Adames went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk, three RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's 8-4 win over the Mets.

Adames showed out on Sunday as the Brewers clinched the National League Central with a win over the Mets. He started off by taking Carlos Carrasco deep to left in the first to put Milwaukee up 2-1. He would reach base three more times throughout the game and was able to cross home again twice. The 26-year-old has been absolutely brilliant since coming over to Milwaukee. He's slashing .289/.370/.529 with 19 homers, 57 RBI, 57 runs scored, four steals and 44:98 BB:K over 533 plate appearances since joining the team May 22.

Baez went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Brewers.

Baez's first hit of the day went for a two-run double in the fourth to make it a 5-3 deficit for the Mets. He later notched a base hit in the sixth but was left stranded on third. The 28-year-old Baez has been rolling in September, slashing .373/.453/.614 with five homers, 14 RBI, 18 runs scored, five steals and 9:23 BB:K in 23 games. He's hit safely in each of his last 10 games now. Baez has certainly been a worthwhile addition since being acquired at the trade deadline and will have some big decisions to make in the offseason as the end of the season approaches.

Lindor went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Brewers.

Lindor got the Mets on the board early with a solo home run off Freddy Peralta in the first inning. The long ball was the 27-year-old's only hit of the day and his first since he hit three against the Yankees in one game Sept. 12. Lindor is not having the season he hoped for in his first year as a Met. All of his hitting statistics are down in comparison to past years. He's currently slashing .228/.322/.402 with 18 homers, 56 RBI, 69 runs scored, 10 steals and 55:90 BB:K over 494 plate appearances.

Crawford went 1-for-5 with a home run and four RBI in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Rockies.

Crawford went deep for a three-run home run off Tyler Kinley in the ninth inning to increase the Giants' lead. It was his second long ball in three days. He has been a pitcher's nightmare lately, with a batting average just shy of .400 and 17 runs scored in his last 20 games. The 34-year-old is slashing .302/.376/.527 with 23 home runs, 88 RBI and 75 runs scored in 524 plate appearances this season.

Perdomo was recalled by the Diamondbacks on Sunday and will head straight into the starting lineup, batting eighth and playing shortstop against the Dodgers.

Perdomo made his big-league debut in early April but was sent down after appearing in just four games, going 1-for-10 at the plate. He's spent the bulk of the season with Double-A Amarillo, where he's hit an unremarkable .231/.351/.357 with six homers and eight steals in 82 games, though that performance begins to look much better once his age (21) is factored in. He'll get the chance to make a brief audition in the final week of the season, as Nick Ahmed (shoulder) hit the injured list in a corresponding move.

Ahmed was placed on the 10-day injured list with left shoulder inflammation Sunday.

Ahmed hasn't played in over a week with what was previously reported as right shoulder soreness, but it's apparently a left shoulder issue which will send him to the injured list. The move doesn't technically end Ahmed's season, as it's been backdated by three days, leaving him eligible to play in the season finale. Geraldo Perdomo was recalled to take his place on the roster and will start at shortstop Sunday against the Dodgers.

Rojas is not in the lineup Sunday against the Rays, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas returned from a knee injury to start the past four games, and he'll receive a day off after going 4-for-15 with a solo homer, a double, two walks and a stolen base. Jazz Chisholm will shift to shortstop while Joe Panik starts at the keystone.

DeJong went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 8-5 win over the Cubs.

His two-run blast off Tommy Nance in the ninth inning capped the scoring on the day for the Cards. DeJong is taking full advantage of Edmundo Sosa's absence due to a wrist injury, going yard in back-to-back games including the nightcap of Friday's doubleheader, but on the year he's still slashing just .200/.288/.400 with 19 homers, four steals, 44 runs and 45 RBI through 107 contests.

Turner went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs and a strikeout in a 7-2 loss to Arizona on Saturday.

Turner provided Los Angeles' only offense Saturday with solo shots in the sixth and ninth innings to give the middle infielder 24 homers on the season. The pair of long balls tied Turner's September total prior to Saturday and a current 12-game hitting streak has helped contribute toward a scorching .333/.385/.523 line across 22 games this month.

Rojas went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Saturday's 7-3 loss to the Rays.

Rojas smacked his ninth homer of the season off Shane McClanahan in the third inning Saturday to give the Marlins a 1-0 lead. With eight games remaining, the infielder is now just two long balls shy of matching his career high of 11 set in 2018.
