Pennington started at short and went 2-for-4 with his first career grand slam in Wednesday's 10-8 win over Oakland.

Pennington's heroic blast capped off a five-run comeback in the seventh inning over the Angels' division foe. It was just the 33-year-old's third homer of the season, so fantasy owners shouldn't overreact to his big night at the plate. Pennington was relieving Andrelton Simmons at short, but the majority of his playing time comes at the keystone against left-handed starters.

Adrianza went 3-for-4 with a pair of triples, four RBI and two runs against the White Sox on Wednesday.

When you get that kind of production out of your ninth-place hitter, you know it's going to be a good day. Amazingly, Adrianza tripled his career total of triples in this game, as he'd hit just one in his first 203 MLB contests. Write this one off as a fluky big game from a light-hitting and little-used utility infielder.

Bogaerts went 1-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored, an RBI and two stolen bases in Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Blue Jays.

The steals were his first since Aug. 8, but Bogaerts has now tied his career high (set last year) with 13 on the season. The 24-year-old has mostly had a disappointing year from a fantasy perspective, though, seeing his batting average, run production and OPS all drop from his breakout 2016.

Correa (thumb) will play in rehab games Thursday and Friday for Double-A Corpus Christi before potentially returning to the Astros' lineup Sunday, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.

He is scheduled to play in a rehab game with Triple-A Fresno on Wednesday, and will then head to Frisco to join up with the Hooks. If all goes well, he will be evaluated Saturday before a potential activation for the series finale against the Mets.

Correa (thumb) is scheduled to play shortstop for Triple-A Fresno on Tuesday and Wednesday, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports.

Correa has already appeared in three games for Fresno, going 2-for-9 (.222) with a pair of RBI. If all goes well playing back-to-back days, Correa could find himself back with the Astros over the weekend, though an activation before rosters expand on Friday has been ruled out, according to Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle.

Lindor won't play Tuesday after the Indians' game against the Yankees was postponed due to rain, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

The two teams will make up Tuesday's contest as part of a doubleheader Wednesday. Lindor went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in the series opener Monday, ending a four-game hit streak in which he had supplied three home runs and six RBI.

Featherston was designated for assignment Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

With room needed on the 40-man roster for the now-healthy Matt Andriese, Featherston was the casualty. Featherston has spent most of his 2017 season at Triple-A Durham, where he's hit .270 with a .764 OPS over 46 games.

Lindor went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run, and two RBI in Sunday's win against the Royals.

Lindor has been spectacular at the plate recently. He hit his 24th homer of the season Sunday and has now collected five home runs since Aug. 20 (eight games). While Lindor has enjoyed a surge of power this season, his batting average (.270) leaves a bit to be desired after he finished each of his first two seasons with a mark above .300.

He's now got 23 homers and 10 steals on the year, but a disproportionate amount of that production (seven HR and four SB) has come in August. Lindor's still only hitting .267 on the season, well below his career average, but his .799 OPS is right in line with his prior two campaigns.

Bogaerts went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer Friday against the Orioles.

Bogaerts crushed his eighth homer of the season to put the Red Sox on the board in the second inning of a divisional loss. After launching 21 bombs last year, his drop in power has been disappointing, but he's helped fantasy managers by stealing 11 bases.
