Giants' J.D. Davis: Exits early Tuesday
Davis was lifted from Tuesday's game against the Cardinals with an apparent ankle injury, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Davis appeared to injure his right ankle during an awkward slide into third base. The Giants will take a look at him and should provide more details shortly, but fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for the time being.

Dodgers' Max Muncy: Battling hamstring strain
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Tuesday that Muncy is out of the lineup due to a left hamstring strain, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Set to start rehab assignment
Senzel (knee) is set to begin his rehab assignment with Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday.
Senzel was initially supposed to start for Louisville on Sunday, but the game got rained out and the team had an off day Monday. The 27-year-old has been on the 10-day injured list since last Tuesday with right knee irritation and isn't eligible to be activated until Friday, so he'll likely make multiple starts in Triple-A.

Gio Urshela 3B | MIN
Angels' Gio Urshela: Remains out of lineup
Urshela (back) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday's contest against the Rangers.
Urshela has been out of the lineup five times in the last seven games at least in part due to a back injury. He's considered day-to-day. Brandon Drury is at first base and Luis Rengifo is at second.

Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Mariners' Eugenio Suarez: Knocks seventh homer in win
Suarez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in an 8-1 win over the Marlins on Monday.
Suarez launched a 420-foot shot to right center in the fifth to extend the Mariners' lead to 7-1 at the time, his first home run since May 28. The veteran slugger's .218 average and .648 OPS are underwhelming relative to his standards, but Suarez's everyday role at the hot corner doesn't appear to be in any jeopardy.

Emmanuel Rivera 3B | BAL
Diamondbacks' Emmanuel Rivera: Hot bat continues
Rivera went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 9-8 win over the Phillies.
Rivera was a pivotal contributor in the Diamondbacks' comeback from a 5-1 deficit. He singled and scored in the third and fourth innings, including an RBI knock, then brought in another run with a sacrifice fly. Rivera continues to swing a hot bat, having hit safely in 13 of the last 15 games (22-for-55, .400) while mustering eight multi-hit efforts.

Evan Longoria 3B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Evan Longoria: Creates cushion with homer
Longoria went 1-for-3 with a home run and four RBI in Monday's 9-8 win over Philadelphia.
Longoria knocked in a run on a sacrifice fly in the first inning and then gave Arizona some cushion in the sixth with a three-run home run. It was the seventh home run in the last 19 games for the 37-year-old veteran, who's slugging like a rookie again. For the season, Longoria is slugging .538, which would rank 12th in MLB if he qualified. And therein lies the issue for Longoria -- playing time. He has just 116 plate appearances over the team's 66 games.

Gio Urshela 3B | MIN
Angels' Gio Urshela: Battling back issue
Urshela has been dealing with a back injury, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
The injury explains why he's out of the lineup Monday against the Rangers for the fourth time in six games, although it could also be in part due to Anthony Rendon's recent return from the injured list. At this point, Urshela's injury seems like a day-to-day situation.
