Warren (groin) is good to go for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Mike Chappell of FOX59 reports.
Warren missed the past two games after suffering a groin injury during practice. The Colts have lost some talent since then, but they still have their key playmakers at the skill positions, apart from wideout Alec Pierce (IR - heel). Warren should see plenty of work Sunday if he stays healthy.

Warren has now logged limited practices on back-to-back days after missing the last two games, a positive sign for his progress ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Despite the two-game absence, Warren still leads the Colts with 30 catches and is second on the team behind Jonathan Taylor with three total touchdowns in five appearances. Warren would likely need to log a full practice Friday to avoid an injury designation.

Warren dealt with a groin injury in August, so this could be a recurrence rather than a new issue. Kevin Bowen notes that Warren grimaced after a red-zone rep at Friday's practice, but there hasn't been any comment from team or player about what happened and whether the tight end is expected to play Sunday. Colts' Tyler Warren: Gets into end zone in strong Week 5 effort
Warren caught seven of nine targets for 83 yards and added a one-yard touchdown on his only carry in Sunday's 34-22 loss to the Steelers.
The second-year tight end led the Colts in catches and receiving yards while tying Keenan Allen for the team lead in targets, and Warren produced Indy's only TD of the game with his goal-line plunge in the second quarter. Warren is seeing strong volume as one of the few pass catchers Daniel Jones can rely on, and through five games he's delivered a 30-213-2 line on 36 targets. Given Jones' lack of options, Warren could be busy again in Week 6 against the winless Titans.

Colts' Tyler Warren: Five grabs in Week 4 win
Warren caught all five of his targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 30-13 win over the Commanders.
The Colts didn't need to air it out much after the Commanders lost Marcus Mariota to a knee injury, putting their offense in the hands of seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis, and Warren tied his season low in targets as a result. The tight end still tied Laquon Treadwell for the team high in catches, however. Warren has produced a 23-130-2 line on 27 targets through four games, and he'll remain one of Daniel Jones' top options as long as wideouts Alec Pierce (heel), and Keenan Allen (groin) remain on the shelf.
