Yelich isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against Atlanta.

Yelich will get a chance to rest Tuesday after going 1-for-4 with three strikeouts in Monday's series opener. His absence will open a spot in the lineup for Jake Bauers to serve as Milwaukee's DH and bat fourth.

Herrera went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in an extra-inning loss to the Blue Jays on Monday.

Herrera looked like he could end up as the hero when he smacked a three-run shot in the eighth inning to give the Cardinals a one-run lead, but Toronto ended up pulling out the win in 10 innings. Nonetheless, it was a promising performance by the backstop, who has notched multiple hits in back-to-back games. That could be a sign that Herrera is turning things around, as before the pair of contests he was mired in a 9-for-53 slump over a 15-game span.

Ohtani (foot/elbow) is expected to be fine after being hit by a pitch in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Cardinals, but the team will postpone his upcoming live BP session until Tuesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Ohtani was struck in the left foot by an 86.7 mph sweeper from reliever Matt Svanson in the top of the eighth inning, ultimately remaining in the game. The 30-year-old was set to face live hitters Monday as he continues to work his way back to the mound in 2025, but that session will now be pushed back another day. Ohtani's foot doesn't seem to be an issue, so he can be considered a full go ahead of Monday's series opener with the Padres in San Diego.

Ramirez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays.

With first pitch Sunday set for 12:10 p.m. EDT, Ramirez will get a breather after starting at either catcher or designated hitter in 18 straight contests. Liam Hicks will handle catching duties, and Heriberto Hernandez will serve as Miami's DH.

Young went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's 8-1 win over the Rockies.

Young regained the lead for the Mets with his fifth-inning homer. The 29-year-old is hitting just .200 (4-for-20) across 10 games this season, but three of those hits have gone for extra bases (two homers, one double). He continues to fill a part-time role at designated hitter while the Mets are without Jesse Winker (oblique) and Mark Vientos (hamstring).

Schwarber went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Pittsburgh.

Schwarber snapped a brief eight-game homerless dry spell, clubbing his 20th long ball of the season Saturday. The veteran slugger has managed to hit for a healthy average in 2025, as he's slashing .265/.363/.603 with 13 big flies, seven doubles, 28 RBI and two stolen bases across his last 157 plate appearances (36 games). Schwarber trails only Shohei Ohtani for the National League lead in homers so far.

Suzuki went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Saturday's 6-1 win over Detroit.

He took Tyler Holton deep in the first inning before lofting a Chase Lee sweeper over the left-field fence in the eighth. Suzuki snapped a 10-game homer drought with the big performance, and through 60 contests on the season, the 30-year-old slugger is slashing .269/.332/.563 with 16 long balls and 55 RBI, with the latter figure being third in the majors behind Pete Alonso (57) and Rafael Devers (56).

Ohtani (elbow) will next throw to live hitters Monday in San Diego, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Ohtani was on schedule to throw to hitters this weekend in St. Louis, but with rain in the forecast and day games both Saturday and Sunday, the Dodgers are opting to push the session back a few days in order to take advantage of better weather and timing. In Ohtani's previous sim game, he threw 29 pitches and topped out at 97 mph with his fastball while deploying his full arsenal. Ohtani is loosely slated to throw to hitters each weekend, and it's unclear how moving this session to Monday will impact his throwing schedule moving forward.

Ramirez went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's loss to the Rays.

The rookie backstop took Zack Littell deep in the fourth inning to get the Marlins on the board. While Ramirez has slowed down at the plate since a blistering start to his career, he's avoided any prolonged slumps -- the 23-year-old hasn't gone more than two straight games without a hit since the beginning of May, slashing .244/.308/.429 over his last 30 contests with five of his eight homers and 14 of his 19 RBI.

McCutchen is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Phillies.

McCutchen's streak of seven consecutive starts comes to an end Friday, as he'll yield to Bryan Reynolds at DH. McCutchen is 0-for-11 with six strikeouts over his last three outings.
