hand as he gave up a solo home run to Ramon Urias before being tagged for another run later in the frame. It was a less-than-ideal return for Weaver, given that he was deployed in a high-leverage situation and is expected to split closing duties with Devin Williams.

Fried did not factor into the decision in Friday's loss to the Orioles, allowing three runs on seven hits while striking out seven in six innings. He did not issue a walk.

Fried faced a bases-loaded situation in the first inning, but he was able to limit the damage to a two-run single from former Yankee Gary Sanchez. Fried proceeded to retire 13 of the next 15 batters before yielding another run in the sixth, but the 31-year-old southpaw still managed to come away with his 12th quality start of the season. He has struck out at least seven batters in five of his last seven outings, and his 2.05 ERA and 0.96 WHIP (across 101 innings) rank third and eighth, respectively, among qualified starters in the majors this season. Fried is slated to make his next start on the road against the Reds next week.

Abreu went 2-for-4 with a double, one RBI and one run scored in Friday's 7-5 win over the Giants.

Abreu missed just over the minimum 10 days due to a mild oblique strain. He went 1-for-6 with a walk and two strikeouts over two games during a rehab assignment with Triple-A Worcester. Assuming he avoids a setback, Abreu should occupy at least a strong-side platoon role in right field. He's at a .250/.324/.476 slash line with 13 home runs, 33 RBI, 29 runs scored, nine doubles and four stolen bases over 65 contests this season.

Duran went 2-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 7-5 win over the Giants.

This was Duran's first multi-hit game since June 3 versus the Angels. He had been held hitless in five of his previous six games, going 1-for-19 with a triple and seven strikeouts in that span. The outfielder has been a little streaky at the plate this year but still has a .260/.313/.412 slash line over 76 contests. He's added five home runs, 15 steals, 38 RBI, 40 runs scored, 18 doubles and eight triples.
