Enyel De Los Santos RP | HOU
Phillies' Enyel De Los Santos: Starting again Sunday
De Los Santos will be called up to start Sunday against the Marlins, Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
The Phillies will need a spot starter again with Zach Eflin hitting the disabled list with a blister. De Los Santos had a solid performance in his big-league debut Tuesday, picking up a win and a quality start against the Mets. Eflin isn't expected to miss more than one start, but if De Los Santos keeps pitching well the Phillies will eventually be forced to find a role for him.

Brad Hand RP | ATL
Padres' Brad Hand: Blows tight lead
Hand blew his fifth save of the season Friday, allowing one run on one hit while striking out one over one inning in an extra-inning loss to the Cubs.
Hand, who entered the contest with a one-run lead, actually looked to be on his way to another save after recording two quick outs to begin the ninth frame. That all changed when he plunked Victor Caratini and then served up a game-tying RBI double to Anthony Rizzo. This was not a messy blown save by any means, but it still counts as one nonetheless. Hand has generally been effective as the Friars' closer this season, posting a 3.05 ERA, 13.2 K/9 and 24 saves in 29 chances.

Arodys Vizcaino RP | KC
Braves' Arodys Vizcaino: Heads back to disabled list
Vizcaino was placed on the 10-day disabled list with right shoulder inflammation Saturday.
Vizcaino hit the DL with the same issue in late June and had only recently returned. He tossed three scoreless innings since being activated, but the Braves evidently weren't confident about the health of his shoulder, so he'll be back on the DL for at least 10 days. A.J. Minter will likely be the Braves' closer until Vizcaino returns. Peter Moylan was reinstated from the DL in a corresponding move.

Shelby Miller RP | CHC
Diamondbacks' Shelby Miller: Still awaiting MRI results
Miller (elbow) underwent an MRI on Thursday, but Arizona has yet to announce an official reading on the results, Tori McElhaney of MLB.com reports.
The Diamondbacks placed Miller on the 10-day disabled list Thursday with a preliminary diagnosis of right elbow inflammation after he exited his start against the Rockies a day earlier upon giving up five runs in the first inning. According to manager Torey Lovullo, Miller was evaluated by a team physician, who ruled "everything was OK" with regards to the structural integrity of the right-hander's surgically repaired elbow. However, the Diamondbacks still want Dr. Neal ElAttrache, the surgeon who performed Miller's 2017 Tommy John surgery, to analyze the MRI results early next week, at which point a formal diagnosis should be revealed. Miller is eligible to return from the DL after the All-Star break, but he'll at least need to complete a bullpen session or two and face hitters in batting practice before he's activated.

Brent Suter RP | ATL
Brewers' Brent Suter: Officially activated ahead of start
Suter (forearm) was reinstated from the 10-day disabled list Saturday.
As expected, Suter was activated ahead of Saturday's doubleheader after a short stint on the DL with a forearm injury. He is expected to start the nightcap against Pittsburgh, with the Brewers listing Chase Anderson as the Game 1 starter. Suter doesn't miss many bats (7.5 K/9), but he's done well to limit the walks and the team context is a big plus in his favor.

Scott Alexander RP | SF
Dodgers' Scott Alexander: Gets first save
Alexander picked up the save against the Angels on Friday, working around two hits to fire a scoreless ninth inning and close out the Dodgers' 3-2 victory. He didn't record a strikeout or a walk.
Kenley Jansen got the day off, leaving the door open for Alexander to come in and get his first save of the season. Alexander is having a solid campaign with a 3.40 ERA in 42.1 innings, but Jansen is one of the best closers in baseball, so this shouldn't be considered more than a spot appearance.

Jeff Hoffman RP | MIN
Rockies' Jeff Hoffman: Exits early in spot start
Hoffman lasted just 3.1 innings in a no-decision against the Mariners on Friday, giving up three earned runs on eight hits, striking out two and walking one as the Rockies eventually triumphed 10-7.
Making a spot start after Antonio Senzatela was scratched due to a blister, Hoffman made an early exit against Seattle after he conceded eight hits and was chased from the contest after throwing 77 pitches. The outing gives him a 9.35 ERA and a 2.54 WHIP at the big-league level this season, so he hasn't shown he can deliver impactful fantasy numbers even if he does end up staying in the bigs for another turn in the rotation.

Brad Boxberger RP | CHC
Diamondbacks' Brad Boxberger: Nails down 23rd save
Boxberger struck out the side in a perfect ninth inning Friday to pick up his 23rd save of the season in a 2-1 win over the Braves.
He's now converted seven straight save chances, posting a 1.13 ERA, 0.75 WHIP and 9:4 K:BB in eight innings over that stretch. After failing to record a single save over his last two seasons in Tampa Bay, Boxberger has returned to the form that saw him rack up 41 in 2015.

Robert Gsellman RP | WAS
Mets' Robert Gsellman: Notches save No. 4
Gsellman tossed two innings, allowing one run on one hit as he picked up the save Friday against the Nationals.
Gsellman has served as one of the Mets' more reliable options out of the bullpen this season, and although he surrendered one run, he still managed to slam the door for the save. The 24-year-old right-hander figures to continue to be used in mid-to-high leverage situations as the season progresses. Gsellman sits with nine holds and a 4.31 ERA with 50 strikeouts over 54.1 innings as the All-Star break nears.

Pat Venditte RP | LAD
Dodgers' Pat Venditte: Sent to minors
Venditte was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday, Eric Stephen of TrueBlueLA.com reports.
Venditte will head back to the minor leagues after a short stint with the Dodgers. He didn't make an appearance since being called up July 8. Venditte was optioned to make room for the return of Walker Buehler (ribs) from the disabled list.
