Athletics' Zack Gelof: Registers 11th steal
Gelof went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Friday's 8-3 loss to the Padres.

Anthony Rendon 3B | LAA
Angels' Anthony Rendon: Rehabbing fractured tibia
Rendon (lower leg) revealed Friday that he was diagnosed with a fractured left tibia in August, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
The injury had been called a bone bruise ever since Rendon landed on the IL in mid-July, but at least there is now a bit more clarity as to why he's remained on the shelf. Rendon just recently resumed baseball activities and seems doubtful to return to the Angels' active roster before the end of the season.

Mike Moustakas 3B | CHW
Angels' Mike Moustakas: Lands on IL with forearm strain
The Angels placed Moustakas on the 10-day injured list Friday with a left forearm extensor strain.
This could be a season-ending injury for the veteran infielder given where it lands on the baseball calendar. Kyren Paris has been brought back from Triple-A Salt Lake in a corresponding roster move ahead of Friday's series opener against the Tigers.

Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Jumps to leadoff spot
Henderson is starting at shortstop and batting leadoff Friday versus the Rays.
