Dissly (knee) is inactive for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Commanders.

Dissly went into the weekend with a questionable tag after partaking in every practice of Week 5 prep, including as a full participant Friday. Nevertheless, the veteran will miss a third consecutive game, leaving rookie Oronde Gadsden and veteran Tyler Conklin as Justin Herbert's two top options at tight end versus Washington.

Calcaterra (oblique) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Broncos, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Calcaterra suffered an oblique injury in the first quarter. The injury is severe enough for him to be sidelined for the rest of Sunday's game, and it puts him in jeopardy of missing the Eagles' Week 6 clash against the Giants on Thursday. Cameron Latu and Kylen Granson will serve as the Eagles' backup tight ends behind Dallas Goedert in Calcaterra's absence.

Kallerup (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Kallerup has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut, having been a healthy scratch through the first five games of 2025. Eric Saubert and rookie second-rounder Elijah Arroyo will provide depth at tight end behind starter AJ Barner.

Calcaterra is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Denver due to an oblique injury.

Calcaterra went to the locker room in the first quarter after sustaining an oblique injury, and he'll undergo further tests to determine whether he can return. Kylen Granson and Cameron Latu will see more snaps at tight end behind starter Dallas Goedert for as long as Calcaterra is out of the game.

Hockenson brought in all six targets for 38 yards in the Vikings' 21-17 win over the Browns in London on Sunday.

The veteran tight end continued to play a short-area role and finished as the runner-up in receptions for the Vikings while also tying for second in targets. Hockenson provided some key contributions on the Vikings' game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter, making two catches for 20 yards during the possession. He has between four and six receptions in his last three games, but he's yet to top 49 receiving yards in any contest this season heading into the Week 6 bye.

Fannin recorded four receptions on four targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Vikings.

Fannin had a mixed performance in Dillon Gabriel's first game under center. He was overshadowed by David Njoku -- who led the team with nine targets -- but was a reliable short-area target for Gabriel. Fannin accounted for the Browns' first touchdown of the day with a one-yard catch midway through the first quarter, also the first of his career. He hasn't shown much upside, but Fannin could emerge as a favorite target of Gabriel in the quick-pass game.

Njoku recorded six receptions on nine targets for 67 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Vikings.

Njoku was Dillon Gabriel's favorite pass catcher, as Njoku led the team in targets, receptions and yards. His biggest contribution was a nine-yard touchdown catch late in the third quarter -- his first of the season -- and he also chipped in an impressive leaping catch just before halftime that went for 17 yards. This was by far Njoku's most productive performance of the season and was a positive first showing with Gabriel.

Moreau (knee) is listed as active Sunday versus the Saints.

Moreau thus has been cleared for his first game action since Week 18 of last season, when he suffered a knee injury that required surgery and a stint on the reserve/PUP list Weeks 1-4 of the current campaign. Fellow TE Taysom Hill (knee) is back in the lineup as well, meaning Moreau may be the Saints' third option at the position, at best, behind Juwan Johnson (ankle) and Hill on Sunday. Moreau is coming off a 32-413-5 line on 43 targets in 17 regular-season games in 2024.

Johnson (ankle) is listed as active Sunday against the Saints.

Johnson was contained to a pair of limited practices during Week 5 prep due to an ankle injury, but he'll ditch his questionable designation and be available to New Orleans' offense Sunday. He's welcoming back fellow TEs Taysom Hill (knee) and Foster Moreau (knee) to the lineup for the first time this season, but Johnson still should remain the most consistent pass catcher among the trio for QB Spencer Rattler. Johnson has racked up a respectable 22-204-1 line on 32 targets in four games on the campaign.

Mayer (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Though Mayer was a limited participant in practice throughout the week, he wasn't able to make enough progress in his recovery from the brain injury to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. Mayer typically serves as the Raiders' No. 2 tight end when he's available, but his absence will loom larger in Week 5 since starter Brock Bowers (knee) is inactive for the first time in his career. With Bowers and Mayer in street clothes, the Raiders are left with Ian Thomas, Carter Runyon and practice-squad call-up Albert Okwuegbunam as their available options in the position group.
