Andy Isabella WR | SF
Andy Isabella: Misses final roster
Isabella has been cut by the Bills, Sal Maiorana of the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reports.
The former Arizona Cardinal had some bright spots in the preseason, but in the end the Bills will go with other "maybes" such as Trent Sherfield and Justin Shorter to fill out their wide receiver room. Isabella offers enough speed and kick return ability that he's probably not out of NFL chances.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Agrees to reworked deal
Wilson and the Dolphins agreed Tuesday to a reworked contract that will keep him on the roster, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Wilson's name was brought up in trade speculation all offseason, but by agreeing to a reduced salary he earns a chance to prove himself in Miami after his disappointing 2022 campaign. Per Jonathan Jones of CBSSports.com, Wilson is lowering his base salary to $2 million but will get a $3 million signing bonus and incentives that can boost his total salary up to $7.25 million. The restructure frees up roughly $3 million in cap space for Miami, potentially signaling a forthcoming move by the team as the 4 p.m. EDT deadline for Indianapolis to decide whether Jonathan Taylor (ankle) will begin the season on the PUP list -- or trade him to another team to make that decision -- looms.

Jared Wayne WR | HOU
Jared Wayne: Won't make squad
Wayne will be waived by the Texans on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Wayne joined the team this spring as an undrafted free agent out of Pitt, but he missed time in camp due to a leg injury, which may have derailed his quest to make the 53-man roster. According to Wilson, the 22-year-old is a strong candidate to find his way onto Houston's practice squad.

Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Jets' Allen Lazard: Set to practice Tuesday
Lazard (shoulder) will practice Tuesday, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
Lazard had been dealing with an AC joint injury in his shoulder, but the wideout's return to the practice field Tuesday has him in line to be available come Week 1. As the coming season approaches, Lazard is projected to be a key cog in a Jets receiving corps that will be led by Garrett Wilson and which also includes Mecole Hardman and Randall Cobb.

Amari Rodgers WR | IND
Amari Rodgers: Won't make team
Rodgers was waived by the Colts on Tuesday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Rodgers' difficulties with catching on with a club since being selected in the third round of the 2021 Draft by the Packers will continue. The Clemson product joined the team in early August after being let go by the Texans. The 23-year-old secured 12 of 17 targets for 154 yards and a touchdown for Houston last season in six contests, while catching four of eight targets for 50 yards in 10 contests with Green Bay during the 2022 campaign.

Brycen Tremayne WR | CAR
Brycen Tremayne: Sent to waivers
The Commanders are slated to waive Tremayne on Tuesday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Tremayne inked with Washington as an undrafted rookie back in May, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him pop back up on the team's practice squad. The 6-foot-4, 212-pound wideout racked up 74 catches for 1,017 yards and 11 touchdowns in his four seasons at Stanford.

Racey McMath WR | DAL
Racey McMath: Loses roster spot
McMath was waived by the Titans on Tuesday, Jordan Schultz reports.
McMath spent the last two seasons with Tennessee after the team selected him in the sixth round of the 2021 Draft. He suited up for 14 contests in that span, totaling four catches for 48 yards. He'll likely be a practice squad candidate if no other team scoops him up first.

Keilahn Harris WR | PIT
Keilahn Harris: Cut loose by Atlanta
The Falcons are slated to waive Harris on Tuesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Harris joined Atlanta as an undrafted free agent shortly after going unselected in April's draft, but he won't stick with the initial 53-man roster. His versatility as a potential depth wideout and contributor in the return game could help him earn a chance at a practice squad spot.
-
Xavier Malone WR | ATL
Xavier Malone: Let go by Falcons
Malone is slated to be waived by Atlanta on Tuesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Henderson State could return to the Falcons as a member of the practice squad, assuming he clears waivers. Atlanta remains in need of quality reserve options behind top wideouts Drake London, Mack Hollins and Scotty Miller.

Davion Davis WR | WAS
Davion Davis: Done in desert
The Cardinals are slated to cut Davis on Tuesday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Davis will be cut as Arizona works to trim down to a 53-man roster for the regular season. A former USFL standout, Davis could get a chance to reunite with the Cardinals as a member of the team's practice squad.
