Sosa went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's loss to Philadelphia.

Sosa knocked a two-run shot in the ninth inning of the 6-3 loss. He's up to 10 home runs through 91 games this season, including six over his last 26 games. Tuesday's long ball snapped an 11-game homerless drought. Sosa is now slashing .274/.299/.422 for the year and has gone 21-for-72 (.292) over his last 19 games.

Allard will start Wednesday's game against the Rockies, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Allard has been enjoying a career season in 2025, posting a 2.83 ERA and 1.35 WHIP across 41.1 innings in 21 appearances (one start). The 27-year-old southpaw had started in all four of his appearances for Triple-A Columbus prior to being recalled July 9, but since he hasn't covered more than three innings in an appearance since late May, he's unlikely to work deep enough into Wednesday's game to qualify for a win.

Cannon (4-8) yielded six runs on seven hits and two walks over six innings Tuesday, striking out three and taking a loss against the Phillies.

All the damage against Cannon came in the first three innings, with four runs coming in the third on a pair of two-run homers by Kyle Schwarber and Brandon Marsh. Cannon did not let another baserunner reach scoring position after that ugly frame. He's been tagged with 12 runs (11 earned) in his last two outings, raising his season ERA from 4.18 to 4.77 in the process. Prior to these two starts, he was 2-0 with a 2.66 ERA in four appearances since his last loss June 2. Cannon is projected to take the mound in Seattle next week.

Bradish (elbow) made his second rehab start for Double-A Chesapeake on Tuesday, allowing one hit and no walks in 3.2 shutout innings. He struck out two.

Bradish was sharp on the mound while cruising through 3.2 frames. The 28-year-old right-hander built up to only 38 pitches Tuesday, after he fired 37 in first appearance with High-A Aberdeen last Thursday. Bradish remains a worthy stash candidate in most fantasy leagues -- he had a 2.75 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 53:15 K:BB across eight starts in 2024 -- though he's still in line to make several more rehab starts before rejoining Baltimore's rotation.

The Mariners are expected to recall Locklear from Triple-A Tacoma on Wednesday, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.

Locklear wasn't able to crack the big-league roster out of spring training, but he's slashed .316/.401/.543 with 19 home runs and 17 stolen bases over 97 games at Triple-A this season. The 24-year-old isn't likely to see regular playing time after the Mariners acquired Josh Naylor, though the right-handed-hitting Locklear could draw starts over the lefty-hitting Naylor at first base when Seattle faces southpaws.

Povich (hip) made a rehab start for Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday, allowing five runs (four earned) on seven hits and no walks in 4.2 innings. He struck out three.

While the final stat line leaves quite a bit to be desired, Povich was at least able to stretch out his pitch count to 86 on Tuesday. Provided he comes away from the outing feeling well physically, the left-hander should be just about ready to be activated from the injured list. With Trevor Rogers turning in a 1.49 ERA and 0.79 WHIP through his eight major-league starts in 2025, the Orioles could choose to option Povich to the minor leagues upon reinstating him, or perhaps put him in the bullpen depending on what they do at the trade deadline.

Morton (7-8) picked up the win in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Blue Jays, giving up three runs on eight hits and three walks over six innings in a 16-4 rout. He struck out two.

The 41-year-old righty didn't have his best stuff, managing just eight swinging strikes among his 100 pitches (64 total strikes), but Morton was able to produce his third quality start in his last four outings, and sixth of the season. He's allowed more than three runs only once in his last eight trips to the mound, posting a 3.97 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 44:17 K:BB over 45.1 innings during that stretch. Morton lines up to make his next start on the road early next week in Philadelphia.

Correa was removed from Tuesday's game against the Red Sox due to lightheadedness, Audra Martin of FanDuel Sports Network North reports.

Correa initially remained in the game after getting looked at by a trainer following his first-inning single, but he didn't feel any better after a few minutes and was removed from the game in the third. Fantasy managers can consider the 30-year-old shortstop day-to-day for the time being.

O'Hoppe isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against Texas, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

O'Hoppe has collected a base hit in seven of his eight games since the start of the second half, but he'll watch the beginning of Tuesday's game from the dugout while Travis d'Arnaud starts at catcher.

Moncada (hand) isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Moncada will miss a third consecutive start Tuesday after taking a pitch off his right hand during Saturday's game against the Mariners. It's worth noting the Angels are slated to face left-hander Patrick Corbin on Tuesday, and Moncada doesn't typically start against southpaws, so there's still a chance the veteran third baseman will be available off the bench.
